Chapter 32 #2

We dried off and got dressed, and he watched me as I blow dried my hair and put a little bit of makeup on.

“Hunter and Marco. They’re not that bad,” he randomly said, and I glanced at him in the mirror.

“I think they’re proving to have our backs,” I answered, and he winced.

“I’m not sure I’m okay with the idea of them and you though. Luke’s wavering about it, and I know Ty’s on board, but I’m not sure I can be. Diesel probably won’t be okay with it because of the rival crew issue too.”

“I can respect that. I think things have been a mess lately, and I honestly think my feelings could be misplaced. They’ve been good to me, but—”

“In saying that, I also see the spark between you guys,” he said, cutting me off. “I think if everyone communicates, it might not be so bad.”

I blinked at him, not really sure how to respond. Did I want this? Hunter had betrayed my trust by spilling my secrets to Skeeter, so right now he could go to hell. Even if I did say fuck it and let them in, what if things didn’t work out with them and one of my guys decided to leave?

“Maybe see where it goes,” Jensen murmured, giving me a kiss on the top of the head and having no idea about my inner turmoil.

I couldn’t exactly tell him about why I’d been avoiding Hunter without telling him about Slash.

“C’mon, you look gorgeous. If I stay up here alone with you much longer, those jeans of yours are coming off.

Let’s head downstairs so you have an alibi for whatever mayhem you caused us tonight. ”

I finished touching up my mascara before following him downstairs, grabbing a whiskey and deciding to hang with the guys for a while. Marco and Faris were busy with the drug table, while Hunter was by the DJ booth talking to his friend.

“You look nice,” Diesel said as he appeared, giving me a quick kiss.

“Is it fun not working this party?” I grinned, making him chuckle.

“It feels weird, but yeah, it’s nice.”

I scowled as someone draped an arm around my shoulders, finding Marco beside me grinning.

“Hey. Ty said you burned something down. Set the McLaren on fire? His house? The Shed?”

Diesel gave me a look, and I rolled my eyes. “No, I didn’t.”

“Well, you burned something down. That firebug could sniff out the start of a fire seven blocks away. I’m a little offended you didn’t ask for help. Thought we were partners in crime now?” he said with a flirty wink.

“Shouldn’t you be working?” I demanded, shrugging him off me.

“Faris has it. He’s taken it down to the den. Diesel doesn’t mind if I steal you to dance, right?”

Diesel looked annoyed, but he flicked a hand at us. “Go on. I need to go and talk to Hunter anyway. Keep her safe.”

“Always do,” Marco replied before dragging me away to the area near the DJ.

Diesel wandered over to where Hunter was still talking to the DJ, and I could feel them watching us as Marco got me to down my drink so I could put my cup aside.

I was tense, but after we’d danced for a while, my body relaxed and I felt like I was having fun. Tyler joined us, and I had to admit, I enjoyed being sandwiched between them both as we ground together, the world around us vanishing.

We stopped for a few drinks before dancing again, and I was definitely getting a buzz. Marco was grinding his hard cock against my ass, and I just leaned back into him more with a laugh as Tyler kissed my neck.

I was feeling good, but Marco ruined it when I turned and saw him pop a pill into his mouth.

“Hey, spit it out,” I scolded, holding my hand out.

He eyed me with amusement, raising an eyebrow. “No.”

“I’ll tell Hunter.”

“No one likes a tattletale.”

“Marco,” I bit out, and he stepped against me, sliding an arm around my waist to keep us close.

“Calm down, I’ll give it to you,” he murmured before grabbing my chin in his hold and tilting my face up, kissing me so suddenly that I just stopped moving to the music.

It took a second for me to snap out of it, his tongue teasing my lips to get me to open, and when I did, he pushed the pill into my mouth.

Why the hell was that so hot?

He pulled back, taking Tyler’s drink and offering it to me. “There. You saved me. Wash it down with that, it’s ecstasy.”

I did as he said, sensing Hunter before he even spoke. “What are you doing?”

“Just giving her a pill. She made me spit it out,” Marco smirked, grabbing a handful of my ass. “She moaned into my mouth, so she’s not mad about it.”

“You’re taking pills again?” Hunter asked in disbelief, but Marco only laughed.

“No, but I knew Rory would take it from my mouth if I put one in there.”

“That’s coercion,” Hunter said dryly, giving me an apologetic look. “I can make him go home, if you want?”

“I can handle him,” I answered with annoyance, looking towards Diesel where he stood by the booth with a flat look on his face. “Although, the guys probably didn’t appreciate that.”

“Don’t worry about D. He’s in a mood. He stepped down from being Skeet’s right-hand tonight, so he’s probably happy for you to piss off Skeet by making out with Marco,” Hunter said with a snort.

