Chapter 7 #2
Once Hazard knows… it’s a ticking time bomb we can’t avoid.
Closing the schedule and putting the screen back into standby mode, I make my way downstairs.
Chrys is trying to get Risk to bend in ways he will never be able to, but it’s fun to watch him try.
She looks up at me with a wary smile. “Who was it?”
“Hazard. One of the other brothers. He was curious about Arc and then he was curious about the heat and your ‘cat tree.’ He doesn’t know you’re here, but he knows someone is.”
“How?”
Risk grimaces.
“There’s coffee in the fridge.”
“So?”
“Hazard is the only Sian we know who can stomach it. It’s not just a dislike, most people have a visceral reaction to it.”
“Even you guys?”
I nod, Risk making a face that doesn’t have anything to do with the tightness of that particular stretch.
“How long do we have?” she asks.
“Hannah will know in two days.”
Risk pulls himself out of the bend. “Which means Hazard will know in three, max.”
Before I can tell him that neither of them is the reason Chrys will have to let her sisters know she’s here, she says, “Wait.”
When I look at her, she asks, “How is Hannah going to know?”
“You’re going to meet her in two days.”
“I am?”
Nodding, I look up at the ceiling. The chime that just rang through the overhead speaker—the system knows we’re all in here, so it didn’t sound anywhere else—is a message from Mary inviting her to lunch at a zurgle cafe.
“Arc is going to take you into town and you’re going to meet a lot of people.”
“Why does it feel like you’re not going to tell me what we’ll actually be doing?”
“Because that is something you need to hear from Arc.”
She glares at me, but she doesn’t ask any more questions, just twists herself in a strange knot and somehow the flow of the movement brings her to standing.
“Do you know when he’s going to be back?”
“Tomorrow, around midday.”
She frowns and then exhales. “This might sound weird, but the three of you don’t feel… right without one of you.”
“Like, obviously you’re not ‘missing a piece’ because he’s gone or anything nonsensical like that, but… it’s like you’re a matching set? You all work individually, but I can feel that he’s missing.”
“It makes sense,” I tell her.
It’s the reason she’s going to find a way to bond to all three of us.
I inhale sharply when the future hits me, gripping onto the door jamb when it threatens to knock me off my feet.
“You’re usually better at hiding that,” Risk says, his voice far away.
“Yeah.” I take a few deep breaths before I can look up at them. “It was a good thing, I promise.”
“You’re sure?” Chrys asks, coming to me and standing so close she almost has to tip back to look up at me.
“Yeah. But I think I need to keep this one to myself for a little bit.”
I see the movement Risk makes in my periphery. He’s concerned. Like I told Noa, the future doesn’t change once I’ve seen it, but… this is something I can’t risk being the exception to this rule.
She does find a way to have us all. I don’t know what it is yet, but I’ve seen what comes after.
“Okay… Tell us when you can.” She pushes up onto her toes and kisses me. “I need to shower… and then, since there’s no point in waiting up for Arc anymore, I am going to need help getting to sleep.”
She goes upstairs and I watch from the doorway.
When Risk stops beside me, I switch to Sianese, just in case. “I don’t know when, I don’t know how, but it works.”
“I know,” he says.
“Of course you do.”
CHRYS
Their outpost is finally warm enough I can stand on the bathroom floor barefoot and not want to immediately find socks. The water has always been warm enough.
A stylist on this planet does platinum cards, so I was able to get the exact purple shampoo I used back on Earth. “Thank God.”
The shower is nice. The bath would be nicer, but it’s already too late for that.
Cleaned up, dried off, and standing in the door to the bedroom with a towel wrapped around me, I glare at the empty bed and purse my lips.
When I go to the door to the hallway…
They stand on either side of it, looking at each other like I’ve just interrupted a debate.
“Did I miss something important?” I ask, looking back and forth between them.
“No.” Risk pushes himself away from the wall. “We were trying to decide where certain lines were… For instance, I know you wanted to see us in there when you got out of the shower. Shock saw us with you tonight… but knowing and seeing aren’t as important as hearing.”
I don’t argue with them. Consent is important, and I’m sure those lines get fuzzy with all three of them.
“Consider this your formal invitation to trust your gifts, implicitly.” Shock makes a face when I call them gifts, but I ignore it. “Now, get your butts in here and get to working on keeping me warm.”
Risk picks me up and Shock pulls back the covers, but I don’t want to snuggle down yet. I want what I always want, which gives me pause.
“Do you think the mixed up meds might still be in my system?” I let go of the towel and squirm as Risk sets me down. “I’ve never been this perpetually horny in my life.”
“It’s because you’re taking Vitamin S.” Risk tucks my hair behind my ear. “The effects are designed to make bonding easier. That means a lot of different things, including being perpetually horny.”
“So, it is the drugs.” I smile up at them so they know it’s a joke. “Well, I guess we’ll all just have to suffer through my all-horny-all-the-time phase.”
“If this is suffering,” Shock leans down and pinches my nipple with his tongue. That ability is going in a new Agency article. “Count me in.”
“I’ve thought about splitting my tongue. I’ve never really got beyond idle curiosity, but it’s a pretty standard procedure back on Earth now… women getting their boyfriends and husbands to do it for a little alien role play.”
“We like your tongue just the way it is, thank you,” Shock says, pressing his thumb to my lips and easing my mouth open.
I nip at his finger. “I like yours too.”
