Bonus PoV- Aiden + PI
Tracking The Trail
The screens glow in the dim control room.
Aiden sits forward, fingers flying across the keyboard, jaw locked in concentration.
The PI scans surveillance feeds beside him, adjusting frequencies and enhancing camera angles.
“Come on… come on… Got you.” A blinking GPS dot lights up on the map. Grace’s car.
The PI grins. “And here’s Vincent. He bought a burner phone this morning. They met twice already.”
Aiden zooms in on the coordinates. “Old farmhouse outside the city,” he mutters. “Belongs to one of her shell corporations.”
He turns to Alexander, who’s standing behind them like a storm ready to split open. “They took her somewhere isolated.”
Alexander doesn’t ask how far. Doesn’t ask how many. He just checks his gun.
Aiden nods, understanding everything he doesn’t say. “Go.”
