Space Daddy and a Boy Called Twink
Chapter 1
DADDY
“Come on,” I said in my Furker tongue while playing with the findoneum vines, which had dislodged during my crash landing.
I’d taken stock of the many damages my ship, the Kaylog, had endured when it had unexpectedly routed off-course and thrust me into the atmosphere of a small blue dot of a planet, hurtling me toward its surface.
I’d already discovered my hyperblemic crystal, a necessary component for the Kaylog, had a substantial fracture, too large for me to easily repair using the tools on my ship.
I feared the worst. That I crash-landed on some desolate planet, perhaps made mostly of ice or dirt.
Some uninhabitable part of space where I would certainly die.
Fortunately, as I realigned the findoneum vines, they began growing back into place, and diagnostics kicked back on, syncing with my arm cuff.
The data and stats about the atmosphere of this new place appeared before me, as if projected against the wall, though this was simply being broadcasted to my brain in a way that my visual cortex could process.
To my relief, the information provided assured me the atmosphere outside was something a Furker could adapt to.
I enjoyed a moment of relief before cursing my mate—ex-mate, now—knowing she was responsible for tampering with my ship, surely hoping that I would perish because I dared abandon her. Regardless of what she intended, death would have been a reprieve from captivity under her control.
Using my tentacles, I struggled to pull myself to my feet, as my ship now rested at an angle. As I scanned the interior, it was apparent the Kaylog would be able to fix itself somewhat, though it would need time to recover from the incident, which would happen faster without my being aboard.
Still disoriented, I headed out to the main compartment and opened the hatch, discovering a dark world outside.
Cautiously, I peered out to see where I had landed, surprised to find structures that seemed a product of design rather than some natural cause—architecture with clear, defined lines and shapes.
In a vast universe of chaos, I wondered what the odds were that I would land among a world of creatures sophisticated enough to build such structures.
Though this was not something I could spend much time dwelling on as I emerged from my ship, allowing my body to adapt to the atmosphere.
My vision rapidly adjusted to permit me to assess the path where I stood between two of these large structures, one of which had something scrawled along the side, which appeared as such:
SUCK MY DICK, MOTHERFUCKERS
I fidgeted with my arm cuff to see the state of my translating device, though the Kaylog informed me this was being reset with the rest of the ship.
However, I was relieved to find that the data was being input so that, when it was back online, I could use it to navigate the language of the species.
I continued surveying my surroundings. Lights emanating from spots along the walls of the structures around me illuminated the paved path I now stood on, and farther down, there was another, larger path created between even more of these structures.
Furkers had similar such paths, and on this planet, I would later come to learn these were known as “alleys” and “streets,” and the structures were called “buildings.”
A sound caught my attention, and I promptly went to investigate. My instincts urged me to hide, so I found safety in the shadows cast by the lights illuminating the streets.
From the side of one of the buildings, a creature walked by on all its extremities. With short hair and pointed ears, it stopped and turned to me, hissing before scurrying off. Could this small species, maybe a hundred times smaller than myself, be responsible for these buildings and streets?
I didn’t have much time to consider this before three new creatures walked along the street. These were what I would come to know later in my investigation of this planet as Homo sapiens or “humans.”
Though not the strangest of creatures I have observed in my travels, it was interesting to note that, like the species I had first observed, they had four extremities, yet unlike the hissing creature, they chose to only use two of them to walk, similarly to Furkers.
It seemed they used their two other limbs to hold an electronic device in one, while manipulating it with the other.
It was this device that led me to hypothesize that this was the species responsible for the architecture, though I was willing to consider other possibilities if new evidence came to light.
Despite the many advantages of our species, I have always been prone to cognitive biases that have led me astray on more than one occasion.
This was not a feature of Furkers, but a personal genetic defect I have constantly worked to overcome, and which will color much of what I report.
I kept to the shadows of the building, watching the humans interacting with their electronic devices, which brought to mind the worlds of Arcadacia and Europdisia, which as you, the Council, will be aware, were overtaken entirely by the intelligence they simulated, becoming the first in the Federation to be dominated by artificial intelligence. Had this already transpired here?
I calculated the precise measurements of the three humans, who were wearing strips of black cloth to cover their sex organs, also similar to Furkers.
They bore leather straps around their chests that I, at the time, didn’t understand the purpose for, though I suspected they were decorative in nature.
My body was quick to shapeshift, imitating their likeness.
My arms and legs, already similar enough, reduced in size to the extremities observed.
My sex organ adjusted as well, approximating the size, as theirs were covered.
I didn’t care for either change as it made me much smaller in stature, which left me feeling vulnerable and uneasy in this unknown environment.
But mostly, I was shocked at what had happened to my sex organ, which I feared had become so small—at least relative to my Furker form—that it might affect my ability to fulfill my biological directive:
Find a mate.
Copulate.
Breed.
Propagate the species.
This was part of our primal nature, but it had no bearing on modern Furkers who lived by codes and values that have allowed us to be less parasitic.
I also had a mission I needed to get back to, so it would be essential not to fall prey to these primitive urges.
Yet as I’d already discovered with certain previous mates, it was hard to divorce myself from these natural impulses, though I hoped that the nightmarish experience with my ex would remind me of the importance of sticking to my mission.
I moved forward cautiously, watching from the shadows as other similarly sized men, and some much smaller, passed by, some wearing cloth that covered their torsos, waists, and legs, others who wore less.
My observation of the bulges where their sex organs would be suggested mine was still substantial to this species.
However, it was apparent that covering up one’s sex organs was essential.
I had no understanding of why this was necessary, but from my experience with other species, being exposed like I was could potentially single me out and lead the members of this community to see me as not one of their own.
They may have even found it critical to kill me to defend themselves against a potential threat.
