Chapter 11 #2

Rio rolled his eyes. “Nah, nigga. I wanna curse her the fuck out but I don't have her number. I need you to get that for me.”

“A’ight let me talk to Enya, and I’ll hit you back.”

“Yep.”

When Rio finished the call, he sat stewing in his car. After five minutes, his phone chimed, announcing a text. He smiled when he saw that it was from Kip with Cali’s number. Rio tapped on the number and wasted no time dialing Cali.

Cali’s lips were parted as the cool air kissed her bare nipples.

Her eyes were closed with her head tipped back.

Rule’s tongue swirled on her clit while she grinded her pussy into his mouth.

As soon as they got to the room, Rule undressed Cali and kissed all over her body.

He took his time, making sure not to miss a spot.

“Damn, Rule,” she moaned, cupping her breasts. “Right there.”

Rule reached up and moved her hands. While sucking on her bud, he pinched her nipples. Cali held his forearms, feeling a wave on the horizon. Within minutes, her climax flooded her body, provoking leg trembles and gushing of her juices.

“Fuck, yessss,” she hissed, riding the wave.

Rule slapped her ass before she moved off his face.

“That pussy taste just how I thought it would. You ready to ride this dick?”

When she looked at his erection, her mouth salivated. “Yes, I’m ready.”

Rule reached over on the nightstand and grabbed a condom. He covered his shaft then Cali climbed on top.

“Mmm,” she moaned, slowly sliding up and down.

“Yeah, baby, work those hips so I can feel all this pussy.”

Cali circled her hips before getting on the ball of her feet.

She bounced on his erection as Rule slapped her ass.

This was just what she needed. Dick was always a great escape.

Back when she was married to Rio, they would meet in the midst of his busy day and fuck each other until they were drained.

She missed those times. The thrill of meeting her husband at a hotel for a quick fuck session used to excite her.

“Got damn, baby. You working this mufucka,” Rule groaned.

Cali grabbed his ankles and slammed her center on his shaft. She rode him like a ride at an amusement park. Rule cursed, moaned, and thanked her for fucking him like a porn star. He gripped the back of her neck and seconds later, he released in the condom.

Cali looked back, grinning at the spent expression on his face. “You alright back there, Rule?” she joked.

He chuckled, panting as if he had done a workout. “You talking like you did something.”

“The way your toes were curled, I think I did.” She climbed off of him and turned around.

Rule pulled her toward his chest, wrapping his arms around her body.

“That pussy something serious, Cali.” He kissed her lips. “You down for round two?”

She grinned at the thought of it. “Let’s go.”

“A’ight, turn your ass around.”

Three hours later, Cali slipped on her clothes.

She and Rule had turned each other every which way, fucking for hours.

Afterward, they showered together, washing off all the naughty things they’d done to one another.

Cali had enjoyed herself immensely. Rule was a good time and knowing he had the dick to match was a plus.

He was definitely going to stay in her rotation while in Diamond Falls.

“You got everything?” he asked, putting his phone in his pocket.

“Yep, I’m ready.”

The two left the hotel room and waited for valet to bring his car around.

“I’m hooked, Cali, so don't go disappearing on me, baby.”

She giggled. “I won’t, Rule.”

“A’ight, you know I’m the mayor around this bitch. I’ll find you if you try to play me.”

A dramatic sigh left her lips. “Oh, please, Rule. Ain't nobody scared of those subtle warnings you trying to give.”

“I’m just saying, Cali. Don't ditch a nigga after draining my dick like you did.”

Snickering, she stood on her tippy toes and kissed his lips. “I’m not. Just don't forget your marital status and start acting like my man.”

“I’m not on that,” he promised.

Rule’s car came around and the couple got inside. The ride was quiet with Cali opting to stay in her thoughts. Once they arrived at the parking structure, Cali kissed Rule goodbye and got in her car. When she pulled her phone out her purse, she noticed three missed calls.

“Who the hell is this?” she mumbled to herself.

The number looked familiar but she couldn’t figure out why.

Starting the engine, Cali pulled out of the parking structure and headed home.

She was in no mood for music so she rode in silence while taking in the beauty of Diamond Falls.

The colossal buildings met the belly of the dark skyline.

The city was soundless with a few taillights dazzling by.

Cali enjoyed the view, choosing to take the streets home instead of the highway.

