Crew
After feeding Nova, fucking her again and taking a short nap, it was finally time we sat down with her and her side kicks, giving them as much information as I could without letting them in on the entire plan.
I could feel it in my chest that this shit was about to go left.
So, while the kids watched a movie in one of the bedrooms all the adults had a meeting in the living room.
“So, we doin’ family meetings now?” Kema asked.
I pinched the bridge of my nose tryin’ to remain calm in the midst of the girls' fuckery and this was just the beginning.
“It’s time we filled y’all in about what we found out so far.” I said before I gave the floor to Blue.
“We still haven’t found Valdez or a way into his operation, but we have located Sabrina. The intel we gathered shows that she will be in town in a few days and we plan on capturing her. Once we have her, we can use her to either give up Valdez’s location or draw him out,” Blue stated.
“We need her to get to the next phase of our plan. Without her it’s gon’ take too long to find out where Valdez is. Because we not waiting for him to come for us.” I vowed.
From the look on Nova’s face I could tell she wasn’t the least bit excited about this part of the plan. My wife was far from jealous, but I knew damn well she didn’t want me anywhere near Sabrina grimy ass.
“Let me get this straight. You’re telling us that the only way to get to the man that is trying to kill us and steal our child is to kidnap Crew’s ex-girlfriend?
Does this kidnapping involve us torturing her a little bit because if it doesn’t y’all and Crew got me fucked up.
What, we supposed to talk nice and hope she tells us what we want to know? ” Nova said.
“That’s fair. Since y'all won’t let us have any fun and go on this mission, it's only right that y’all let us take our stress out on Mirabel.” Kema suggested.
“Who the fuck is Mirabel?” I asked, confused.
“The girl with the glasses from Encanto.” Black said with confidence.
“Bruno’s sister?” Blue clarified.
“Yeah nigga.” He said.
“I know y’all nigga’s not sitting here discussing Disney princesses while we talking about kidnapping and torturing?” I asked, looking at them like they were crazy.
“Man, Timber got us watching that shit man.” Black huffed.
“What about back up? We could guard the rear.” Mecca asked.
“Y’all ain’t goin’ that’s final. Everything else is up for discussion.” I said.
“I hate family meetings with this dysfunctional ass family. Y’all don’t never let us have no fun.” Tyra sassed.
“First of all, Jackie Chan, you wasn’t goin’ no way.”
“I know how to shoot.” She argued.
“GTA don’t count dumb ass.” Blue said with his face in his laptop.
“Fuck y’all just wait.” Tyra huffed before giving Blue the finger.
Everyone kept arguing and giving their two cents, but my eyes were on their body language.
The looks that girls were giving each other were a dead giveaway that they were about to be on bullshit.
Nova hadn’t said much but the look on her face was very discouraging.
Like the girls' attitude it would be somethin’ that I had to leave for later.
If I played my cards right, she would let me fuck the attitude out of her later on tonight.
By nightfall on Saturday everything and everyone was in place and ready to get this shit done.
The twins and I were parked in a blacked-out van stationed down the road at the back of one of the other buildings in the industrial park.
The van had been gutted out for surveillance down to the multiple computer screens and sound equipment that gave us access to every noise near the interior of the loading dock.
From here we were close enough to the action to control the flow and far enough away to remain unseen.
We had the perimeter surrounded with 30 good men, with an additional 15 broken up in a few groups, each covering a different location.
One was at the exit to the industrial park, five miles down the road where the depot was located, two men disguised as state troopers were currently tailing the convoy from a safe distance.
We even were able to get three of Black’s guys in at the temp agency that Valdez used to staff security at the transportation depot.
The last group were the cleanup men that were only there as a last resort if everything else failed.
They were my hail Mary to get us out of danger if need be.
This was planning for the worst because even though I knew this should be smooth.
You never knew what would happen until all the shit hit the fan.
We were expecting 15 men guarding Sabrina and her cargo but that could have easily changed.
All phone and wifi signals in and out of a 20-mile radius were being rerouted and hacked by blue to make sure we wouldn’t have any interruptions from the police.
I would have been more comfortable if we got some men into the trucking company as drivers, but Valdez only used his most trusted men to make these runs for him.
We had, however, got some of our people in dispatch.