As I devised a plan to overcome this obstacle, once again, the number of humans looking at electronic devices assured me there might be an issue with technology on this planet, meaning I would have to be particularly cautious in case it had capabilities to inspect my DNA.
When the last of this species had cleared, I peered around the building to observe the street that divided where I stood from more buildings on the other side, ducking back into the shadows as another human neared, speaking into one of the electronic devices.
“Yeah, park across the street because they closed the lot by the bar.”
I extended a tentacle from my back, reaching out carefully and inserting a stinger into his neck.
My body immediately reacted to his size, weight, and the similarity of his chemical makeup to determine the amount of venom to push into him.
The effect on this species was potent, and he went down quickly, though I had enough time to catch him with my tentacle.
Pulling him into the alley where I’d settled, I kept my tentacle around him as my body continued to take in the details of this creature while stripping him of the thin piece of fabric that covered his sex organs.
It had straps to cover what I thought might be the unsightly nature of the flesh along the back of the thighs, just under the buttocks.
This, I would come to know, was what humans referred to as a jock strap.
Along with the physical components, I took in an assortment of memories Furkers would need impressions of.
Copulations, for example—the ways in which this body would receive and insert with various other members of this species.
That information would serve me in mating, yet leave me stranded to find out the rest through research.
Once my body had adjusted to the input from this specimen, I positioned him alongside what the native language called an “alley wall,” then followed the humans I’d first noticed, assuming these would be the best to help me come to an understanding of the culture I found myself within.
There were more humans coming from the other side of the street, heading toward a door where a human stood guard.
Perhaps this was a place for eating or worship?
The guard inspected something from those who tried to enter.
It was a card of sorts, something that indicated they could enter the building.
It seemed it would not be easy to infiltrate whatever this place was, but as the humans dispersed, I believed I could subdue the guard, though I would have to be discreet.
I headed toward him, allowing my tentacle to push out as I came up from behind him.
“Hey, Hoff!” a voice said from nearby, and seeing another human heading our way, I retracted my tentacle. He didn’t seem alarmed, studying me before a pleasant smile shifted across his face. “Oh, hey there, Daddy.”
At the time, I did not understand what he was saying, but the feelings I detected suggested attraction, which members of our species are all too familiar with.
This was a promising sign that, even within the small sample size I’d encountered and with DNA from just one human encoded within me, my body had taken on desirable traits of the population.
“ID?” the guard asked me.
Usually, I could rely on the aid of my translation decoder, but now I only had my own intuitive abilities to help me. I listened for more, hoping to get some sense of their language.
“ID Hoff,” was the most I could manage, hoping this imitation would suffice.
It seemed to resonate because he laughed and said, “You’re good.
Have a fun night,” ushering me inside the construction.
Later, I would come to know this was a “bar,” a place where humans congregated specifically to poison their bodies with a substance that allowed them to numb the pains that came with being alive.
As soon as I entered, I feared I had been too hasty because I didn’t realize just how many humans would be present. The facility swarmed with these creatures, the input overwhelming my senses.
My gaze settled on one with several around him.
The way he drew their interest suggested he was a viable mate, so I studied his features—dark hair on his head and face, and he flashed his teeth and reared back, emitting a strange release of sound that seemed lively.
I took on some of these features as best as I could simulate without it being so much as to resemble a mimic, which a community could easily turn on if discovered.
I continued this process through observation of several groups, noticing the features that seemed to draw the most interest, knowing how successful my work was as my own face and body began attracting similar looks from the dominant specimens.
My confidence increased the longer I went undetected, and I headed to one of the more crowded areas before settling by a long stretch of stone, where three men provided sustenance to those in line.
This too was a “bar,” so I cannot speak very highly of this society’s creativity with regard to language.
Inferior. Simplistic. Perhaps, at times, not fulfilling the objectives of language.
I settled behind three humans of smaller size than most in height and width.
One with dark hair took a sip of his sustenance before turning to the blond beside him. “See, you have plenty of options. Endless bears and a brokenhearted twink.”
“Not a very horny twink tonight,” the blond said.
Both were slenderer than average, the blond slightly shorter than his friend.
The brunet noticed me, his eyes lighting up before he said, “Oh…”
He seemed surprised to find me standing there, and I worried I might’ve been too obvious with listening to their conversation.
But when the blond turned and noticed me, his teeth flashed, wide blue eyes settling on me so intensely, I found I couldn’t look away.
I wondered if perhaps these creatures had some telepathic ability to control minds, and as he opened his mouth-hole, he said, “Daddy,” in a low voice that made my sex organ swell.
“Yeah, how’s it going, Daddy?” the brunet asked.
Daddy? Based on the other conversations I’d heard, this seemed to be what they were calling me.
“Daddy,” I repeated, which made them both laugh.
“You like a twink?” the brunet asked, his gaze cutting to the blond.
“Twink,” I echoed. He’d said that a few times with the blond. That must’ve been his name.
“Twink and powerbottom maybe?” the brunet added.
So the blond was Twink and the brunet was Powerbottom, perhaps.
“Powerbottom?” I asked, indicating the brunet.
The two eyed one another, cringing as if they’d detected something was off.
“Seems like someone might’ve had too much to drink,” Powerbottom said.
“Yeah, Daddy. You all right?”
I glanced between them, hoping they might provide more conversation to give me time to adjust to their language, but they just continued staring.
“Okay…” Powerbottom said. “This was fun… I guess we should hit the dance floor.”
Twink took Powerbottom’s arm and guided him away.
I clearly needed to spend more time observing their language before interacting.
I watched them go, and when Twink glanced back at me with his beautiful two eyes, my sex organ swelled powerfully. I had found a potential mate I desperately wanted to mate with.
