Epilogue
Alessia
One year later...
I take my sister’s hand and squeeze. We’re as big as houses, ready to burst. Our babies are due soon. I never thought I would ever be married and pregnant. I always wanted that for Gianna, but now we’re sharing the experience.
Not only did we have a double wedding, but we got pregnant around the same time too, and it was completely unplanned on our part.
“You’re happy?”
Gianna asks as we’re seated at the big dining room table at the farm for our monthly Sunday dinner. Our husbands get along like old friends, and Nico, Luca, and Vince love coming here as much as I do. We live in the city for now but will be moving to a more family friendly area once I give birth.
“Yes,”
I say. “You?”
“Yes,”
Gianna replies. She’s the picture of health. I guess removing all the stress from our lives was a good thing. Speaking of stress, the last we heard, my uncle was working at a trucking company, and my aunt as a hairdresser’s assistant. Bianca is still waiting for a rich husband to come her way.
As for the Falchi, would you believe I’m still the donna mafiosa? Of course, I know nothing about the mafia and their business, and I don’t care to know either, but I’m the boss lady. More than that, I’m their queen. They don’t let me forget it, not for one small minute. And I make sure they know they’re my masters in everything, in light and love.

Okay so maybe her boyfriends aren’t really her boyfriends. They’re actors she hired especially for the purpose of getting her family off her back who think there might be something wrong with her for being twenty-six and unmarried.
Between her sanctimonious pearl-clutching aunt and her people-pleasing mother, Micaela believes she’ll have her three-day visit home wrapped in five minutes flat.
Things don’t go the way she planned. Her family decides now is a good time to get woke and she’s stuck with them for three days, with her three pretend boyfriends in tow.
Jarrett Carver, Theo Chambers, and Oliver Collins are all equally amused when the pretty, bossy, busy, dark-haired girl mistakes them for the actors she hired to pretend to be her boyfriend.
How could they not just go along with it?

Celeste.
The world-renowned pole dancer, who only dances for kings, princes, and billionaires around the world. Her charisma is mesmerizing, her aura magnetic.
