Chapter 6
THE KINGDOM BEYOND THE CLOUDS
Starfire led them toward the sky.
A magical staircase appeared among the clouds.
At the top stood a magnificent kingdom.
Golden castles floated above an endless ocean of stars.
Aria stared in wonder.
“It's beautiful.”
Lucian smiled.
“You're not the only one.”
She looked at him.
For a moment, they forgot the prophecy.
Then a woman appeared.
She wore a crown made of stars.
“Welcome, Celestial Alpha.”
Aria raised her sword.
“Who are you?”
“I am Queen Elowen.”
Lucian stepped forward.
“Your kingdom disappeared centuries ago.”
Elowen smiled.
“It was never destroyed.”
She looked at them.
“It was hidden.”
Then she revealed the truth.
Lucian's missing parents were alive.
They had been trapped inside the Starfall Kingdom.
And someone had imprisoned them.
