Chapter 17
ISLA
A few hours later, and I’m drunk. I’m not someone who drinks a lot, so this happened very quickly. On the plus side, I’m not the only one who is.
I’m currently sitting at the bar with the bride herself, along with Atiana, Lu, Belle, and Xanthe, who was the woman I saw at the wedding staring at Ghost.
“What’s the deal with you and Ghost?” I ask her quietly, so no one else can hear.
Her brown eyes widen, and she tucks her silky black hair back behind her ear. “You’ve been here for one day, and you’ve already picked up on that, huh?”
“You both keep looking at each other when you think the other one isn’t looking.”
“Xanthe likes to hold a grudge,” Lu pipes up, taking a sip from her glass. Her engagement ring sparkles on her finger. “You should just forgive him.”
“He let Daisy suck his dick!” Xanthe scowls, looking over at the man in question like she wants to murder him all over again.
“Who is Daisy?” I ask, and I don’t miss the look the women give each other. “What?”
“You don’t know who Daisy is?” Ora asks, frowning as she pulls her stool so she’s sitting right in front of me.
“Should I?” I ask, confused.
“Yes. Daisy is Natalia’s mother,” Ora explains, and my eyes widen.
“Oh, the bitch who left her newborn baby in the hospital?” I mutter, and they all nod.
“Yeah, she was a club girl here,” Ora explains, pointing to the two women who are walking around the room, serving drinks. “That’s Rose and Brandy. They are the club girls they have now, plus Janet, who isn’t here yet.”
“So, Skull got Daisy pregnant, then she decided to bail, and now he and Bones are raising her together?” I try to summarize.
“Yes,” Atiana replies, her pretty honey brown eyes darting to me. “Except they don’t actually know who the father is, biologically. They’d have to do extra testing because they are identical twins.”
“They don’t care who the father is,” Ora adds, shrugging. “They want to raise her together. I think it’s sweet. They have such a close bond.”
Belle twirls the straw in her drink. “Holy shit, I should hang around here more often. This is juicier than anything going on in my life.”
So Skull might not even be Natalia’s father? He never mentioned that, either.
My eyes narrow on the man himself, while he plays pool with War, Haze, and Lore.
Most of them have pulled off the shirts they were forced to wear under their cuts and are either bare-chested or now wearing T-shirts.
Skull bends over to play his shot, and I sigh as I stare at his tight, muscular ass. I want to bite it.
“You are gone over him, girl.” Belle smirks, and I notice her staring at Angel, who is leaning up against the wall with his knee bent.
He’s looking down at his phone in one hand and nursing a drink with the other.
He is definitely the least friendly of all the brothers.
In fact, he scares me. He has this scar that starts at his eyebrow and slashes all the way down, but it doesn’t hide the fact that he’s brutishly handsome in a terrifying could-kill-you-after-he-fucks-you way.
“Out of all of them, that’s who has your attention?” I mutter, and her eyes widen.
“No, no.” She shakes her head. “I’m married.”
“Even married women have eyes,” I reply, and she barks out a laugh.
Bones steps into the room, and my eyes snap to him.
He’s one of the men who has gone bare-chested, nothing but leather covering his torso.
I don’t know where he’s been, but when a tall blonde steps out from behind him, staking her claim by pressing herself against him, I can’t help but feel a little annoyed.
Maybe when he said I was theirs, I took it as he was mine, too, even though I know it’s not in the same way Skull is mine.
This is so complicated, and the alcohol isn’t helping me see the situation with clear eyes. My gaze roams to Skull, who is watching me with a thoughtful look.
“I’m guessing that’s the missing club girl,” I grit out, and Atiana nods.
“Yeah, that’s Janet. And if she tries to hit on Lore one more time, I’m going to knock her ass out.”
“Looks like she has her claws in another brother for now,” I mutter, tipping back my drink and turning to face the bar just as Brandy comes to stand behind it.
“You want another drink?” she asks, her face carefully blank. I nod, and she pours me one, sliding it my way. “So you’re the new girl fucking the twins? I have to say, Rose and I are fucking jealous. Being with both of them together is our favorite.”
Oh, really.
Just how many women have they shared?
Now I’m the one making sure my face remains blank. I had an idea of what might be going on, but I didn’t know for sure. I lean closer to her. “Do they ever fuck you without each other?”
“They never used to,” she admits, grabbing a cloth and wiping down the counter. “But since they had Natalia, Bones has fucked me alone. The other night, Skull was there watching for a bit, but left and didn’t touch me.”
“He watched Bones fuck you?” I ask, my eyes narrowing.
“Oh fuck,” I hear Ora mutter.
Brandy suddenly realizes that maybe she shouldn’t be opening her mouth and clears her throat. “Yeah, you know what they’re like.”
No, I don’t.
And that’s the fucking problem.
Drink in hand, I turn back around to find Bones standing with Skull now, two sets of piercing blue eyes pinned on me.
Yeah, I’m pissed.
This is something Skull should have spoken to me about. What has been going through his head this entire time?
Does he want to share me with Bones or not?
And do I want to do that or not?
I’ve never had a threesome before, but I can’t lie, there was heat with Bones tonight, especially when they had me standing pressed in between them.
Bones owes me nothing, I know that.
Then why do I feel so confused?
“Come on, let’s go dance,” Belle suggests, taking my hand and leading me to the dance floor. She wraps her arms around my shoulders and speaks into my ear. “Don’t look now, but one of the twins is coming over. The one with a T-shirt on.”
