Cambria Chapter 14 #3

I did it, and when he spread my cheeks and a slick finger probed, then began to push into my ass, I moaned.

He didn’t rush it. He worked in one finger, then a second.

When there were two, he scissored them and kept thrusting.

The nerve endings in my ass woke up and were ready.

Except my wicked man kept me just on the edge of an orgasm.

I begged him to hurry or to get me off with his fingers.

He refused. Even when he had three fat fingers in my back door, and I was sobbing in need, he wouldn’t do it.

I was in a daze when his fingers left my ass.

Then I was lifted and turned until I was straddling his thighs.

His cock stood proud, and it was slick with precum again.

I moaned as he slid his lube-covered hand up and down his pole, coating it in slickness.

When he was done, he wiped his hand on the fitted sheet.

“Cambria, I want you on top. This way, you control how fast and deep it goes. Will you do it? Will you put my cock in your ass and ride it? Make us come. I’ve got a load of cum for that sweet hole,” he said hoarsely.

“Oh, yes, I will,” I told him.

And just like that, I was now in control.

I shifted forward and, with his help, raised myself enough to lodge the head of his cock at the entrance to my ass.

He held the base. Sinking slowly, I allowed the pain of it to wash over me as I dropped further down on his cock.

I had to take this more slowly. It burned and hurt, but I sensed the underlying pleasure waiting for me.

Shadow’s head was thrown back—a look of utter bliss was on his face.

I contracted my ass muscles, causing him to groan.

“How does it feel?” I asked.

“Like fucking heaven. Goddamn. Please, tell me you like this and want it again,” he pleaded hoarsely.

By then, I was sitting on his entire erection. I wiggled my ass, flexed, and while he was moaning, his fingers bit into my hips. I lifted up and then dropped back down. I moaned this time, and he began groaning.

Soon, the pain and burning ebbed away, and it was an intense pleasure I chased. I wanted to come, and his cock was going to make me. At this point, he was flexing his hips, helping to drive his cock deeper on each descent.

“That’s it. Fuck my ass. Drill it. Make me come,” I ordered.

Shadow snarled, and then he took over and pounded my ass hard.

I orgasmed on the fourth stroke, but he kept going, and that extended my release until I was lost in a sea of ecstasy as I went from one orgasm to the next.

I don’t know how long it was before he rammed it deep, froze, then bellowed my name as his cock spilled his precious load. I gladly accepted it.

When we were done, I collapsed onto his sweaty chest. His ragged breathing made me smile. I yawned, then my eyelids shut. That was the last I remembered.

???

I was floating in a delicious cloud of endorphins, and I didn’t know what else.

Shadow and I had passed out for about half an hour after that intense session.

When we surfaced, we cleaned up, talked about the experience, and one thing led to another, and we were back at it.

This time we took our time, and it was as good, but in a different way.

The ringing of a cell phone brought me out of my amazing stupor.

I fumbled in the dark for my phone. I couldn’t tell if it was mine or his ringing.

Shadow was moving on his side of the bed.

A faint glow led me to my phone and proved it was a call for me.

Picking it up, I noted that the time was 4 a.m. Who in the world would be calling me at this time?

Not recognizing the number, I answered it anyway.

“Hello?” I croaked because my mouth was dry.

“Is this Cambria Mulally?” a woman asked on the other end.

“Yes, it is. Who are you? It’s four in the morning,” I told her.

If this were one of those telemarketers, I swear I’d find her and go smack some sense into her.

They were relentless sometimes. However, this was the first time anyone had called me at this hour.

She must be in another part of the world where it was morning, like Australia, was my fleeting thought as I yawned and waited for her to tell me what she wanted. I jerked upright when she did.

“You fucking whore! How dare you betray him that way? You should burn in hell for what you did. I’m calling to warn you that your punishment is coming,” she shouted. The calm woman from seconds ago was now a raving lunatic.

The change caught me off guard. I was lucky that it didn’t seem to throw my man. He reached over and tapped the speaker button on my phone. Then he started tapping away on his phone. He mouthed to me, Keep her talking. My mind scrambled to form something to say.

“I don’t know who you are. And I don’t know who you think I’ve betrayed. You have the wrong person.” Was what came out.

“Like hell I do. We know who you are, Journi Brooks. You thought you were so smart when you changed your name and hid, but we found you.”

My breath caught, and my heart pounded. I tried to deny it.

“That’s not my name.”

“Yes, it is! Stop lying,” she shouted.

“Why do you think Journi Brooks betrayed you?” I asked.

“Stop acting innocent! You’re the spawn of that bitch he married. The one who didn’t know her place. She messed everything up.”

The urge to defend my mom was so fierce that I had to bite my tongue to stop myself from doing it.

Shadow was nodding his head encouragingly and was still tapping away on his phone, and he now had his tablet up and running.

He kept his on the bedside table at night.

I’d asked him why he did that, and he explained he could be called upon to do work for the club or someone else at any time. He felt naked without it.

“What part do you have in it? Sounds like the person hurt wasn’t you, and you shouldn’t be involved.” I tried a different approach.

“I have every right to be involved. I’m one of his girls. We’re the ones he truly loves, and we continue to fight for him,” she said reverently.

“Whose girls? Fight how?”

