Did Ever Dragon Keep So Fair A Cave
Acloth house with two puffy blankets draped across an uneven floor. Caoimhe turned to Lusa, who crouched in the cramped space. “I don’t understand.”
“Sleeping bags,” Lusa explained. “Not as warm as furs, but they’re warmer than they look.”
Caoimhe did not look like she understood, but she kept her mouth shut.
Lusa peeled the overstretched top over her head, not without some effort. Her nipples stiffened in the cold. Caoimhe was so focused on them that she missed Lusa’s eye roll entirely.
“Can I?”
Lusa nodded. Every time they’d had sex, it had started with Kerr attacking her. This was the first time she’d asked. Denying her felt wrong. Not that she wanted to.
Caoimhe’s height played to her advantage. Her forehead wrinkled in worship, taking each breast in turn.
As lovely as it was, Lusa’s neck hurt from standing bowed over. Tents were for sleeping, not standing. Pulling away, she tugged at the hem of Caoimhe’s shirt.
She shivered, skin exposed to the cold. “How do you do this without a Thermabulle?” Caoimhe’s arms wrapped tightly around her waist, soaking in as much warmth as she could.
Lusa smirked and slipped into one of the sleeping bags. Two, because she didn’t want to be presumptuous, but in hindsight, she should have known better.
Lusa wriggled awkwardly into the sack while Caoimhe watched. A moment later, she threw her TacPants at her for staring. Then her underclothes. Caoimhe rushed to finish getting undressed, even as she shivered.
Lusa held the corner of the sleeping bag open for her. Caoimhe lay beside her, wincing as a shelf of rock dug into her side. “My bed is way more comfortable, yeah?”
“Let’s see what we can do about that.” Lusa spread her legs and pulled Caoimhe on top of her. She fit like a puzzle piece.
“How are you so warm?” Caoimhe nuzzled her cheek against the swell of Lusa’s breast.
Lusa threaded her fingers through her hair. “My body is used to this, I guess?”
Caoimhe placed a kiss against her skin. Then another. A bite followed by an impish grin.
Pursing her lips in mock scorn, Lusa pulled Caoimhe into a proper kiss.
Tongues dancing hesitantly, like wallflowers on a first date.
This level of exposure was too new. Too close.
They both knew they were about to make a terrible heartbreak even worse, but neither could stop.
They could only slow down and hope the crash wouldn’t be as bad.
But no matter how slowly you accelerate, terminal velocity always arrives.
Caoimhe was the first to push deeper. Lusa followed with a ferocity that had only been waiting for permission.
Open mouths, hollowed cheeks and sore jaws, followed by cramped foreheads, stiff from frowning as if doing so could make your tongue longer, your mouth wider, get more of the other into yourself.
Lusa fingers laced around the back of Caoimhe’s neck. She tried to pull away, but only whimpered. With her cyberware disabled, Lusa was too strong.
Sitting up, sleeping bag bunched around her waist, Caoimhe trembled like an aspen leaf, exposed in the cold air.
“Did I do something wrong?” Lusa asked between laboured breaths. She hadn’t been close to losing control yet, but the possibility existed. Caoimhe wore a delirious grin.
“I need to get something.” Caoimhe crawled out of the sleeping bag and reached for her rucksack.
Rolling onto her side, Lusa leaned on her elbow. Caoimhe had freckles on her tiny bum. Lusa wondered if she knew that.
Caoimhe held what she had been looking for aloft – the newest model of the absurdly large vibrator she’d mentioned earlier. Even in the fading twilight, it glowed an eye-blistering shade of pink.
Lusa’s mouth hung open. “I told you to pack for camping and you took that to mean bring the largest vibrator I own?”
Ignoring her, Caoimhe listed off its features.
“There’s a rumble function at the tip and the wearable end.
” She pointed to both ends as if it weren’t obvious.
“Dual motors that can be synched to your heart rate monitor and dopamine level sensors, though,” Caoimhe raised an eyebrow.
“I guess you don’t have a heart rate monitor. ”
Lusa shook her head. “No hormone regulators either.”
“Just raw dogging life, yeah?” Caoimhe continued, unbothered. “This model has a magstrip attachment points, so no harness necessary.”
“And you have…” Lusa narrowed her eyes, but couldn’t make out mag strips on Caoimhe anywhere near where the toy would logically attach.
“They’re subdermal.” Caoimhe drew her fingers along the lines of her vulva. “I got them for my birthday one year. Back when Chalice wasn’t such an arsehole, yeah?” She looked around the tent, avoiding eye contact. “That’s not weird, is it?”
Weird was the wrong word for it. Lusa wasn’t inexperienced, but toys were not something she had ever used, aside from the tiny vibrator Sparx had snuck back from Tyton for her. The Lake didn’t have anything like that, or if it did, Lusa didn’t know about it.
Caoimhe deflated at Lusa’s apprehension. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have said anything. If it makes you feel better, I haven’t used this one with anyone else.” She reached for her rucksack to put it away.
“No,” Lusa held her hand out, regretting her inability to keep her expression straight. “It’s not that. I’ve just…”
Caoimhe set the rucksack down and crossed her legs.
She knew it was ludicrous to feel ashamed for not having had this experience, but she still couldn’t look at Caoimhe. “I haven’t used… you know.” Her voice was too quiet. She cleared her throat and tried again. “Those before.”
“Oh.” Caoimhe sat up straight. “That’s okay, even the base models of these have LSOs.”