Skull.
She lets me go, and I spin her around, making her laugh. I notice Angel moving from the wall to the couch, giving him a closer view of her. Interesting.
Skull grips my hips and pulls me back against him. “What did she tell you?”
Tilting my head to see his face, I answer with a bite in my tone. “What you should have.”
Then, for the second time in one evening, I’m picked up and thrown over a twin’s shoulder. “Put me down, Skull.” I struggle against him.
“No, not until we’ve had a conversation,” he growls, slapping my ass.
We’ve reached the staircase that leads to his bedroom when Bones comes up behind us.
“You okay?” he asks, and I’m about to answer when I realize he’s asking Skull, not me.
“Can you grab her a bottle of water?” Skull calls out, and Bones heads back toward the bar.
“I don’t need water or to be left in the dark and then told by some other woman how the man I’m falling in love with loves to fuck and share women with his brother!
” I yell, and Skull stills for a second before continuing up the stairs and down the hallway to his bedroom door.
He pulls out a key, opens it, steps inside, and turns on the light.
He slowly lets me go, our bodies pressing against each other, letting me feel every inch of him before my heeled feet hit the floor. “I want to go back out there and enjoy my night.”
“And you will,” he says softly, pushing my hair back off my face. “After we talk about this. Yes, Bones and I usually share women.”
Bones steps into the room with the water, handing it to Skull and then taking a step toward the door.
“No,” I growl, crossing my arms over my chest. “You stay for this conversation.” I point to the bed. “We need to get this out in the open. You don’t get to tell people I belong to both of you and then try to run out of here.”
His lip twitches, and for a moment I think he’s going to leave anyway, but then he sits down and waits patiently.
“You sit down too,” I tell Skull, who sits next to Bones, while I stand over them both. “I’m not craning my neck while I get this off my chest.”
Skull nods, opens the water for me, and hands me the bottle. They both glance up in unison, waiting for me to start.
I take a sip because I’m parched, not because he wants me to.
“So, you both usually share all the women you fuck,” I say bluntly, and Skull winces, his jaw tensing. “Have you dated anyone together? Like more than fucking?”
They both shake their head in the same manner at the same time. “So, you’ve never had anything serious, with any feelings involved?”
“No,” Skull answers, swallowing hard. “It’s just been sex. Before you, I’ve never wanted anything more.”
“You should have been open with me about this, Skull. How do you think I feel being the only one in the room who didn’t know that you two are usually a package deal in the bedroom?
No wonder everyone was staring. They were wondering if I was with you both, or if I’ve broken up the two of you who normally choose each other over everyone else. ”
“Isla—”
“Why didn’t you tell me?”
“I didn’t want to scare you off. I have a newborn whose mother ran off.
I’m an enforcer for a motorcycle club. You think I wanted to somehow drop into conversation that I like to fuck a woman at the same time as my brother?
You were already looking for any excuse not to give me a chance,” Skull admits, reaching out and taking my hand.
“I’m fucking crazy about you, Isla. I’ve never been like this with any other woman. ”
I turn to Bones, staring down at my hand in Skull’s. I offer him my free hand, and he takes it. “And how do you feel about this, Bones? I don’t want to take Skull away from you. I’d never make him choose between us. I want you to know that.”
“Honestly,” he bites his bottom lip. “I wanted him to fuck Brandy with me the other night, but he didn’t. I didn’t want things to change. It’s all we’ve ever known, you know? But I want my brother to be happy.”
“You wanted him to fuck another woman?” I whisper, my voice catching. Yeah, that hurts a little.
Bones pulls me onto his lap and wraps me in his arms. “I’m sorry, that was before I spent any time with you. I’d never do that now. I know how important you are to him. I know how much he wants you.”
“And do you?” I ask, the alcohol is doing the talking now.
“Do I what?” he questions, his tone suddenly huskier.
“Want me?”
His eyes snap to his twin’s. “I didn’t think that was an option.”
“No, don’t look at Skull, Bones. Look at me.” I cup his face in my hands and stare into his eyes. I don’t feel the same way about him as I do Skull. But there’s still something there. “What do you want from me?”
“Of course, I want you, Isla. You’re fucking beautiful. But do I want to make you my old lady and never fuck another pussy again like my brother here? No,” he admits honestly, and I smirk at him.
“The truth, finally. That’s all I wanted to know.”
I grip his face tightly before I get off his lap. “You done getting him to try and fuck other women?”
He smirks and nods. “Yeah, little nurse. I’m done. They all pale in comparison to you. I get it.”
“Charmer,” I mutter, and he laughs. “Okay, I need a word alone with Skull now.”
Bones stands and presses a soft kiss to my forehead. Just before he walks around me, though, I grip his cut, stopping him. “You’re bossy tonight.”
Looking him in the eyes, I order, “Don’t touch another woman tonight.”
His brow furrows, surprise and confusion flickering through his eyes. “What the fuck are you talking about? I’m already hard right now after having you on my lap, I’m getting some pussy tonight.”
“Bones, please,” I whisper, trailing my finger down his chest and abs. “Trust me.”
He looks over at Skull, who nods once, before barking out a curse. He closes the door behind him, and I straddle Skull, kissing him before he can say anything.
I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing, or if it’s a mistake.
Doing this will connect us, and fuck it, I want it.
Just once.
