Chapter 8
Kimmy found Rance in the living room, dozing. Going into the room, she straddled his lap and wrapped her arms around his shoulders. He smiled at her as he raised his head from the back of the couch.
“I thought that you might need me.” He said forever. “Good. I want you to bite me so that I can come. I want to ride your cock while you’re at it. I’m not wearing any panties either.”
The growl made her wet, and she worked to undo his pants.
He had stopped wearing dress pants about a week ago, and she loved him in jeans and a shirt.
As soon as she was able to free him, she moved around so that his cock was at her entrance.
Sliding down over him, she sat very still while he pulled her blouse from her skirt.
“Oh yes, that’s just what I wanted.” She felt his cock tight inside of her and was giddy with anticipation. She wanted him in the worst sort of way and couldn’t wait until he filled her. “I’m going to do this down and dirty right now.”
He lifted his hips up, and she shuddered in delight.
When he took her to the couch, rolling them both over so that he was deep inside of her, she pulled his shirt off of him and licked his pounding pulse at his throat.
At this point, she didn’t care if he came, she was so needy that she only wanted to satisfy herself.
With her chest bare and her nipples painfully hard, she lifted them up so that he could taste them if he wished.
As soon as he bit down on her right breast, she came up off the couch enough to nearly unseat him.
He was fucking her so hard that she was sure they were moving the couch across the room.
Holding onto Rance, she nearly passed out when he told he that he was coming.
That was when he bit down on her throat.
Nothing could have prepared her for the sensation of floating on a cloud like she was.
Even as he drew deep on her vein, she came again and again.
There was nothing romantic about this sort of fucking.
There was no foreplay either. It had one thing in common with basic lovemaking, and that was that they both came at the same time, tearing up their flesh as they went.
Lying beneath Rance, she couldn’t seem to get a grip on herself as she continued to have small earth-moving climaxes while he held her.
When he lifted his head, she could see a small drop of blood on his lip, and she kissed it away.
Kissing her in return, Kimmy decided that she needed to do this more often and have some fun.
It didn’t last long, the fucking but it sure had a lasting effect on her afterwards. She loved Rance.
“I was just thinking that I needed to get up and see to the lawn. I don’t mow it or anything, but I’ve noticed that the trimming hadn’t been done in some time.
” Neither of them moved off of each other, and she told him that she’d noticed the flowers weren’t being deadheaded as they should have been.
Lazy conversation on a lazy afternoon. “We’re to have dinner at Sirous’ house this evening with Tabby.
She has some things that she wants to ask you about your newfound power. ”
Still, neither of them moved off the couch.
Her skirt was bunched up beneath them, and his pants were on the floor and couch where they’d come off when he was fucking her.
She finally got enough energy to move the hair off his forehead and kiss him there.
Sitting up, he pulled her with him, and they were at least sitting on the couch now.
“I’m worn out.” He thanked her. “You’re welcome. I wasn’t sure how you’d take me just coming in and jumping your bones. I’ve been needy all day.”
“Anytime you want to have sex with me like that, you go right ahead. I sort of enjoy a nice hard fuck sometimes.” She giggled, and he smiled at her.
“But we do have to get up. I have things to look into, and so do you, I think. Though right now it could all go to hell, as far as I’m concerned.
I feel relaxed enough to sleep like my kind does. ”
“You should then. I don’t mind.” He closed his eyes and rested his head on the back of the couch.
“I’m going to go and get dressed to be outside.
It was raining earlier, and that’s maybe why the trimming never got finished.
I don’t know, however. But the flowers aren’t being done, and that’s an ugly problem.
” He agreed with her as she got up off the couch.
“You rest. I’m going to get myself a snack, then go out and see what sort of trouble I can get into.
I know that the landscaping company was here before it rained, so I might have to track them down. ”
“You do that.” He really was tired, and she let him sleep. As soon as she left the room, however, she could hear him getting up. “I really need to check on some things, and I’m not going to get them done while resting on the couch. You’re quite the distraction to me.”
“Good. I know you make me feel like I need to hunt you down several times a day.” She was outside when the landscaping company started for the driveway out of the yard.
She stopped them with a smile. “I’ve noticed that some of the yard is being neglected.
And the flowers. When I hired you, I said I wanted to keep the flower seeds for next summer, and you told me that you’d take care of them once a day.
I believe it’s been several since they were taken care of. ”
He didn’t argue with her, for which she was grateful, but she was still upset with the crew when they tried to tell her that the trimming had been finished up this morning.
She would make a call if she had to, or fire them and hire a whole new crew.
When she paid you for a job, she expected it to be done when you said you would, not when you got around to it.
After the run-in with the crew, she made her way to the gardens.
The faeries had been watching over the flowers in the garden, and she so loved to come here in the middle of the afternoon.
The bees were buzzing, and there were other little creatures besides the faeries that she loved to watch playing around in the gardens.
If she thought it wouldn’t tax them too much, she’d have them do the mowing of the lawns and be done with companies that half-assed the job they were getting paid to do.
Winter, Brew’s faerie, came to visit her while she was looking over the roses. They were looking good right now, but she could see a blight taking over one of the bushes. She asked her what was wrong with it.
“It’s getting too much fertilizer. It’s the yards that are overflowing into the flower gardens and making them sick.” She said that she’d take care of that. “I thought you might. You have a love for the gardens like we do. I’m so happy that we can work together on these flower groups.”
After showing the manager the roses, he was defensive in saying that the yard needed to have fertilizer in it to make it grow.
She told him not to use it around the gardens, and he said he’d try.
No patience with the man, she fired him and told him to leave.
He was still laughing as he peeled out of the driveway.
Winter said she’d just have more faeries come and take care of the yard, too.
All of it was settled by the time it was time to go to Brew and Calla’s house.
“You never told me why you came over? I hope I didn’t mess something up for you.
” She said that she’d come to remind them about dinner tonight.
“Oh, good. You showed up just in time. I think I would have fired him anyway, but I would have been more upset about it. I wonder why he thought it was so funny that he was laughing. If he did anything to my flowers, I’m going to hunt him down and take care of him myself.
They thought she was funny when she was upset about something.
“If there is anything wrong, we will catch it before it gets too bad. We have a way of detecting chemicals that aren’t right for the garden.
” She believed them and picked some of the taller blooms for the front hallway.
Because of the faeries, she would have flowers for the house year-round, and she was thrilled about it.
They could lighten up any corner of the house with just a vase and a little bit of water.
They could have fresh fruit and vegetables year-round because of the little creatures, and she was happy for that.
She so loved the fresh juice that she’d have in the morning and the fresh vegetables with her meals.
She didn’t eat as much as she used to, but when she did, she loved to have things grown on their property.
She didn’t know if the grass had a deal with the faeries or not, but the yard was already looking better than it had.
All the trimming had been done while the rain came down, and even the blot on the rose bush was taken care of when she went back to check on it.
Things were looking great, and she had no complaints about how they were getting things done either.
By the time they were headed over to Brew’s home, she had picked enough flowers to hand off to Calla when she got there. They had gardens too, but it was always nice to have fresh blooms when you had company coming over.
Calla asked her about her magic. “I can see things. Not a great deal unless I concentrate on it really hard, but sometimes I don’t know if it’s the future or the past. It could be, for all I know, happening right now.
Why do you ask?” She told her that she had two people missing.
“I read about that in the paper. An elderly man and a woman.”
“Yes, they went to the store and never returned. I have some of their things here, hoping that would help you see them, but I don’t know.” She picked up the first thing that was on the table. It was a partially knitted blanket with the balls of yarn still attached. “Do you feel anything from it?”
