Sinful Pride: Paranormal Angel & Demon MM Romance (Hell of a Heaven Book 4)
Chapter 1
Zachariel
“Welcome to my domain!” Hellion gestured to the inside of the Steel Velvet BDSM club with a flourish.
“Your domain?” I laughed. “Since when?”
“Um, since I was appointed the Grand Impresario of this bachelor party?” My lover made a ‘well, duh!’ face.
“It’s still Kreshadon’s and Nathaniel’s domain. You know, the actual owners of this place? You are co-domaining at best. Oh, I know, you are just renting this domain.”
Hellion gasped in outrage.
“When you see how much impact my vision has had on this place you will sing a different tune!”
I focused on what we were here for, instead of trying to drive Hellion to distraction, and my eyes widened.
As we moved through the space of the club, I had to admit I was impressed by what Hellion had managed to do. His input truly changed the vibe. The red and black furniture got gold accents and the leather sofas were covered in luxurious pillows, the intricate embroidery shining in the warm light. As we moved further in, I could see the main stage of the club was completely transformed into a dazzling beauty of lights and sparkling fabrics. Purple curtains framed the stage from both sides, making sure whatever happened there would draw attention. Honestly, I expected a darker and edgier vibe, but it appeared Hellion pushed aside his own preferences and catered to the style of the couple the bachelor party was for, thus the golds and purples. Changing the overall atmosphere to something more luxurious than a shady BDSM club with dark corners full of sin was a good choice. Tonight, our sinning didn’t have to hide; it was going to be out in the open, bathed in warm golden light.
“Splendid,” I said. I could see my lover light up with pride, his cheeks puffing up as if he never had a doubt what the final verdict was going to be. “I like that there’s more open space now.”
“Yeah.” Hellion beamed. “There will be… let me see… the Archdemons sans Azazel, the Archangels sans Gabriel, and a handful of others besides us… A bit over a dozen guests in total, so we don’t need as many tables and stuff crowding us. This feels more intimate and it will give us enough space for games.”
“What games?” I asked wearily.
“Now, now, no trying to pry my secrets out of me. You will learn along with everyone else. But I can promise you…” Hellion grinned a shark-like smile. “…you will have a hell of a good time.”
