CHAPTER SIXTEEN
The next morning Trina came downstairs early, in her bathrobe, and cooked breakfast for the family. By the time Jimmy had arrived from his apartment downstairs, and Sophia and Carmine had come out of their bedrooms into the dining hall, she was already putting the food in platters on the table.
“It smells great in here, Ma,” said Jimmy as he happily sat at the table.
Trina wasn’t the greatest cook in the world, and the chefs from Reno’s restaurants downstairs that prepared them meals on a consistent basic were no slouches, but it warmed his heart to see her back in the kitchen again.
That meant she was feeling better. But when she told him about their father, Jimmy felt better too. “Before eleven? That’s great, Ma.”
“I was blown away.”
Sophia was shocked too. “Our Daddy came home early and actually stayed home? Are you talking about our Reno Gabrini?”
“No,” said Carmine, “she’s talking about their Reno Gabrini. Where could there possibly be another Reno Gabrini who lives, not in Reno, Nevada, but in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is known the world over as our father? Where, Sophia?”
Jimmy laughed.
“Forget you,” Sophia said to her younger brother. “He’s still asleep, Ma?”
“I told him to get up. But I’ll go upstairs and check. Jimmy, say the grace.”
After Jimmy said the prayer, he, Sophia, and Carmine began filling their plates with food while Trina headed upstairs.
When she opened the double doors of their master bedroom and found Reno still in bed, she rolled her eyes. That man! Then she closed the doors and made her way to his bedside.
“Reno?” He remained asleep. “Reno?” She shook him. “Reno!”
When he still didn’t respond, she shook him harder. And then harder. When he still didn’t respond, she began to panic. He never slept that hard ever. “Reno!” she cried out with fear in her voice as she placed both of her hands on his shoulders and began shaking him furiously.
She was just about to reach for the phone on the nightstand to call 911 when Reno suddenly woke up grinning, grabbed her by her waist, and slung her on top of him.
“Are you nuts?” she said as she angrily hit him while he laughed. “This is not funny. With your stupid ass!”
“This stupid ass fooled your ass,” he said as he was still unable to take it seriously.
And soon Trina, relieved that it was only a prank, was smiling too as she laid on top of him. “I cooked breakfast for you and you haven’t even gotten up yet.”
Reno was pleased by what she’d just said. He was staring at her. “You cooked it for me, or for the children?”
“For you,” said Trina, “and for the children. But mainly for your old crusty ass.”
“You wasn’t complaining about this crusty ass last night.”
“That’s because you caught me by surprise,” Trina said.
“Surprise my ass,” Reno said and began tickling her. Trina laughed.
Reno continued smiling as he removed the strand of hair from Trina’s smooth brown face. And soon his look changed. And Trina could see that look in his eyes: a look she knew so well. And in true Reno fashion, he had her, just like that, feeling it too.
He removed her off of him and laid her onto her back.
Then he flung open her bathrobe as if it wasn’t tied at all, placed his arms inside of that robe and around her naked body, and began kissing her on the mouth for several minutes, and then on her breasts for several more, and then down below for even longer than that.
When he couldn’t hold out any longer and they both were on the verge of cumming from his mouth action alone, he moved up, entered her with a hard thrust, and made love to her again.
They started out fast, with a pounding kind of love that had their bed shaking too, and they only got faster.
Reno held onto Trina as he did her, and Trina held on too.
He tried with all he had to keep it going for as long as he could.
But that wasn’t very long. Trina did something to his body that no other woman could match.
And she was doing him in spades that morning.
Within minutes they both were cumming.
Within minutes they both had cum so hard that they disgorged every ounce of everything they had within them. It was an even harder cum than they experienced last night.
And when they finished, it had an even more profound effect on Reno too. Trina could feel his heart hammering against her chest. She looked at him and wondered if he was going to be okay.
Trina was breathing so heavily to Reno that he looked at her, too, and wondered if she was going to be okay.
When they both realized what they were doing, they smiled. And that look of love came into Reno’s eyes again. And he kissed her again.
But this time Trina pushed him off of her. “Nope. Get up,” she said as she got out of bed.
“I was just getting started,” he said disingenuously. They both knew he didn’t have an ounce left in him.
“I’m not playing with you, Reno,” she said as she began tying back up her bathrobe as she headed for the door.
“Come down before the children leave so they can at least see their father for two minutes today. And remember we have dinner with Sal and Gemma tonight. No excuses,” she said, glancing back at him, and then she left the room.
Reno laid his head back as his smile slowly evaporated. He’d be a basket case if he lost Trina, and he knew it. But as he got up, went into the bathroom and urinated for a long time, that was why he knew he could never lose Trina.
And he had to start acting like it.
He finished peeing, washed his hands, put on his bathrobe, and headed downstairs too.