He pulls me up to my knees and kisses me as Risk moves closer. Four hands smooth over my skin, and Shock pulls back from me only to nudge me to Risk for his turn.
They pass me back and forth between them, shedding clothing as they tease me.
I sigh as I pass between them.
“What is it?” Risk strokes my jaw.
“I wish Arc was here.”
“So do we.” He tips his head to the side, his smile is impish. “Should we wait until he gets back?”
I bite my lip. “Honestly, I think he’d be mad if we did.”
“Probably. We don’t want him to be mad at us.” He turns me around until I’m facing the darkening caldera beyond the window. “Besides, I’m hungry.”
The barest reflection of us blurs the snowy landscape outside. Risk is a bright yellow point behind me. Shock a warm orange… like two more stars in the sky, unwilling to set.
Risk smooths his hand up my spine, like he’s trying to straighten out the wispy lines that swirl up it, pressing me down into the mattress as they speak to each other in Sianese, no doubt coordinating their attack.
Smiling, I bite my tongue. I don’t need to ask. I don’t need Risk’s gift. I know whatever they have planned, I’ll love it.
When Risk scoops his hands under my hips, I expect him to drag me back—he does.
I don’t expect him to pick me up off the bed entirely.
If Shock wasn’t there to take my shoulders and lift me up too, I might have dragged my face across the sheets.
They hold me up between them, and Shock smiles at me. “Are you ready?”
“Am I ready for—” Risk buries his face in my pussy, seemingly intent on proving it is his favorite thing in the world. “Oh my god.”
While he eats, Shock wraps his hand around my throat, and kisses me like a reward, not a distraction.
He kisses me like it’s his favorite thing in the world.
Risk’s tongue makes me wiggle and squirm. Shock’s stops me from begging for what he’s already giving me.
Thick fingers join Risk’s tongue and I grip Shock’s shoulders and finally he draws back enough to let me breathe.
That breath is immediately stolen by the sweet rush of the orgasm that sneaks up on me, and I bury my face in Shock’s neck as I sob through the waves of pleasure Risk keeps pushing through me as he relentlessly sucks on my clit.
It feels like an eternity before he lets up, and I bite my tongue so I don’t ask for more.
I need a minute, even if I don’t want it.
“Fuck.” I breathe the word. “If I was willing to tell Jess I’m here, I’d ask her how she managed to hold out as long as she did.”
“She only had one man trying to fulfill all of her desires,” Risk says, licking my thigh before they turn me, dropping me onto the mattress to bounce. “There are three of us. You have to be three times as patient.”
“Very rude of the saints to do that to me.”
If they were human men, I’d have already fucked them. I might have done it before that medication made me want to ride Shock into the road on the way home.
But they’re not human men. I don’t want them to be.
I want them to be exactly what and who they are. I want them to be mine. And I want them all.
The fluids are the problem, and I don’t know how to stop that… but I do know that I like their current solution before they’ve told me what it is.
Risk moves behind Shock, watching me over his shoulder as he says something quietly in Sianese and takes hold of his cock.
He starts to stroke, but Shock is doing most of the work.
“That’s right,” Risk says, just loudly enough in English that I can hear it this time. “Fuck my hand the way you want to fuck her pussy.”
Shock’s eyes close for a bare moment and his hips work faster. When they open again, they’re locked on me.
Both of them watch me like they’d like to pounce and devour me, right here and now.
I scoot back until I’m sitting in the pillows, and then I drop my knees to the side, opening myself to them as I reach down to tease all of us. I’m still slick from Risk’s tongue, and my clit is so needy it hurts.
“I want to teach you a word.” Shock closes his eyes for a moment as Risk squeezes his shaft, twisting in the same motion as those three tubes beneath the skin, and when he opens them again, they pierce right through me. “It’s a magic word.”
“What does it do?”
“When you say it, it’s going to make me come.” He reaches back, gripping Risk’s neck. “It might make us both come. When I thought about you saying it last night, Arc didn’t stand a chance.”
My breath catches in my throat. “Tell me.”
“Close your legs. We don’t want any accidents.”
I do, going to my knees and pretending to wait patiently.
“Meh,” he says, and I repeat it back.
“Stah.”
Risk curses behind him.
“Vah.” When I say the last piece, he says, “put them together.”
“Mestava.”
As promised, a jet of cum slings out of him, across the bed, my thighs… and Risk grunts too.
Shock laughs as cum drips from them both.
“That is a magic word. What does it mean?”
“Breed me.” Risk wraps his hand around Shock’s throat and pulls him back. “I would have liked a little more warning.”
I watch, cleaning the cum off my thighs as Risk turns Shock around and pushes him onto the bed.
“You like surprises.”
Risk doesn’t argue. He goes to his knees.
When Risk’s mouth wraps around Shock’s cock, I don’t give him any warning either. I crawl over to them and wrap my arms around Shock’s shoulders.
Kissing his neck and then dragging my lips over the pointed shell of his ear, I whisper. “Mestava.”
It is magic.
He grunts again, and then Risk does too. But only Shock came this time. When Risk pulls back, cum pours out of his mouth and down the front of him, a dark and yummy waterfall.
“We should clean you up,” I say, licking my lips and glancing at Shock. “And we should get him dirty.”
“Yes.” Shock picks me up as he stands and takes me into the bathroom, but he sits me on the counter and says, “Stay put.”
And I do… but I pretend to pout as he drags Risk into the shower and I have to watch as they get dirty and clean on the other side of the glass.
