Ch32 The Fearless Mrs. Vardhan #4

"Have you lost your mind, Rudra?" she demanded. "You are not even fully recovered yet. The doctor specifically ordered complete bed rest, and here you are, sitting in the office and working. And that too without informing anyone?"

Rudraksh, equally stubborn, replied, "Nothing happened to me. I'm perfectly fine. There was important work at the office, that's why I'm here. Besides, I can't just lie on a bed all day doing nothing."

Taking a deep breath to control her temper, Rivanya said, "Fine. No problem. Now come with me and go home. You need to rest, Rudra."

But Rudraksh immediately said, "Look, Mrs. Vardhan, I'm not that weak. I have a lot of work to do. You go home. I'll finish my work and come later."

Rivanya narrowed her eyes. "So you're not coming back with me?"

"No," Rudraksh replied without hesitation.

A dangerous smile appeared on Rivanya's face. "Fine then. Whatever happens next will be entirely your responsibility, Mr. Rudraksh Vardhan."

Before Rudraksh could understand what she meant, Rivanya suddenly rose on her toes, grabbed his ear, and pulled it hard.

Rudraksh's eyes widened in complete shock. "Rivanya! What are you doing?" he exclaimed. "Have you gone mad? Leave me!"

Rivanya tightened her grip on his ear and said, "Now I'm only going to leave this ear once we reach the car."

Vyom looked absolutely delighted and couldn't stop himself from cheering.

"Come on, Rivanya! Go for it!"

Rudraksh shot him a deadly glare and growled, "Are you my friend or my enemy? Get her off me, you idiot!"

Vyom folded his arms and smirked. "You are responsible for your own actions, you fool. I told you not to come here. Now suffer."

Rivanya nodded. "Exactly. Now come home. I'll show you."

With that, she continued dragging Rudraksh by the ear toward the exit.

The entire office stared in disbelief.

The same Rudraksh Vardhan whose presence alone was enough to silence people... the same man before whom nobody dared raise their voice... was currently being dragged through his own office by his wife.

Every employee watched the scene with wide eyes.

Some were shocked.

Some were trying not to laugh.

Some were questioning whether they were dreaming.

And through it all, Rudraksh kept glaring at everyone while Rivanya continued pulling him forward without the slightest bit of fear.

Meanwhile, Vyom watched everything with complete satisfaction.

For the first time in years, someone had managed to defeat Rudraksh Vardhan.

And that person was none other than Mrs. Rivanya Rudraksh Vardhan.

What people thought about Rudraksh never really mattered to him, and today was no different. The only thing everyone learned was that the lion of the outside world turned into a complete cat in front of his wife.

Rivanya continued pulling Rudraksh by the ear as she marched him toward the lift. Employees and staff stared in absolute disbelief, their eyes constantly shifting between Rivanya and Rudraksh. Some looked shocked, some amused, while others were struggling to process what they were witnessing.

Vyom, meanwhile, happily followed behind them, enjoying every second of the drama.

Soon, they reached the parking area. Rivanya finally dragged Rudraksh to the car, opened the back door, and made him sit inside. After making sure he was properly seated, she got in beside him while Vyom occupied the seat next to the driver.

The car then started moving toward Vardhan Mansion.

The entire journey passed in complete silence.

Rivanya did not say a single word.

The anger visible on her face was enough to keep Rudraksh quiet as well. For perhaps the first time in a long while, he wisely decided not to argue further.

Vyom sat in front, trying his best not to laugh. He was both shocked and delighted by what had happened.

Within some time, the car finally arrived outside Vardhan Mansion.

The moment the vehicle stopped, Rivanya stepped out and immediately grabbed Rudraksh's ear once again.

"Rivanya..." Rudraksh warned.

But she ignored him completely.

Before he could protest any further, she was already dragging him toward the mansion entrance.

Rudraksh tried stopping her midway a few times, but Rivanya was in absolutely no mood to listen.

Holding his ear firmly, she brought him inside the mansion.

The moment they entered, the entire family looked at them in confusion and surprise.

However, Rivanya didn't stop to explain anything.

She simply dragged Rudraksh straight upstairs toward their room.

Meanwhile, Vyom followed behind them.

When Dadi Maa noticed the scene, she immediately asked,

"What happened?"

That was all the invitation Vyom needed.

With great enthusiasm, he narrated the entire incident from the office.

The moment everyone heard the story, laughter erupted throughout the hall.

Pratap shook his head proudly and said,

"My daughter truly is a lioness."

Dadi Maa laughed and nodded in agreement.

"Good. Rudraksh has finally found a wife who can match him. She will straighten out that donkey one day."

The entire family burst into laughter once again, while somewhere upstairs, Rudraksh Vardhan was probably wondering how his own family had ended up enjoying his suffering so much.
