Claire #3

I inhaled deeply, my vision blurring from pleasure as I panted, “I belong to you, Arik.”

“Fuck,” he groaned, his voice thick with desire and desperation.

His grunts filled the air as I struggled to breathe, riding out the most earth-shattering orgasm I had ever experienced in my life. I could barely keep my eyes open, but when I finally forced them open, the sight that greeted me was both captivating and terrifying.

Arik’s appearance was shifting. The veins around his eyes began to protrude ominously, a dark network of tendrils spreading across his skin.

His lips were drawn back in a snarl, revealing razor-sharp fangs that seemed to pierce into his own flesh.

My heart pounded in my chest, a mix of fear and disbelief flooding my senses.

“Arik…please.” I winced, my voice trembling as I felt his grip tighten on my thighs, pulling them farther apart. “You have to stop for me…” I whispered into his ear.

His fingers dug into me hard enough to leave bruises as his thrusts became more frantic, more urgent. I was overwhelmed by the raw intensity, but the sight of his monstrous transformation sent a shiver of dread through me.

Arik’s focus was fixed on the wall above me, his eyes locked in a deep, frenzied concentration.

He was trying to avoid looking at me, as if the mere act of meeting my gaze might drive him further into madness.

My hands grasped the pillows beside my head, trying to ground myself amid the chaos of the moment.

A deep breath escaped Arik, and as I moaned again, pulling his attention toward me, his control seemed to snap. Without warning, he bit deeply into my right forearm. The pain was immediate and searing, and a raw scream tore from my throat.

Fuck. He couldn’t control it.

In a panic, I threw my left fist onto his cheek, the impact knocking him off me.

He lay there, blinking silently as if his two sides were at war in his mind.

Adrenaline surged through me as I scrambled off the bed, my body still trembling from the intensity of our encounter. I darted toward the door, but before I could reach it, Arik’s arms enveloped me again. He lifted me effortlessly, slamming my naked body against the back of the door.

Terror gripped me as I turned my head away from him, my mind racing with thoughts of escape and survival. Arik held me there, his breath coming in ragged gasps, his form now fully transformed into the monstrous being I had feared.

“Please…” I whispered, my voice barely audible as blood gushed from my arm, trickling down onto the floor. The sight of the crimson liquid pooling beneath me was a stark reminder of the danger I was in. Arik’s jaw locked as I saw his nose twitch. He could smell my blood.

He stood there, as if he had been frozen.

His face was contorted and monstrous, just as I’d seen before. But his eyes. His eyes looked panicked as he winced in pain.

Arik’s grip loosened, and in a swift motion, he dropped me to the floor. Before I could react, he had opened the door and disappeared into the night, leaving me alone in the eerie silence.

I lay there, shivering in the moonlight that streamed through the open door, my body drenched in sweat and blood. My head was spinning, and my vision was starting to darken as I felt lightheaded.

Heavy footsteps echoed down the hallway, growing louder and more insistent. My heart raced as I anxiously awaited someone’s arrival, hopefully someone who could help. The fear of Arik’s return gnawed at me, even as I hoped for rescue.

Sam burst through the door, his expression a mix of shock and fury as he took in the scene before him. “What the fuck happened?” he screamed, his voice trembling with anger and concern. He quickly wrapped me in the blanket, his movements rough but caring as he lifted me back onto the bed.

I lay there, silent, and barely able to speak, my breath coming in rapid, shallow gasps. Sam’s gaze was fixed on my arm, where the bite marks were already starting to swell and darken. His face turned deep crimson, his anger palpable.

“Stay here!” he yelled, his voice filled with a fierce urgency as he ran out the open door.

As I waited, my vision began to blur and darken, the edges of reality slipping away from me.

I stared at the doorway, hoping to see Sam return before it was too late, even as a part of me feared that Arik might come back.

Even though my body was beginning to feel cold, the pool of blood surrounding me brought me warmth.

Finally, Sam reappeared, carrying the large medical kit. His face was a mask of determination and fear as he knelt beside me.

“Sam?” I whispered, my voice fading as my eyes fluttered closed.

“Stay with me, Claire,” he said urgently, his hands working deftly as he opened the kit. “I will take care of this. You are not going anywhere.”

His words were a lifeline in the darkness, a promise of help and safety. As the world around me began to dissolve into a shadow, I clung to the hope that Sam’s presence would be enough to pull me back from the brink.

And then…there was darkness.
