CHAPTER SIX | Onyx

CHAPTER SIX

Onyx

I PUSH UP OFF THE BED , looking down at the two men I just shared more than time with. I’ve never been with a man like that, let alone two of them. Yeah, I took control, but I didn’t behave how I normally do. Usually there is no touching me, I tell them what to do and they get me off, sometimes I get them off. But this time, everyone got off, and by everyone, fuck, two guys. That was hot. Watching Beck suck Kenan, then Kenan kissing Beck. I need more of that in my life.

“I’m going to shower.” Kenan says, hopping off the bed. I sit up to watch his tattooed body move through the room until he closes the bathroom door, leaving Beck and I alone in his room.

“So...” I look around the room and see things that don’t seem like they fit. Fancy art decor on the walls, nothing personal, almost like someone else decorated the room. Which I guess, as a spoiled rich mob prince he’s probably never really lifted a finger for himself, except when it comes to the illegal shit. Sources say that Kenan was the one that was busted with the cocaine and Axel went to prison for him. But, I can’t confirm it, because it’s just a rumor. “Was that the first time you sucked a dick?” I decided to ask, because well, I can’t help but be noisy, it’s part of my charm. Beck stutters as he sits up. “Take a breath puppy, relax.”

“Y-yes.” He says, looking up at me briefly before shifting his eyes to his hands in his lap.

“Do you want to suck men’s dicks or just Kenan’s?” I ask, because like, that’s a valid as fuck question these days, “Also, you ate my pussy like a fucking God, so I know you’re down for that, too.” I shrug. I should probably be careful on how I word things, I tend to be too abrasive, or so I’ve been told.

“Just his.” Beck says almost too quickly. “Just him. I-well, I-” He can’t seem to finish whatever he’s trying to say and as his cheeks turn pink I find him so fucking adorable.

“It’s fine to love who you love Beck. No one should ever tell you that you can’t.” I say as I climb off the bed to get a better look around my captor’s room. With my hands behind my back, I walk the entire large room. Each piece is perfectly placed and balances out the whole feng shui of the space. The only personal items I see are the jewelry on the dresser and the phone on his nightstand.

“How did you know?” Beck asks as I eye that perfectly unattended cellphone.

“Know that you were in love with Kenan?” I stop by the nightstand and turn to face him, attempting to get the phone but fail when it falls to the floor. Dammit.

“Yes.” Beck looks behind me to see what I’m doing.

“Sorry, I must’ve knocked something over leaning against this.” I say, covering for myself. “But, it was the way you looked at him when he was laying there. I knew immediately. How did he not notice?”

“He’s obsessed with women. We’ve shared women, but he’s never crossed that line, and I would never force something like that on him.” His cheeks blushing a deeper shade of red.

“That’s because you’re a submissive puppy, you wouldn’t make him do anything. You probably do what he says when you’re with a woman, too.” He nods as I move towards the bathroom door, “Which means he’s more dominant than you, but I’ll show him-”

“No, you won’t. He uses women for sex, there is no showing him anything.” Beck interrupts me.

“Don’t speak over me again.” I warn, looking back at him.

“Sorry.” He bows his head.

“You don’t think I could break through to him, do you?”

“No. Once he has what he wants from you, he’ll toss you to the side and move on with his never ending trails of weeping pussy.” Beck shrugs, “That’s just who he is.”

“Well, it’s a good thing I’m not long for this place. I’ll get him to let me go so you can go back to whatever it is the two of you do.”

“That won’t happen either. I doubt he'll let me come back now.”

I press my ear to the door, listening to Kenan in the shower and I swear he’s talking in there. “Be a good puppy and stay.” I tell him as I open the door to the bathroom.

“Get out.” Kenan barks out as I slip through behind him.

“Don’t tell me what to do, little wolf.” I say, turning him to look at me. He avoids eye contact, looking over my head at the wall. I pull his face down, but he fights me as the water slides down his chest. “Look at me.” I command, but he doesn’t, so I reach up, grabbing handfuls of hair and yank on it, hitting the back of his leg until he falls to his knees. He looks down, avoiding me again. “There’s no shame in this Kenan.” I use his hair to make him look at me. “Sexual tension has been building up around the two of you, whether you knew it or not.”

Releasing his hair, I trace a finger over his lips. “There are rumors that the two of you hookup after you kick the women out.” I cock a brow and smile. “You’re always seen together and have been together since high school.”