“Why do you keep pretending? Whatever. I’m one of Garen’s Girls.

We continue to keep his name and legacy alive.

We’re going to set him free. And when that happens, we’re going to move somewhere where others will leave us alone.

Only his truly devoted ones will be permitted to go with him.

He told us. We know what to do to earn our place. ”

“You have to earn a place with this guy? Why? What does he expect you to do to earn a spot? Where is he that you have to free him?”

Playing dumb was hard to do. There was so much I wanted to drive home to her. This bitch was sick if she actually believed Garen’s word on anything. I wouldn’t trust him if he said the sky was blue.

“You should be ashamed that you’re denying him. He’s your father. He raised and cared for you. He protected you. Yet, you turned on him and sent him to prison. You have to be punished for being a traitor,” she snapped.

Deciding I’d played dumb long enough, I let my true feelings out.

“Garen Brooks is a fucking monster. He’s a narcissistic sociopath.

He doesn’t care for anyone. You think he does, but he’s great at manipulating.

He makes people see what they want to see.

He’ll turn on you and kill you like he did all those women and my mom.

He’s an animal that deserves only one thing: to be put down.

I can’t wait for the day to come when they execute him.

I’ll be front and center for it. I want to look that motherfucker in the eyes as the life leaves him,” I snarled.

“You cock-sucking bitch! You fucking whore! You’re gonna die. We know where you’re staying. You can’t stay hidden forever. When you step outside, we’ll be waiting, and we’ll make you suffer before you die. And when we release Garen, we’ll dance on your grave.” She cackled like a demented jackal.

I opened my mouth to ram more truths down her delusional throat, just to vent, when Shadow reached over and took the phone away from me. His face was thunderous.

“I want you to listen very carefully, bitch. I’m her man, and you have to go through all our friends and me to get to her.

You don’t have that kind of power. We can make you all disappear, and no one will ever know what happened to you.

As for your Messiah, Garen Brooks. His fucking days are numbered.

He’s been sitting on death row for fourteen years.

Every appeal he’s made has been denied. He’ll never get out.

But even if he did, I can guarantee you that one of us would find him and make him pay for what he did.

“Do you even hear the stupidity you’re saying?

He killed eighteen women. One was his own wife.

Then he would’ve killed his daughter if she hadn’t outsmarted him.

Yeah, she’s the one who led the cops to him, and she doesn’t regret it a bit.

When he’s dead, we’ll piss on his grave.

” Shadow said it in a low voice, which made it way more menacing than the yelling.

I was shocked the mystery caller hadn’t interrupted him or hung up. When Shadow was done, she responded, but totally differently than before.

“Y-you don’t know what you’re talking about.

She’s lied to you. She fabricated all this, and the cops helped her to frame an innocent man.

He didn’t kill any of those women. Journi killed her mother and the others.

She’s the sociopath. We only want to right the wrong.

And for people like her, prison isn’t enough. ”

“Why would the police go along with it? They found evidence. There were souvenirs from the killings that connected him to every one of them. If he was innocent, why did he run and hide out for days? There was a national manhunt for him.” Shadow added more truths to it.

His calmness seemed to prompt the caller to respond calmly to him.

All I wanted to do was punch her in the face.

There was a stretch of silence. I had to check my phone to be sure the call hadn’t been dropped.

“Are you still there?” he asked.

“I am.”

“You said you and others would go to live with him. Why? What do you think he’ll provide you and the others?” he asked.

I kept my mouth shut. I was afraid I’d break the spell. As Shadow talked, he was still on his tablet. I craned my neck and saw he had a program open and a chat box. He was talking to someone else.

“He’ll be our father and husband. He’ll protect us from the predators in the world. He did that for his wife and daughter, but they didn’t appreciate it. We will. We’ll form our own family, and he’ll father new children—those who will follow his example and won’t betray him.”

My stomach churned, and I almost puked hearing this.

Did they all think they were going to live in peace in a polyamory bliss?

It was true, Garen was only sixty, so he could father many more children, but the thought of it made my skin crawl.

I had no clue what he looked like now, but when I was young, he’d been a handsome man.

Shadow took my hand and gently squeezed it. We’re almost finished, he mouthed.

“What’s your name? I feel better if I know who I’m speaking to. Mine is Shadow. I hadn’t looked at it from your perspective.”

His tone was almost cajoling, as if he were beginning to see things from her point of view. When I frowned at him, he winked. There was another drawn-out pause, then, to my shock, she answered him.

“It’s Maggie Marie.”

“How old are you? You sound really young to me. Are you even out of high school?” he asked.

“I’m twenty-six. I just sound young.”

“Maggie Marie, why don’t we meet? I’d like to hear more about how Garen was misjudged and what change he can bring about. I think Journi might be willing to listen. You have to give her a break. She was a kid, and she only knew what she had been taught.”

I was astonished at the direction the call had taken, but it was nothing compared to what I was when Maggie Marie, psycho groupie, agreed to meet. Five minutes later, Shadow had a time and place. He ended the call by telling her he’d see her in two days.

When he hung up, I broke. I jumped out of bed and raced to the bathroom. I barely made it to the toilet before I vomited. I brought up last night’s incredible meal and all the liquid in my stomach. Tears streamed down my face. My nightmare had grown worse.
