Chapter Five #2
“That’s it, so good, treasure. Gods, I’ve missed this pussy.
I’m going to explode. I can’t wait to see my seed dripping out of you.
” His hand drops and he circles my clit at the exact right moment to cause me to cum again.
My back arches out and he supports me, my full weight on his cock now as I squeeze my eyes shut.
“Fuck, that’s it, take it. Take my cum, you naughty whore. My naughty little whore.”
I feel him release deep inside me. He always has so much, it’s a forceful release, and I love the feel of it. I whimper and rock and kiss him. He slowly wraps his arms around me, pulling my head to his chest.
“I love you, Ollie,” he whispers.
“I love you too Vale.”
“Good girl. Now hop up, let me see.” He smiles sweetly.
At my hesitation, he guesses. “No, tail stays. I like knowing your bottom is sore. Perhaps I’ll have you slip down to my rooms after one of them ass-fucks you next time, so I can play in this abused little hole.
I glare at him and he laughs loudly. He taps my hips leisurely. “Up you go.”
I climb off him slowly. He moves his tail to the side so I don’t trip, but the thick, wet slide of his cock is deliciously miserable.
“So empty, hmm, my star?”
I nod and stand, spreading my legs wide, as Vale likes. He leans forward, his slightly blue-tinted seed dripping steadily out of me. Vale slips off the bed, kneeling in front of me.
“Oh fuck, star, you’re beautiful. I’m obsessed.
Stand still, my treasure.” And that is all the warning I get as his tail starts to slide in and out of my bottom even as his fingers stuff inside me, his slick dripping into his hand.
He leans in, latching his lips over my clit.
I squeal, freezing. He works me quickly closer to the edge but pulls his fingers out.
Suddenly, his long dragon tongue is buried inside me.
He shifted it to fill me. Broad, long, and with precise control, it’s nowhere near as big as his cock, but the pressure of being filled deeply is amazing.
His thumb circles over my clit firmly, his fingers spread wide over my lower belly.
And just like that, I cum again. My legs collapse, and Vale catches me, tugging me into his lap languidly. I don’t know how long we sit, cuddled up on the floor.
I finally find the energy, the willpower, to stir. I grab my dress and pull it on, even though I’m sticky everywhere.
“I’m headed up to my room. I’ll be at breakfast quickly.”
Vale stands, nude. “No, I said you’re going to breakfast with my seed dripping from this little cunt of mine.”
I frown at him, indignation rising. “No, I am not, Vale. I’m not yours.
” My face drops as I say this, but it’s true.
“I’m my own. The play in the bedroom is fine, as it’s always been, but I’m a leader here.
I’ll be queen. I make my own choices. And I won’t go to breakfast in front of my captains covered in dragon jizz. ”
His eyes narrow but I can see pride in them. He steps into my space but I don’t back down.
“Good girl,” he growls. “My Queen, outside of the bedroom. My whore inside it.” And he kisses me.
I slip out of his rooms, dizzy and needy again. I will need to speak with him more about how I’m mated, and I can’t be his alone, the hoardy dragon that he is, but this is a good start.
I’M AS CLEAN AS A REGULAR shower will get me and in a thick skirt topped with a snuggly sweater. I’m in a mood and need the softness. I sit next to Lonan, everyone else already situated.
Lonan raises an eyebrow but I say nothing, taking a drink of cider. I see Vale smirking from the corner of my eyes.
We all start to eat as Tazi chatters. “I’ve never met a gem dragon before.”
Vale grins, an incorrigible flirt, like always, “What makes you think I’m a gem dragon?”
She snaps her wings together. “Obvious, innit? You’re blue.”
He blinks. “You’re blue.”
“Just my hair,” she shrugs.
Vale flashes a brilliant grin at Finnick, “He’s green. Is he a gem dragon?”
Finnick blushes and looks away and a protective feeling overwhelms me.
Tazi rolls her eyes, “No, of course—”
“He’s just trying to aggravate you, Tazi,” I interject. “He’s not a gem dragon, though his mother is.”
“Don’t tell my secrets, star,” he purrs at me.
I sense Kai’s silent, seething rage through the bond. Yeah, that’s going to be a problem. We’re going to need to talk. My eyes go to Lonan. He’s leaning back in his chair, ankle on his knee, drinking a glass of Cook’s homebrew. My eyes narrow.
Lilac is giving Vale the stinkiest of stink eyes and I turn the laugh that escapes into a cough. She’d as soon stab him as look at him, and I fully understand the urge.
“What kind?” Tazi asks excitedly. “Does she breathe gems??”
I chuckle along with Vale. He answers, “She’s a ruby. And no. She does not vomit rocks of any kind.”
Tazi looks distinctly disappointed.
Lonan sets his glass down firmly. “Lord Vale, we—”
A bark of laughter from Vale. “No, please, just Vale. I’m the black sheep born of the black sheep; I’m certainly not a lord.”
“Fine. Vale. You can speak freely around Captain Lilac and Captain Tazi. Tell us, can you bring our petition to your... uncle?”