“What? He stepped down?”

“Yeah. Skeet told him to, so he did. Things are getting really tense at the Shed,” he shrugged, not seeming bothered by it. “Brick stepped up, so it’s not all bad.”

That was good. Brick wasn’t irrational when it came to decision making, and he wouldn’t just start firing shots for no reason.

Hopefully, he kept Skeeter in line.

Diesel gave me a small smile and blew me a kiss to show he was fine, so I tried to calm my panic. He wasn’t fighting with Skeeter anymore than normal, he’d just taken a step back, and he obviously wasn’t too mad about Marco’s tongue in my mouth either.

Marco was getting way too touchy feely again as we got back to dancing, and I was vibing with the music hardcore when I was suddenly jerked away from him and I came face-to-face with a very pissed off Skeeter.

“You want to play games with me, Aurora? Fine, but don’t say I didn’t warn you. You thought that stunt was cute?” he barked, definitely drawing eyes on us. People could tell this was an argument, and they already knew he’d turned on me when I was arrested.

“I’m not playing fucking games,” I hissed, jabbing a finger against his chest. “I’m going to burn your goddamn world down.”

“You really think you can take me down? I could destroy you in seconds.”

“Yeah, you really showed me when you got so mad yesterday that you bent me over the couch. So scary,” I scoffed, giving him a shove. “Get out of my house, asshole.”

“None of this is yours,” he spat, motioning around the room. “It’s all someone else’s, and you’re just along for the ride.”

“Hey, break it up,” Hunter growled as he got between us, pushing Skeeter back a step. “What are you doing here?”

“You’d better keep an eye on her because she started a war that she can’t win,” Skeeter stated, his green eyes burning through me. “You’d better watch yourself. You have no idea what you’ve done.”

“Go. To. Hell,” I bit out sharply, scruffing Hunter’s shirt and dragging him down to kiss me. Was it petty? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. Hunter had no problem with me using him to piss off Skeeter, and when I pulled back, I looked right at Skeeter to find him glaring at me.

“You’re going to regret ever crossing me,” he said flatly, the tone sending a chill down my spine. “I’ll make sure of it.”

He turned and stalked through the crowd towards Diesel, people scattering to avoid getting knocked over by him, and I ignored the chatter going around the room about us as I looked at Hunter.

“Don’t think for a second I forgive you. That meant nothing.”

“Sure, it didn’t,” he murmured, tugging me closer. “You know I like it when you use me to make people jealous. Keep doing it though and I’ll start asking what we are.”

“We’re a problem that’s never going to happen,” I joked, and when he leaned down to speak in my ear, my traitorous pussy clenched.

“We’re about to be naked in your damn bedroom if you keep it up.” Then he pressed a soft kiss to my lips before walking off, obviously trying to cool off before he could do something stupid. Like fuck me in front of everyone.

Not that I’d let him. My pussy could get the fuck over it.

Skeeter vanished, and Diesel made his way towards me, his voice as quiet as possible but loud enough so I could hear it over the music.

“I need to go. Soldiers burned down one of our warehouses.”

“Skeet said that?” I asked casually, and he hummed, giving me a knowing look.

“That’s what he said. I’ll see you tomorrow. Stick by Marco and Hunter, I don’t trust Skeet right now. He’s pissed.”

“He’s always pissed.”

“This is different. It’s an unhinged level of pissed,” he said before giving me a quick kiss so he could go.

The party went back to normal after that, and the guys stuck close as if the Psychos were going to come back with guns blazing. Some people even left, too worried about war breaking out in the house.

We did shots, danced some more, a few lines of coke, and that was how I somehow found myself in my bedroom with Lukas’ face buried between my legs. It was hot, fast, and I desperately needed him to put a damn condom on so he could bend me the fuck over.

“You guys are insatiable,” Marco murmured as he let himself in at the end of my climax, his eyes on my exposed pussy as Lukas sat back.

“Says the manwhore,” I smirked, sitting up and closing my legs as I put my feet on the floor.

“Can you get out?” Lukas demanded as he rolled a condom on, but Marco snickered.

“Hell no. The show’s about to start.”

“You’re not invited.”

“Then invite me, asshole,” he replied, moving towards me and putting a hand on my knee, opening my legs to stand between them. “You want me to eat your pussy before Luke fucks it?”

His hand circled my throat, keeping a loose hold but forcing me to look up at him. My pussy clenched, and I found myself nodding.

A gasp left me as he dropped a hand between my legs, teasing my clit lightly, and I was a little bit surprised when Lukas started watching us, stroking his cock as he waited.
