Ian
Violet POV
"I want to go back to Ian's pack. I need to speak to him."
Xander and I were curled up on the mattress. He had style in the way he set up the room. A large bed facing the wall of windows. No curtains. No blinds. Just the view of mountains and snow...gorgeous.
I slowly rubbed my hand up and down his chest feeling the sparks flow. I would never get tired of the touch.
"Once again Violet. We are naked in bed and your thinking about him."
I laughed at his husky tired voice.
"I just feel bad Xander. He needs to know I have moved on properly and that he needs to to.. I can't help feeling bad that I might have officially ruined Ian. And he might not have a mate nor a heir to his pack."
Xander reaches down and pecks my lips.
"You know Partner your good heart is what turns me on so much." He spoke in a husky voice leaning down to kiss my lips.
"Really?" I asked, " I thought you love me for my good heart."
He started laughing a full blow laugh and big smile gracing his features and a smile that I have fallen in love with.
"Since we are mates...do you think I was able to put another one in there." Xander asked his hands sliding over my stomach.
"Or do you think I need to try again?" He asked sliding his hands lower until he reached that spot.
I quickly jumped up and pulled the blanket off the bed.
"No way Xander! I can't take anymore of that .. not now."
"Was I finally able to make the great Warrior Luna sore?" He teased bringing back memories of that day.
(How are you able to walk? Arnt you in pain after all." He looked genuinely looked confused as I walked over to his luggage pulling out a top to slip on, and his shorts.
"Trust me, I feel it, but I'm good at covering up pain. WarriorAgent life,"
I turned around and looked at my self in Xander's T-shirt, not the best but it would do.
"Maybe I should try , again and again and again, so we can see how much you can take-")
"Yes yes..mission accomplished. Hardy har har. Plus I am no Warrior Luna." I exclaimed stepping towards the bathroom.
"I know, your my Blonde Archer , Partner."
I quickly shut the door sliding down the on other side and burying my hands in my knees.
I am so happy. Xander is happy . We are happy. Yet I feel sad for Ian now.... I know deep down he does not deserve me. I know deep down that he will never. But I don't think he deserves this life. Maybe I can talk to Mohanna , we can find him a human mate and they can-
My thoughts were interrupted by a brisk two finger knock on the bathroom door.
"Violet,babe, I marked you and mated you....more then once last night... so I can read you thoughts now. Stop worrying about Ian." I slowly opened the door and looked up at Xander who leaned so carelessly over the supports.
"I guarantee you that the moon goddess has a plan for him to, she never lets her Alphas down," he raised his hand and gently stroked the area he marked, " it looks beautiful by the way."
I turned away from him and walked towards the mirror in the bathroom.
I tilted my neck back to get a perfect look at the golden tattoo.
It was a two mountains partly overlapping each other in a flat golden colour.
Going through the mountains was a golden arrow.
Like an arrow through the heart...rather an arrow through the mountain.
"A perfect mix of Xander, Alpha of Mountain Range pack with simple old me." I said touching the mark.
Xander came from behind me and wrapped his arms around me and kissed the mark sending chills through me.
"A perfect mix of Xander, alpha of mountain range pack and Violet , my beautiful Blonde archer." He said huskily.
I smiled at him through the reflection mirror before kicking him out of the room.

Many Days later.
Things were going good. News spread that Xander found a second chance, me. And my golden mark has sat perfectly on my neck showing the trueness in our mating.
I have been introduced to the pack and they happily welcomed me in ... hope was restored in the Mountain Range Pack.
My wolf was back full form. And I had news for Xander and everyone else. But I needed to talk to Ian first. It's been almost three weeks and I have not spoken to him. By know he must have heard about Xander and i.
I got dressed in a very loose fitting outfit. And walked out the bathroom again.
"Xander. I want to see Ian today. And I am not getting distracted by sex, by you or sweet talk-" I opened my eyes wide to see Beta Shane and Xander standing just outside the door both their faces turned to look at me.
