Chapter 5

CHAPTER FIVE

EZRA

Callum sits opposite me at the dinner table and I perch myself next to Lily.

It's not unusual for us to sit like this, but I didn't want to cause a raise for concern if I changed it up now.

Callum is talking to his mum about his latest drama in the streaming world and I watch as she nods intently whilst slipping a forkful of food in her mouth, eyes roaming across to her son.

I am focused on her though, the way her eyes twinkle as she listens to his every word, the way her lips twitch into a ghost of a smile whenever he says something slightly amusing and the way she bears her teeth, shoulders vibrating softly as she laughs at his jokes.

I fear I am obsessed.

Slipping my hand under the table and brushing my fingertips against the warm skin of thigh. Her breath catches at the back of her throat and I watch intently as she reaches for her water and takes a large mouthful just as my fingers skim under the hem of her cotton cargo skirt, dipping them between her thighs and brushing them against the front of her panties and she shudders.

“You cold mum?” Callum asks, his brows digging into his forehead before he looks at me and I give him a gentle shrug of my shoulders.

“No, just felt a shiver dance across my spine.”

“Someone walked over your grave then, huh,” he winks and flashes her a boyish grin as he takes a mouthful of his own water whilst my fingers circle over her pantie covered clit. Lifting my fork to my mouth, I slip a piece of chicken into my mouth and groan in appreciation.

“Food’s great, Mrs Stanley ,” I moan as my fingers press a little harder against her clit and she exhales a shaky breath.

“So good, mum,” Callum nods in agreement through a mouthful of mash and chicken.

“Thanks,” her cheeks turn pink before her hand drops under the table, fingers curling around my wrist as she tries to stop me but it's pointless. She doesn't stand a chance.

So what do I do?

I continue rubbing her swollen clit until she silently comes undone at the table all while she listens to her son and I have never felt more powerful than I do in this moment.

Finally, I slip my hand from below and pick my glass up, draining it.

“Thirsty?” Callum smirks, raising a brow.

“Parched,” I lick my lips before casting my gaze to Lily who pushes from the table with force.

“Excuse me,” she says quietly before she disappears down the hallway.

Callum's eyes trail over his shoulder as he follows his mum before his eyes are back on me.

“Wonder what that was about?” he is frowning, prominent wrinkles in his forehead.

“No idea,” I sigh, shrugging.

But little does he know, I know everything.
