Chapter Thirty-One
“Ireally like Shay,” I share with Willa. “She’s funny and sassy and easy to be around. I can see why you two are friends and have a successful business together.”
We’re out on the back patio by the infinity pool. Willa is curled up next to me, as we’re sharing one of the wider loungers. There’s a slight chill in the air, and even though she has on a hoodie, she told me I’m keeping her nice and warm.
“She is pretty awesome,” Willa replies as she traces little circles on my long-sleeved tee-clad chest. “By the way,” she goes on, “how are you not cold?”
Pulling her in closer, I place a hand on her ass and say, “Babe, you’re keeping me plenty warm.”
“Mmmm,” she coos, hitching a leg over me. “Maybe we should go inside?”
Who am I to say no to that clear invitation?
“Yeah,” I say, kissing the top of her head. “Maybe we should.”
There’s no more conversation then.
There’s just me and her, the rest of the world shut out for now.
I carry her inside.
Clothes are discarded along the way. We’ll get those later.
Kisses are had—so many kisses, and everywhere.
On the bed, I love her with those kisses.
And with my fingers.
And my mouth.
And my cock.
I love her with everything I’ve got, because I just love her.
