Chapter 23 #2

“I have epsom salt to help the aches in your muscles,” Silas groans. “Your pussy is heavenly. I’m not done fucking it, baby. My knot is going to be stuck for awhile. If you fall asleep, can I keep fucking you?”

“I…” My body tells him exactly how much I like this idea and he nips my lips with his teeth to remind me to use my words. “Green, Alpha. You can have sex with me if I’m sleeping.”

“Lucky fucker,” Easton mutters, watching as Troy’s cock disappears into Lyle’s mouth. Time is moving funny, and I missed when he came over to the couch to join us.

“What?” I whimper, my eyes nearly crossing as Silas swirls his hips in a circular motion. Is it possible to die from too many orgasms?

“Just because you said yes to Silas, doesn’t mean there’s blanket consent across the pack,” Easton says gently.

Silas scent marks me with his cheek, and I kiss my way down his throat before pressing my teeth against his skin. I want permission before I complete the bond.

Silas and Lyle’s bites haven’t changed anything inside of me, and I wish I could kill Bret for myself. Whatever he did to me is fucking with my life and I hate him for it.

“Do it,” Silas growls. “Don’t be disappointed, sweetheart. There’s nothing wrong with you.”

I blink slowly before I bite down on his throat. The bond is obviously working on his side, but it’s as if a brick wall is thrown up for me until I return the favor of a bite. Troy curses loudly, though I’m not sure why. White light explodes over my eyesight, and pain fills my head as I scream.

I can hear worry in my alphas’ voices, but I can’t say or do anything as my body is wracked with convulsions. Bret fucking Harris is trying to ruin sex from beyond the grave, and I’m really fucking pissed about it.

Can’t a girl catch a break?

“Ow. Why is everything so loud?”

My head is pounding and my brain feels as if it’s about to leak out of my ears.

“No one is talking, honey,” Troy whispers.

“What?”

Forcing my eyes open until they’re slitted against the pain, I gaze around uncomfortably. It’s as if I’m suffering from sensory overload. There are feelings that don’t belong to me bouncing around my mind, and it’s all very confusing.

I can feel Lyle still knotted inside of me, while Silas is keeping my body covered with a blanket.

“You all get up to really interesting things while I’m gone,” Doc drawls. The guys have all begun to call him this and it’s beginning to stick as of late.

I’m naked on the couch outside of a blanket, and my cheeks heat. I’d feel more embarrassed if I wasn’t in so much pain. Ugh, why do I have to still be knotted?

“It feels as if my brain is trying to escape my skull,” I whisper.

Any humor bleeds quickly out of the doctor’s eyes and he comes over to check my pupils with a little flashlight. It’s connected to a carabiner with his keys, and he frowns as he examines me.

“Orgasm headache? Maybe drop?” he muses curiously. “From the top, what happened before you passed out?”

Lyle’s cold fingers rub at my forehead to soothe my headache. I whimper pathetically, shutting my eyes. It hurts too much!

“You know what? Let’s start with acetaminophen to begin with,” Doc says, emptying some into his hand.

“You have everything on that clip thing,” I mutter, slitting my eyes at him.

“Between you and Rosalia, I need to be prepared. She asked me to be the doctor for the shelter, and I’m still trying to figure out if I want to or not.”

“Mm. You should. Fuck, ow.”

“We’ll talk about this later,” Doc chuckles, pushing medicine into my hand. Easton brings me a water bottle, and I find at least some of them have pulled on clothes.

Ugh, I’m officially losing it. My focus is shit due to the pain I’m in and I swallow the medication down with some icy water.

“Lyle and Silas bit me, but… I should have felt more than I did at the time. He could feel the bond but I couldn’t. Shit, I’m not explaining this well,” I grumble.

“You’re doing fine,” Doc grunts.

“For example, I can feel how much her head hurts right now, and that volume is a deal breaker for her,” Silas says, his voice barely above a whisper.

Easton and Troy pull closed the blinds immediately and it helps a little.

“I could tell she couldn’t feel the snap of the bond many omegas say they experience during a bond,” Silas adds.

“Another reason I’m broken.”

“None of that,” Doc says. “It’s the scent blockers playing havoc on your system. There must be something extra inside of them to block true scent matches.”

“The owner of Slick Dreams liked to change up his secret cocktail. I managed to piss him off sometimes simply by breathing. One of those tweaks must have done this. But now, I can feel worry and fear,” I confess.

“It’s only on Silas’ side. I bit him, and my entire nervous system freaked the fuck out. ”

“You overrode whatever bullshit was given to you,” Doc breathes. “Your body is fighting against the different commands it's been pumped with. One side wants to embrace the bond, while the other is fighting it.”

“Am I rejecting the bond?” I ask fearfully.

“Only time will tell as the bites heal, but I don’t think you will,” he says. “You should focus on resting the rest of the day. No more naked shenanigans.”

“Kill me, please,” I groan.

“You’re too much fun,” he chuckles, standing. “I’d much rather keep you around. Especially after all of the time and effort I’ve put in to keep you alive.”

Noted, Doc. No one does guilt quite like him.

“I’m running up to do some volunteer work for Rise Up in a couple of days, Doc. Why don’t you go with me to see how it feels?” Troy asks.

“You’re all so pushy,” Doc grumbles. “Fine, fine. It’ll get Rosa off my back too. Alisa, I suggest a bath and a nap in that order. If your head continues to hurt, take the migraine medicine I left in the medicine cabinet.”

“Thank you,” I mumble, my cheeks still aflame.

What makes this worse is that Lyle’s knot is beginning to deflate and he buries his head in my throat with a hiss.

“Maybe you should send me a text if it’s not safe to walk in the backyard if you all decide to have sexcapades out there, yeah?” Doc asks, already walking toward the door. “I had to jump the back fence to escape the last time.”

“I didn’t think you were back yet,” East groans while I attempt to smother myself in Silas’ chest.

“Shh, you’re fine,” he chuckles as the doctor shrugs. “You’re too old to be jumping fences, Doc.”

“I’ll blame any broken bones on your rampant hormones then.”

“Bill us for pain and suffering!” Lyle grumbles, his fingers continuing to massage my scalp. “Go away before I flash you my ass, Doc. There, that’s your warning.”

Standing butt ass naked with slick still dripping from his knot, he picks me up like a burrito in the blanket. Thankfully, my wrists are no longer tied, and I wrap my arms around his neck as he begins to walk.

“I’m not a prude,” Doc snorts. “All I want is for you to take care of her.”

Silas stands as well, flashing his dick before pulling on his pants and following us.

“I’m drawing her bath now. Her scream fucked with my head and scared me. That's why we called you.”

“I’m not complaining because you asked me to check on her.

Trial and error isn’t how I enjoy caring for my patients, but that seems to be the treatment plan for Alisa.

All the medication that has been pumped into her body has side effects we can't test for. However, naked gymnastics don’t typically induce unconsciousness. ”

“Sometimes it does if you do it right,” Troy smirks, joining the procession toward the stairs with Easton. Apparently, I’m going to have growly alphas hovering over me for a while.

That’s just fine with me. I really thought I was having an aneurysm or something.

“Go take care of your omega,” Doc snorts. “Keep your magical cocks away from her for a while, yeah?”

I groan as Lyle begins to stride up the stairs. His shoulders shake with laughter and I’d roll my eyes if my head didn’t hurt so much.

“We have a few battle wounds during sex, Alisa. Troy has my teeth marks in his dick too.”

I swear, this shit only happens to me.