Xander face held amusement and shock while Shane just looked completely embarrassed.
I avoided eye contact and looked at the wall behind them.
"I wanna go to Ian's pack today. Either you come with me or I go alone."
Xander stood up , " Get a car ready for us... we need to go to Ian's pack."
I smirked and leaned up on my tippy toes to get a better look at my new mate.
Perfect curly light hair with slight dark roots poking through.
His face chiseled perfectly , amazing angles that are symmetrically placed- so sharp it could cut a water drop perfectly in half.
Then you get his eyes. Deep pools of Jade , mesmerizing and hypnotizing .
..and then his lips plump kissable Greek lips that's are so French.
I don't know what I did to deserve this but I am so glad i did it.
"Ready?"
I nodded.

"Violet, Alpha Xander. What do I owe the honor."
We just pulled up and parked outside Ian's pack house when he and the rest of his elite members stepped into the space outside his house.
Xander opened his car door first, large black shades covering his eyes and with werewolf speed he reached my side of the door , he opened it and led me out before shutting it behind us, he put his hand around my shoulders pulling me close.
"Your gonna start something." I whispered to Xander.
"He already hates me now, better make it worth it." He smirks and leans to give me a kiss to the side of my face before strutting towards alpha Ian.
"So it's true, he is your second chance mate." Ian spat out stepping forward while behind him the couples stood with a complete blank expression.
"He is, Ian , and that's what I need to talk to you about...if you would let me."
Ian looked between me and Xander before he gestured for me to follow him and soon we started walking towards the first away from prying ears.
I looked back to see the rest of Ian's pack break away from their cold faces and turn to big Xander. His sister and mine congratulating him but the rest just saying hi.
"They not really happy with Xander and the moment." Ian stated kicking the sand at his feet.
"I know. Because of him , they lost a Luna but I am still here, I can still be a friends with them and with you."
Ian growled, " that's just the thing Violet! I can't be friends with you we were ment to be mates! NOT FRIENDS! MATES!!!"
I cold shiver ran through my body as Ian channeled his anger to kick a tree to my right. Immediately Xander was at my side, pushing me behind him so he stood in front of Ian.
"She has been begging to be back here to speak to you for weeks, just here her out and be civil." Xander stated low and slow.
"What Xander, are you telling me that your apparent second chance mate was thinking of her first?" Ian mocked. " maybe she will stay with me now ..."
Xander growled and step forward.. " you might have been her first mate. But I was her first at everything else."
My eyes widened at Xander and I pushed him back stepping in front of him and Xander. I felt the presence of the elite pack members approaching.
"I just needed to tell you Ian, Xander is my second chance.
I am taking this chance. I love him and I want to be with him.
If things were different from the beginning with us then maybe I wouldn't be here now.
But I am." I took a deep breathe. " circumstances brought me here and I am happy to stay.
And I am sorry for what my decision will cause you. "
I walked towards Ian and placed my hands on his shoulders, " I want you to explore, meet a girl you love.
If she is human, we have a friend that could help, perhaps your life can be beautiful again.
I'm sorry I can't be your mate Ian, but I am not sorry for meeting you because if I didn't I would have the life I had.
Despite the troubles I am really happy I had it because it lead me to this moment.
But I have to do this.."
I took a deep breath and wiped a slight tear.
"I Violet Hope Mickelson reject you Innos stride as my mate."
Ian looked up , his blue eyes watery and held deep emotion.
"I Innos Stride accept you rejection Violet Hope Mickelson."
I reached over and hugged Ian just as he whispered sorry into my ear.
When I pulled back there was cheering all around. Dylan and Brie still sore after their lost came up to hug me. My sister expressed her happiness also by giving Xander the speech I gave Reese, even Reese treated me with a smile.
Seems like everything is going to be okay.
I turned and walked towards Xander's wrapping him in a hug before leaning up to whisper in his ear.
"One more thing...I'm pregnant."