“Is that a story you’re chasing?” He asks through gritted teeth, there’s a pain in his eyes, one that I’ve seen in men before. Most men who come to me have this kind of worry, afraid people will judge them for what they want or like.

“No. You know your mom has five husbands right? And there are actual photos of the men kissing, so it’s not really a far stretch that you would at the very least be curious.”

“Never talk about my parents while we’re naked again.” He shivers, but that look in his eyes is still there. “Why are you digging into us?” He asks, pushing up as I let go of him completely.

“I was actually looking into something illegal that your mom is trying to work through with the Viper MC in Colorado.”

“Almost everything we do is illegal, so why this story?” He asks, not sold on what I’m saying.

“Oh I know little wolf, I know more than you think. I have a secret weapon.” I laugh, “but one thing at a time. If you wanted to squash the story, why not just kill me? You could have taken me out and the world would be none the wiser, I don’t keep notes that anyone could decipher.”

“I was told to make you drop the story, not kill you.” He shrugs, grabbing the shampoo off the side of the shower. “Get your hair wet.” He nods and moves out of the way. I step into the warm water and sigh, fuck that feels good. “Turn around.”

“I can do that myself. I don’t need your help.”

“And I didn’t need my best friend to suck me off, yet here we are.” He looks at me with a raised brow.

“You’re going to fight me on everything aren’t you?”

“I like to call it push and pull, either way, I’m washing your hair, so turn around.” I don’t bother fighting him on this, it is one thing I have a couple subs for, self care and all. They want to dote on a woman, so they pay me so they can take care of me. Win-win in my book.

Letting him wash my hair is more amazing than I remember, the way he’s so tentative towards me is unreal. He washes everything, leaving kisses on my skin as he goes making me fucking melt. “I can’t get caught up in anything.” He murmurs against my ear.

“I know.” I moan, leaning back against him.

“I also can’t let you leave until I can trust that you won’t write about us. You’re too pretty to find yourself at the bottom of the river, little lamb.”

Noted, the river. They probably use it to dump bodies. Which I guess makes complete sense if you logistically think about it. “I chase facts, Kenan, stories that need to be brought to light, so the world knows what’s happening around them. If your family would just stop-” he grabs my throat making me choke on my words.

“My family does more to protect this city than you will ever know. We may do things that aren't savory in the eyes of someone like you, but you can go to sleep at night knowing damn well that if something happens, you’d be avenged. We don’t just kill random people. Every life we’ve taken, they’ve done something far worse to someone else. Leaving women broken on the side of a road, ruining children for the rest of their lives, and so much more. There is nothing we miss, every crime, every fucking bump in the goddamn night is reported back to us and we take care of our community.” He breathes against my cheek. “We’ve given this city the most peace it’s ever seen, so what if a few deadbeat pieces of shit die from it.”

“What about the drugs?” I gasp. “The ones that people are killing themselves with.” I claw at his hand as his grip tightens. The drugs my sister took, the ones that she killed herself for. They were supplied by the Mazitti family, transported and sold here in this exact community they’re supposedly trying to save.

“Just because we sell something, doesn’t mean it’s our responsibility to ensure a person uses it correctly. If someone buys a flashlight from a hardware store and shoves it up their ass and rips themselves apart, it’s not the responsibility of the hardware store to stop selling them. The person who purchased that didn’t use it responsibly, that’s their own fault, not ours.”

My heart jumps into my throat as he lets go, letting me fall to the wall gasping for air as I rub my neck. My eyes burn from trying to not cry at his hateful heartless response. “That’s a copout.” I spit, turning to look at him.

“So that’s what you’re after, the drugs.” He nods, “Who died?” He asks coldly and I feel my heart break remembering how I found her covered in her own vomit, face buried in the carpet.

“That’s none of your business.” I shout at him as the bathroom door opens.

“Are you guys okay?” Beck asks quietly.

“Yes Beck, we’re fine, she’s just pissed that we sell drugs, I think she had someone die from them. Come be with her while I get out.” Kenan says, pushing the glass door open, trading spots with Beck.

Beck comes in and wraps his arms around me, pulling me against his chest and I fall into myself, crying at the memory of losing her almost a year ago. “What do you need?” Beck asks, rubbing his hands up my back.

“Just hold her while she cries, I’m going to go get some food and check in with Ethan.” Kenan wraps a towel around himself and leaves us alone and I fall completely apart. The reality has hit me, my sister’s gone and I’m being held against my will with the same people who killed her.