Our plan was to do this with the least amount of lives lost. The only thing we did allow Nova and the girls to do was to handle victim relocation.
“Do we have eyes on Sabrina yet?” I asked, into the radio.
“There are three black Suburban’s escorting the two 18-wheelers carrying what we think is female cargo about 10 minutes out. We can make out 15 heat signatures inside including the target, all of them we assume will be armed to the teeth, boss.” A deep voice said.
“Copy that. Radio in when they hit the exit.” Black said.
“Got it boss.” He said and then the radio went silent.
Ten minutes later the radio crackled another gruff voice from one of the men came over the radio.
“Target just hit the exit. We’re tailing off and heading to the perimeter.” One of our men said.
I tapped into an open line to the men and sent out last minute orders for them to lock in and remain on alert.
This was the only chance we had to get this bitch, and I wasn’t about to let her get away.
I kept a close eye on my watch as the minutes ticked by slowly as I waited impatiently for Sabrina to make an appearance.
Before long the loud roar of truck engines and bright lights broke through the trees announcing the convoy's arrival.
In minutes two 18-wheelers and three SUVS were pulling into the yard.
A flashy silver BMW pulled in behind them.
“Those must be the buyers.” Blue said, zooming in on the live image of the car.
The SUVs parked first and then fifteen heavily armed men exited, immediately starting to direct the trucks to park at the designated bay doors.
“Anyone got eyes on the target? We need to see her before we move in. I don’t want to lose even one of the women on those trucks, so somebody tell me somethin’. We didn’t do all this shit for this bitch not to be here.”
No sooner than I said those words the back door opened to the SUV parked in the middle and out stepped Sabrina.
She had the nerve to be dressed more like she was goin’ to the opera instead of a human trafficking sale.
Taking the hand of one of the armed men, she strutted over to the bay door where the two men from the BMW waited.
The fake dazzling smile she gave them fucked with me.
I can’t believe I used to be dumb for her scammin’ ass.
This was it. It was time to take her and her team down.
I opened the channel on my radio but before I was able to send out the go ahead my phone rang.
Normally I would keep my phone off but with Nova so close to her due date I couldn’t chance it.
But then I saw who it was, I knew something was wrong.
“Baby girl? Is everything ok? Is your mom alright?”
“Um daddy is mommy, auntie Tyra, Kema and Mecca supposed to go out for snacks?” She asked. “Because we got snacks at home.” She finished with an attitude.
I’m sure that attitude came from her not being able to tag along wherever they had disappeared to.
“Exactly uncle Crew my mama think I didn’t see her take her taser and her pepper spray with her too.” DJ snitched.
I was so made I could feel smoke coming out of my ears. I know their hardheaded asses didn’t leave unguarded like we don’t have people trying to kill us. Man, if Nova got hurt, I was gon’ kill everybody out here.
“Thank you for telling me kids. I’m gon’ take care of it. You too stay safe and don’t leave the base.”
Ok. We good, unc. Me and Timber got our protection in case of an emergency.” DJ said.
“Bye daddy.” Timber said and ended the call.
I dialed Nova’s phone but got no answer and then immediately got the same thing when I called Tyra, fuckin’ voicemail.
I’m gon’ kill em I grumbled.
“Problem with the girls?” Black stated more than asked.
This had the nerve to be smirking as he asked. He knew they were on big bullshit. “Let's get back to the matter at hand. We need to get Sabrina before they finish here.” I snarled. The radio crackled to life and a frantic voice came through.
“Boss we got a black SUV enroute. It looks like one of ours, carrying four women. What do you want us to do?”
“Let ‘em through.” I said already knowing who the fuck it was.
Blue was already on it checking the screens in front of him for the SUV in question and right on the screen in the corner was muthafuckin’ Stony, T.T.
Frankie and Cleo dressed in all black like they were about to set it off.
Their SUV was coming down a side road used by county utility trucks.
Lucky for us Sabrina was occupied by the buyers, and her guards were too busy unloading the women onto the dock to notice anything irregular.
“Please tell me dat’s not who I think it is?” Blue asked.
“Aw hell nawl. Not the Birkin baddies. I told ya’ll they wasn’t gon listen.” Black grumbled.