Lusa’s forehead made tiny elevens at the bridge of her nose.
“Uh…” Caoimhe frowned trying to remember the acronym. “Lipid soluble oestradiol.”
Lusa frowned harder.
“It helps you…” Caoimhe spread her hands apart. “Open.”
Lusa had never had that issue before. Then again, two fingers had always been sufficient. Any discomfort had been caused by wrong angles or a lack of nail maintenance. But anyone with functional eyes could see that two fingers was roughly a quarter of the thickness of that monstrosity.
Lusa took a few calming breaths. Despite her excitement, Caoimhe looked concerned. It was sweet that she was worried about pressuring Lusa. She couldn’t remember the last time someone had thought they were pushing Lusa too far.
“Just give me a moment to process,” Lusa said, hoping it wouldn’t drive Caoimhe away.
She had to admit, the toy was alarming. Obviously other women enjoyed them.
If they didn’t, no-one would have made anything like it.
There must be something about having a toy that large inside of you.
Something that made what looked to be uncomfortable worth it.
Lusa also had to admit that the more she thought about it, the more her body responded, and the less she could deny the thrill the idea ignited in her.
She found that the corner of her lip had turned upward when she responded. “Yes. But go slow.”
Even in the low light, Lusa could see Caoimhe beaming with a mixture of relief and excitement. “I was so worried I’d offended you.”
“Shut up and kiss me again.” Lusa pulled her into the sleeping bag. Caoimhe squealed.
The toy sang an inappropriately jaunty tune as it powered up, the magclip locking the toy in place. “I know you’ve never used one, but it’s not quite the same as a penis.”
Lusa scoffed. “I haven’t used one of those either. I’ll tell you the story of how I learned they existed some other time.”
Caoimhe drew back. “Really? So, you’ve never…”
“Fingers only.” Lusa finished her sentence, impatient for her mouth.
“No wonder you were…” But Lusa pulled her in and stopped her babbling. Teeth crashed into lips and any hesitation about body parts or physical realities was tossed aside. Worlds reduced to Caoimhe’s mouth, her teeth, her lips and tongue, violent and alive inside her.
Caoimhe pulled back panting. Between the ferocity of Lusa’s kiss and the wearable end, she looked ready to come undone. “Who taught you how to kiss?”
Lusa’s breath caught in her throat. She’d done it again. Kissed too hard. Too deeply. She’d let her desire to consume, her restrained darkness peek from behind its cage. She needed to slow down.
But Caoimhe fisted fingers through her hair. “You’re going to ruin me before we even start.”
Caoimhe might not have realised what she was asking, but in her state, the barest permission to indulge snapped whatever remained of Lusa’s leash on her self-control
Passion might be used in more polite circles, ones where ladies tittered about the latest bodice-ripper over quilts and tea.
This was raw and savage. Nails dug. Teeth tore.
Lips bled. Where Caoimhe hesitated out of concern, teasing the tip of her overlarge toy around the slick of her entrance, Lusa grasped the shaft of and eased it into herself.
The initial shock of her most intimate places being pried open and exposed dissolved into the adrenaline of need.
But the laws of physics don’t bend to fantasies.
Despite Lusa’s determination, Caoimhe withdrew, making good on her promise to take it slow.
She eased in again. Parts of herself opened that Lusa hadn’t known existed.
A little deeper. A little further. The way her body shifted and moved to accommodate all of Caoimhe and the part of herself she kept hidden roused.
Lusa gurgled, as though the toy had reached something in her throat and she was drowning in her own arousal.
Caoimhe appeared just as surprised as Lusa. Embarrassing, to be sure, and possibly the result of trying to suppress her urges. Reminding herself that this was still temporary, Lusa hoped her darkness would stay asleep.
Caoimhe knew none of this. “That was so hot. Do that again.” Caoimhe thrust deeper to make sure she did.
Her throat cleared, the guttural cry that replaced it broke Caoimhe as well.
When her muscles allowed her to move again, Caoimhe released her mechanical grip, revealing four blunt lacerations on Lusa’s shoulder.
“Oh, fuck.” Caoimhe panicked and reached for something to stop the blood, but Lusa grabbed her wrist. There would be no stopping.
“More.”
“But you’re…”
Lusa caught her throat. Even if Lusa weren’t far larger and stronger than her with her cyberware disabled, whatever monster lay behind her eyes would have compelled obedience. Shoving Caoimhe onto her back Lusa climbed on top. The toy disappeared without resistance.
Lusa rocked her hips, painting a wet slick across Caoimhe’s clit. “Turn it on,” She ordered.
Caoimhe tried, but her arms weren’t long enough to reach around Lusa. “At the back.” She dug her fingers into Lusa’s thigh.
Lusa found the button and activated the rumble function. Whirring to life, Lusa’s head swam. Full felt like every cell she had sparkled. If she lost control, she doubted she would even remember it.
On cue, it demanded to be fed. Hoisting Caoimhe by the hips off the ground, Lusa pulled her deeper.
But satisfaction evaded her. The toy appeared designed to prolong the edge as long as possible.
Her mouth ran, suddenly too full of saliva.
It would win if she didn’t stop it. “Choke me,” she demanded. “Kill it.”
Confused, Caoimhe complied anyway. Her fingers may not be as strong, but Lusa only needed her to keep her head away. Lusa held her forearm tightly. Caoimhe’s legs gave out, but Lusa pulled her the rest of the way, roaring her release into the vast expanse of the midnight tundra.
