CHAPTER TWO #2
Though I don’t understand why. She’s beautiful in an exotic way, and she represents a world far from the palace, but there’s something pinched in her expression that hits my gut the wrong way.
Normally, I would care. Tonight, I don’t.
Seed rises strong inside me. My balls ache with the need to spend it.
Gil and I stroll down the hall. He rams his shoulder into my side, leaning on me. He gives every appearance of being drunk, but there’s something… wrong. I can’t quite put my finger on it, having had a bit too much fermented barley as well.
Mistake. The clear beer poisons thinking as the thick mash does not. I should have stuck with peasant ale, something so solid it requires chewing. The clear fermentations leave me feeling drugged.
Actually… did I partake of Gil’s famous drink? He did. I remember seeing him tip his cup, but did I…?
I search my tastebuds, but before I can locate the strand of aftertaste that will tell me which beverage I consumed, I lose the thought. I hear a laugh and only realize I’m the one making the sound when Gil strokes his hand down my flank.
“I’d ask what the joke is, but I’ve got other interests.”
“W-what have you done?” I slur the words as the walls wobble around us.
“Made you less boring, for once. I gave you Inanna’s beer, the same which she served to Enki.”
“To take m-my p-powers?” A thrill of distress flutters through me. My feet stop their march.
“What powers? The power to bore? Yes, I took that away, at least for the next handful of hours. You should thank me.” And there he is, the king of all he surveilles, every bit of him in control while my knees give out and I sink to the middle of the stone floor.
I lean my head against the painted mud brick wall as he snickers.
“Don’t worry, brother. The girl can care for you here as well as there. ”
There’s a flurry of feet, but it feels far away. Around me are the softest clouds, tangible as real ones aren’t. I’ve touched the feathered whisps on my flights. My paws found only mist.
Mist is nice. Cool. The upper atmosphere is cold, too cold for my hide.
As I drift in a pleasant fashion, my worry flittering away, I recline onto my side. Music wafts around me. The stone floor is cool against my overheated hide. Suddenly, potent lily perfume fills my nostrils. I turn my head.
Beside me, on her knees, is the golden flower Gil promised me. She bites her bottom lip as she stares along my lion form.
“Be a good girl,” Gil murmurs, his large hand wrapping over her head as if he would suction her into his palm. “Do as you’re told. Make my best friend happy, er… what is your name?”
“Karu.” She raises pleading eyes, trying to see her king. “It means ‘to love.’”
“Excellent. Pleasure my friend, Karu, and never mind the barbs. If you die on his i?arum, you’ll be granted paradise.”
I lift my head at this blatant lie, but the will to argue escapes me as Karu’s small hand reaches between my legs.
I slap a paw against her forehead, arresting her. “W-willing?”
Her gaze shifts back to Gil, to whatever she can see of him, but she nods. “Yes.” Gently, tentatively, she strokes over my length. My unfurred shaft springs from the furred base, elongating like a sighting device.
A surprised sound escapes her. Likely, she’s wondering how such a ram might fit within her flower.
“W-will w-w-work,” I slur, closing my eyes. “You’re st-stretchy.”
All my attention, all my energy, fastens on my rearing member and the ache of need centering in my balls. I want to shift onto my back so she can straddle my body and house my i?arum in her fragrant little kir, but the effort to turn is too great.
“Like this,” Gilgamesh snaps, as if reading my mind. Likely, he’s only examining the impossibility of the situation. Rougher hands, his hands, grab my hips and flip me so my i?arum points towards the ceiling.
I mean to object, but then a small mouth flattens with heat and silk against the head, taking my thoughts and will onto her tongue.
I open my eyes to find the gold mop of hair grazing along my stomach as her lips work with magick kisses down my length.
Two small, cool hands cup my aching balls before squeezing.
A rumble of pleasure roars from my lips.
Karu sends me a small smile over the head of my i?arum. “In my world, the druids would milk your seed for use in medicines.” Her breath is warm as she laps along the sensitive tip.
Behind her rears my king, naked, kaunake discarded. He tears what remains of her dancer’s costume into easy pieces. His large hands swallow her waist as he positions her. Lifting her like a plow so her legs encircle his middle, he positions his i?arum before her honeyed passage.
I know the moment he takes what was meant to be my gift because her lips around me bow as she moans, long and loud. Her head lifts briefly off me, her blue eyes fluttering closed before she opens them again. A determined look crosses her face.
She lowers her lips back to my i?arum, taking as much of me as she can, using her hands to stroke up and down my shaft, raising my seed. Calling my barbs. My barbs don’t care if it’s mouth or kir.
But I don’t have time to warn her. I’m too woozy from the strong beer Gilgamesh slipped into my cup.
My seed releases in a long, sweet gush. In the next instant, my barbs engage.
They screw themselves into the small space of her mouth and against her tongue, no doubt drawing blood. Preventing breath.
Fuck. I really am going to kill her on my i?arum.
Behind her, Gilgamesh lets loose a long whooping cry of victory as he empties into her kir. My kir. He gave her to me.
I kick out with my hind leg, catching him in the hip. His cry turns to a whoosh as his i?arum slips from between her legs. His cum paints my leg as he stumbles back, laughing.
“Couldn’t help it, Alad. So sweet a dessert was too good not to share.”
And like a honey merengue, all the pleasure melts away. The girl, Karu, begins screaming against my i?arum. She’s pulling like a wild thing, trying to rip herself free from my barbs.
The fact that she’s going to injure herself pulls me from my stupor. I turn my front paws to hands and grip her head, holding her still. “Breathe through your nose. I’m not in your throat. You can inhale, but if you continue to move, you’ll rip your flesh on my barbs. Easy, now.”
Does she understand? The panic in her eyes tells me she doesn’t have the wherewithal.
With a sigh, I focus all my energy and think deflating thoughts.
Gilgamesh unwittingly helps, the way he’s leering.
Slowly, my barbs recede under my skin. Karu pulls free before they’re fully encased, ripping her flesh upon the ridges, just as I warned.
Blood drips down her chin as she scuttles back away from me like a reverse crab. Terrified. Of me. Even though I had nothing to do with the nature that built me.
“Monster!” The word slurs in ichor.
But it pierces me like the sharpest, cleanest blade.
Gilgamesh leans down and pats my stomach, far too close to my withering i?arum for comfort. “Give her a day to heal, and you can have her again.”
“Her mouth? Or her kir?”
He shakes his head. “I’ve grown attached to this one.” Standing, he holds out his hand to help me off the ground. “Come. Let’s take her ass and kir together. The night is young.”
The night is young. Our friendship has grown old. I don’t know how much more of this I can stand.
