CHAPTER 2
In just a second, the monster disappeared and Cruella was dumbfounded for a second. She felt gross when she devoured the huge monster but also felt good like she had just eaten. She could feel an increase in her HP and MP.
She looked at her surroundings and realized she was in a forest. Upon knowing her power level, she wasn't as worried as before anymore. She was looking forward to meeting a few monsters to devour.
Well, since there was no monster nearby, Cruella decided to look at her status and skills. Her time was consumed by familiarizing her skills and she didn't notice how many days had passed by.
When she realized that her concealment skill was self-activating, she tried not concealing her power a bit and the result shocked her greatly.
Her small appearance turned into a gigantic one. She could even see the entire vast forest and the world beyond the forest. The kingdom of humans.
Speaking of humans, Cruella remembered her previous life as a human and detested the experience. It was hellish of an experience and she wouldn't want to experience that kind of life again especially the feelings of being powerless.
But she thought of a problem. Being powerful also comes with great responsibility. She wonders what the future would be like. Will it be peaceful or chaotic?

Time ticked away and Cruella didn't realize how long she had been staying in the forest.

Her name the Great Devourer Wolf suits her.
She even devoured a powerful legendary fire dragon.
One day, Cruella saw a bunch of humans fighting some monsters. She looks at them with interest.
In truth, Cruella misses being a human. It's such a pity she was reincarnated as a wolf.
Cruella observed the humans for a while and learned how they used their skills. Humans cast a spell to release their skills, unlike her, she only uses her thoughts to use her skills.
Every day, Cruella watched the humans fight and lose their lowly lives. She even felt disgusted with some humans because they betrayed their companions to save their lives and escape on their own in the face of danger.

She growled and jumped into the air and landed in front of the girl.
The group was startled when they saw a silver-red wolf snarling at them. The most baffled of them all was the girl. She couldn't believe that a wolf she deemed a dangerous creature protected her in this critical moment.
"Be careful of this wolf. This is strange. It seemed weak but at the same time powerful?"
"It's just a wolf! C'mon, let's kill it!"
The group of men sees Cruella as prey but they don't know they are her prey. She hadn't devoured a human yet so she wanted to know the feelings.
"Run! Leave me!" the girl urged Cruella to leave which amazed her greatly. It was the first time she saw a human being concerned about a monster like her. Mostly, humans were repulsed by her and would kill her if ever they saw her.
She ignored the girl and attacked the humans.
She decided to toy with them for a while.
So Cruella does that and is enjoying herself.
She felt smug upon seeing the humans battered and bruised.
It was a piece of art. She could see the deep wounds in their body because of her sharp claws and sharp canines.
The human blood in her mouth tastes great. She had the urge to drain them all but she resisted and scolded herself internally.
"I'm a wolf, not a vampire!"
Seeing they couldn't defeat her, the group tried to run for their lives. However, they underestimated Cruella. In just a flash, the humans disappeared from the face of the world. Cruella devoured them all!
Seeing how Cruella devoured the groups, send shivers down to the girl's spine. She was trembling and almost passed out because of fear. What if the wolf would also devour her? Contrary to her thoughts, the wolf in question burped loudly and felt stuffed.
Cruella looked at the girl and blinked her eyes gently, making the girl swallow nervously.
The girl stared back at Cruella to prepare herself if ever she would attack her. But her thoughts didn't happen at all because Cruella suddenly slumped into the ground, unconscious.
The girl was stunned and ran toward Cruella to check if it was still alive. She sighed in relief because the wolf was only sleeping. In truth, she fell in love with the wolf's silver-red fur.
She hesitated if she should just leave the wolf lying on the ground or bring it with her. Even though the wolf saved her just now, she was still wary because she just saw how it devoured humans. This kind of wolf is too dangerous.
But... she couldn't bring herself to just leave it alone, vulnerable and defenseless. There are a lot of monsters nearby so its safety is unwarranted.
In the end, the girl brought Cruella with her. She decided the wolf would be the best companion.
Since it was nighttime, the girl found a place to rest and hugged Cruella to sleep.
Meanwhile, Cruella was having a dream. In her dream, she was laughing happily together with some humans. They bonded with each other and shared a great time. However, she accidentally devoured them all. Thus, leaving her alone again and lonely.
She was horrified and she woke up screaming.
"Huh?"
Cruella was stunned when she heard a voice beside her. She saw a girl hugging her waist with a sleepy look. She blinked her eyes multiple times and poked the girl's face.
The girl was startled and immediately stood up vigilantly when she saw a stranger. She look at Cruella with a stunned and reddened expression.
"Who are you?!" the girl gulped and covered her eyes upon seeing that the girl in front of her was naked.
"Huh? You are the girl from last night." Cruella uttered and she was stunned when she heard her voice.
Realization dawned on her when she saw her appearance. She was naked, with human hands and feet. She felt like dreaming.
She slapped her face and felt a slight pain. "I wasn't dreaming?! I became a human?!" she blurted out in shock.
Inexplicably excited, she look at her current status.

At this moment, Cruella had recovered from her shock and faced the girl she rescued last night. She smiled brightly and gripped the girl's hand with excitement and stared at her face. The girl has long blonde hair like that of a princess and she also wears expensive clothes. She looks like a noble!
Meanwhile, the girl's head exploded in embarrassment being stared at closely by a naked beautiful woman. She was star-struck seeing such a beautiful woman exist as though a fairy descended from heaven. She stared at her in bewilderment.
"Are you a princess?!" Cruella asked excitedly. She never met a real-life princess in her entire life.
"I... um," the girl blinked her eyes, and her face flushed red. She immediately took off her long coat and wrapped it around Cruella. She smiled and sighed in relief.
