Chapter 15

CHAPTER FIFTEEN

Sierra

The best decision we ever made was getting each other out of the other’s systems. I didn’t think it would go past the first few times.

Or the next few fights, yet here we were, riding the wave of another win, in another hotel we christened.

My goals were still clear. My focus was still there. This just…became a part of it.

“Mmm…me encanta tu cuerpo*,” Josue slurped, flattening his tongue against my folds. “Te necesito, mami. Voy a hacerte mía*,” as he met my pussy in a growl, hyper focusing on my happy button. “?Te gusta, mami?*”

“Ay, sí, sí, sí. Que rico, papi*,” I cried and thrashed against his tongue, tearing me apart, my walls clenching, wishing he had been inside me when it happened. But he really did know how to eat pussy. He never just stopped when it was over for him. He took me not climaxing as a personal attack.

“I know I got you right where I want you when I got you speaking Spanish,” he taunted as he crawled on top and mounted me, thrusting his full length inside. “Quiero que te corras*.”

“Then fuck me harder—”

“No me quiero venir todovía. Necesito más tiempo. Pero te voy a dar con todo*,” as with every thrust, he became more intentional, making my entire body feel that shit. I was at the point where I didn't care what I sounded like or looked like. In this moment, I was completely his.

“I'm about to come—”

“Let me hear you say that shit in Spanish mama.”

“Ah, me vengo. Te siento todo*. Shit, just fuck me!” not being able to concentrate long enough to recall much else. My pussy clamped down on his dick so hard I was seeing more than just stars, I was seeing the whole damn universe.

“Te quiero comer a besos*,” Josue kissed my neck and face, as my body was coming down from him. “Sùbete*,” he demanded, as I took his upper body in a tight embrace and did my best to roll him onto his back.

He was a heavy man, or at least compared to his competing days. So, I know he'd made some effort getting me on his lap. Once I was on top, though, I was in complete control.

“Me quiero entregar a ti,*” giving me free reign to do to him exactly what he had done to me. “Muérdeme*,” he demanded softly, as I leaned in and bit his chest.

“Más fuerte*,” his desire wanting me to pierce flesh this time. This wasn’t his time anymore. His time to cum, for sure, but I was running the show right now. Lightly tapping him in the face, he moaned, “Mmm…cogéme*,” as he sat back and watched me take him.

““Ya casi, sigue asi, mami*. Ride that fucking shit.” The entire time, I was just taking him for a ride, watching him watch me in lust and awe, as his eyes started to darken, and his fingers dug into my wrists to the point he finally let go. The twitches he’d succumb to made him about as docile as he could be, as my walls milked him for all that they were worth.

It may have been casual, but there was no doubt that in this moment, this dick was mine.

It took a second for Josue to fully catch his breath as he held my body close to him, trying to synchronize my breath.

“I keep saying this has to be the last time,” he huffed, bringing my hand to his mouth to kiss. “But then we get to that hotel room, and I’m always tempted to have you, legs to the ceiling in every hotel.”

We were way past Kansas City, a fight I’d taken by round two, something that had shocked even myself. We were have supposed to been out each other’s systems. But after a win, when I needed a body, Josue was more than willing to take me to paradise.

The lines were blurred for sure, but we were handling it like adults. And I hadn’t lost the next four fights he’d got me, and this time, I hadn’t even taken any damage to the face. I’d never been so ready to fuck after a win in my life.

“You’re welcome to stop at any time,” I reminded. But after some rubbing, kissing and hugging, I was ass up, face down to the mattress, once again.

“Okay, ma, this will be the last time.”

The flight home back to Newark hadn’t been so bad, but the two weeks I normally got of rest were cut in half for more training.

“Come on, mama, you can do these drills in your sleep,” Josue yelled, scolding me for missing one combo.

It’d been the only one I missed all week, and after my Miami win.

He was just trying to prepare me for a Serbian chick that he wanted me to take on in Houston, and my recovery time had been quicker than my last few fights for ending it early, so he wanted to ride that momentum.

He was still pretty hard on me, inside the cage, but I couldn’t really argue, because I no longer went into fights hoping for a knockout just to win.

“Nice concentration, Sierra.” Héctor noticed. “I see you.”

“At least someone does,” I taunted.