Her phone rang, displaying the same number she’d missed three times. Cali contemplated if she should answer. It could’ve been an emergency and knowing that she wasn’t home had her concerned. Pressing the button on her steering wheel, she answered.

“Hello?”

“You must've just got done getting fucked.”

Her lips gaped before she mouthed, “What the fuck?”

She couldn’t believe the voice that penetrated her ears. A voice she had sworn out of her life. A tone that still gave her chills every time he opened his mouth. That voice was on her phone accusing her of something she had indeed done and Cali was dazed.

“I don't hear that tough shit you was talking on Instagram,” he taunted her.

Cali pulled over, knowing she wouldn’t be able to concentrate on the road and Rio simultaneously.

“What do you want?” she asked with an attitude.

“Where you coming from?”

“None of your got damn business! You don't question me, Rio. As a matter of fact, how did you get my number?”

“Come on, Calia. I can get anything. You must've forgot who you were married to.”

“Actually, I did. I tried to forget everything about your evil ass.”

He chuckled. “Wow, the pot calling the kettle black, huh? I ain't no more evil than you.”

“Oh, please,” she complained. “I don't wanna hear about me cheating on you. I've suffered the consequences and was even depressed behind it. Don't keep bringing that shit up to me ‘cause it doesn’t affect me anymore.”

Cali was past the stage of feeling guilt. She actually felt liberated that she’d climbed out of that bleak hole and was now living life on her terms. Nobody could bring her down from this high she was on, especially not Rio.

“I’m not surprised by that. Your selfish ass ain't affected by shit that doesn’t involve you.”

“What do you want, Rio?” She ignored his last statement.

“Where you coming from?” he asked once more.

She laughed, relaxing in her seat. “Like that’s any of your business. I’m sure Rozalin’s desperate ass is somewhere waiting for you. Why don't you call her and get off my line?”

“Man, I don't even fuck with her like that no more. Stop bringing her up.”

“Wow,” she taunted. “The thrill is gone now, huh? Well, I’ll send you my nail tech. She might let your Black ass hit. Oh, and then my esthetician and maybe my OB-GYN. You can just run through all of my service providers until you feel you got me back.”

“Stop playing with me, Cali. You ain't got no leg to stand on.”

“That’s where you're fucking wrong, Rio. You don't get to fuck my hairstylist and hold the fact that I cheated on you over my head. You want my sins to outweigh yours when it doesn’t. You had ill intentions for fucking Rozalin. You wanted to see me hurt when you know I was barely hanging on. You knew I was depressed and almost on the brink of death. And you still went out and fucked her knowing it would crush me. Like I said before, you got your lick back. Now stop holding what I did over my head. ”

“Fuck that!” he shot. “I’ma hold that shit over your head forever because you gave that nigga room to come at me.

You don't know what it’s like to be in a coma and suffer head trauma that still affects me to this day.

You ain't get hurt like I did. So, stop trying to make shit even. You're a fucking cheater like I said.”

“And so are you!” she yelled.

She expected a rebuttal but when the other line went silent, she continued.

“You think I don't know that when we first got married that you were fucking on your ex? She made it her business to tell me everything. She sent screenshots of your conversations when you were confessing your love for her. You were fucking her then coming home to me like everything was all good. You did your dirt, Rio, and I never confronted you. You wanna know why? Because I knew I was stuck so I took that L and tried to make the best of our situation. The fact that you can sit on your high horse like you haven’t been disloyal to me is crazy. You cheated just like I did and I never left you. So fuck you!”

Cali ended the call just as her chest heaved. Rio had riled her up. She’d just ended an amazing night with Rule and now talking to him had ruined her mood.

“Ugh, I should've never answered the phone.”

Cali resumed driving home when her phone rang. Seeing his number on the screen, she decided that she’d done enough talking to Rio. Grabbing her phone, she powered it off. She was in a bad mood and headed home to sleep her attitude away.

One week later…

“That nigga, Vic, ain't been answering his phone. That shit is real suspect, especially with everything that’s going on,” Zayd said.

“Yeah, all this shit happening and his mama mysteriously get sick,” Wilde added. “What kinda disease that hoe got anyway?”

Noble pulled at his chin hair in deep thought.

Vic had been like family ever since they were teens.

He’d proven his loyalty time and time again but this was strange.

He’d disappeared right before everything happened and it didn’t sit well with Noble.

It was only recently that he had informed Nuke of his mother’s illness.