“Hey, I ain't the one who's got a fight this Saturday,” Josue argued. “Just because you got a streak, don't mean you get to strap up your heels and go dancing.”

As Héctor looked suspiciously between us, noting the difference. “Wait, that almost sounded like a compliment. Is y'all fucking?”

“Excuse me?” Josue asked, offended. “Looks like I gotta work you harder, Medina. According to your little boyfriend here, I'm going soft on you.”

“Thanks, Héctor,” I yelled sarcastically.

“Damn, my bad,” Héctor respectfully bowing out, not catching Josue’s wink in my direction. I hope we didn't look that obvious. I knew the implications of it all, but that post-fight-fuck was just easier to do with Josue than a stranger.

There was just no romantic future for it. He didn't want kids, and I really wanted my daughter, so we wouldn't work. Or at least not outside of the bedroom. And that, I was going to enjoy while it lasted.

“Whoa, slow down, the clams are dead, they're not going anywhere,” as I spun and slurped the pasta on my fork, enjoying the victory dinner Josue made once we got back from Houston.

“I haven’t had carbs in two weeks,” barely taking the time to chew.

“That was a clean win out there, I’m starting to think you’re only winning this good to get me to fuck you,” he teased.

We’d done a lot of celebrating back in Houston, but I was a little sore, and he could tell, so he took things easy on me. He talked about taking me out for my week off, but I had made plans, at least the first day or two back, which he made sure to bring up as he washed the dishes.

“I noticed you rejected my Google calendar invitation to head to the city. Did you make plans on your week off?” he wondered. Now seemed like the best time to address it.

“Was just taking a short trip to Philly. Tie up some loose ends,” I said nonchalantly, hoping he wouldn't press too hard.

“Hope one of your days off, we can find something to do together. You know? To further celebrate,” he worded suggestively.

“Yeah.” It hadn’t been my intention to throw him off, but I just hadn’t wanted any speculation or questions related to my daughter to come up, so he was right to be insecure that I was being a bit vague.

“Just to be clear, you're still comfortable with…us helping each other out from time to time? I don't want to come at you if it's one-sided—”

“No, it's still mutual, Josue. The Philly trip is just to catch up with stuff still there that I need to catch up on,” I assured.

“I was just making sure you're not, like going to see a boyfriend or anything. Not that it'd be my business if you were. I just want to know when it comes to…when we…got that kind of itch, that’s it’s something I’m not pressuring you to do. Because if you feel that way, we can stop—”

“Josue, I promise, it’s just me tying loose ends. When I get back from Philly, I’ll show you how much. I’m just trying to focus on my trip for now, okay?”

“Okay,” he dropped it, after stealing a kiss.

“Slow down, baby. Mami got in a little accident, so she can't run as fast. Mónica obeyed and slowed her step, as her little body struggled to hold the door open for me. Staying the night at my ex’s mom’s house, I’d rented a car to get around better, something I was grateful after learning Sondra hadn’t gotten to all her dirty clothes for the week.

I volunteered going to the laundromat, even offering to wash a few of Sondra’s she hadn’t made time to do, just so I could have more alone time with my daughter.

She was one of those old school Puerto Rican boy moms who didn't care much for me when I was dating her son, but when she saw the pictures from my police report, she couldn't, in good conscience, side with her son.

When I'd slipped into money problems, something I took accountability for, she’d been humble enough to put her feelings about me, or her son, or us having kids way too young aside.

I didn’t have much choice if I didn’t want Mónica to fall into the system like I had and she had the stability neither Kelvin or me had had to support Mónica, and I wasn’t too pigheaded to admit that.

“La manta está cálida*,” Mónica shivered, giggly wrapping herself in the blanket. It was probably because the AC was high in here and it’d come straight out the dryer.

“Yeah, baby, it is. And look at you, you speak such good Spanish.” Sondra, like the parental figures in my life, had failed her son, so with Mónica, she was teaching her Spanish.

I approved given Mónica was a lot darker than me, and I didn’t want them questioning her cultura in the way people did mine.

I wasn’t kidding when I said she’d reminded me of Hydee at the shelter, as her richer brown skin came at a slight contrast to me.

But her full cheeks and lips she definitely got from me, her hair also a similar coily texture as when I used to wear my hair loose.