“Yes, Uncle Balthazar, middle child of Narisa’s five clutchlings. He holds Grandmother’s throne since she passed. She decided the pain of our world was too much, and she chose to pass through the Veil between our world and the spirit world.”
“So you’ll take our letters and speak for us?” Lonan asks again.
Vale straightens. “No, because it would do no good.”
I feel Lo’s anger. “Then why are you here?” He looks between us, suspicion on his face.
Vale smirks; I rub my forehead.
“I... came... to speak face-to-face. And I am refusing to carry your words for the same reason. Balthazar will never heed words upon paper, nor my vouching for you. Nor my mother’s, so don’t bother asking, Ollie,” he flicks a glance to me.
“No, you must bring your petition in person. He’ll respect nothing else. So I’m here to be your escort.”
Lonan’s face is blank. He had mentioned not being willing to visit Guivre until spring but I don’t know why.
Vale leans back and puts his boots upon the table. “But I did fuck your girl. Intend to again, in fact.”
“VALE!” I yell, as both Lilac and Kai jump to their feet.
Lonan slowly stands, his hand going to Kai’s arm where it rests on the hilt of his sword.
Lonan’s voice is strung tight, “Kai, Finnick, Oleander, attend. You.” He pins Vale with a glare that runs off him like water from a duck.
“You can fuck off.” He kicks his chair out of the way and strides to the door.
Vale stretches his arms and laces his hands behind his head. “Do let me know how my cock tastes, Commander Lonan.”
“VALE!” I holler again, even as Finn bundles me out of the hall.
THE DOOR SHUTS AND Kai storms up the stairs. I stand tall. This is going to suck. But it will be alright. I’ll explain it. They’ll understand.
Finn goes right to the wine to pour. It’s early but yeah, that’s a good call. Lonan glares at me silently. I cross my arms over my chest to face Kai as he emerges.
But instead of anger, or jealousy, or even loathing, his sparkling green eyes are sad. No, not sad, devastated.
“Aw, c’mon, Kai, don’t look at me like that!” I throw my hands up. “I was accepting of you and Lonan being heart bound.”
The air in the room chills. “Are... are you heart mates with him?” he asks, his voice rough.
For a split second, I consider fibbing. If it had happened before them, they would accept it so much easier.
But I cannot lie to them. I’ll get them to accept it through force then.
“No.”
Kai snorts, taking the wine Finn brings him. I notice Finn lay a hand on Kai’s back as he turns to get mine.
“But!” I add quickly, “Vale and I were together, in some form, for nearly a decade. After our seventh year together, he asked me to become his heart mate on the first of the month.”
Finn hands me my wine, eyebrows raised. “The first of... every month?”
I nod, taking a drink.
“Sounds like it was serious, Ollie,” Finn murmurs, taking my hand and leading me to the couch. He presses me down mellowly, then sits at the end and waggles his fingers for my feet. I smile tiredly and put them in his lap, balancing my wine in a hand.
“After the first few times I turned him down, he started getting more creative.” I smile at the memory. “Begging. Writing it on a cake he baked. Spelling it in flowers on the bed. Hiding notes in my garden.”
Finnick grins. “That’s adorable.”
Kai and Lo sit in the chairs across from us, silent, and drinking deeply.
I shake my head. “It hurt, saying no. I wanted to say yes. Wanted that bond. But... revenge was more important. I’d plotted for decades to find a way to kill Alder.
And when I heard what a... rake you were, Lo, I figured it out.
I’d make you love me, you’d give me what I wanted once I had you wound around my finger, and I’d kill, or at the very least, get to watch, Alder’s death. ” I take a drink.
Lonan makes a thoughtful noise and he locks eyes with me. I can almost see the gears turning.
“So I couldn’t take a mate. No matter how much I wanted it, him... I wanted justice more.” I shrug. “Or so I thought.”
“Why do you say that, beloved?” Finn asks softly, hand stroking the scars over my calves.
“Now that I have bonds, now that I feel what it’s like... I don’t know that I’d make the same choice again.” My eyes fill with tears. Stones dammit.
Lo smiles a little sadly, “You thought I’d be that easy?”
I chuckle wetly, “You were.”
“Hey now,” he protests, smile growing.
I sigh. “I’m sorry, I didn’t intend to have sex with Vale before I discussed this with you all, truly.
I went downstairs to see him this morning, wanting to ask him if he’d still have me.
No sense in riling you all up if he had moved on, right?
And... well... it was as if we'd never parted.” I shrug again.
“I really am sorry.” I clamp my mouth shut as my throat closes thickly.
Kai stands and paces the room, running his hand through his curls.
My eyes track him until Lonan stands and steps in his path.
He grabs his upper arms and leans in, resting their foreheads together.
My heart hurts and Finn grips my foot harder.
I look to him and he’s giving me a reassuring little smile.
I smile back at him and take a deep breath, a bit surprised that he picked up on my reaction.
Perhaps I should heart bond to him as well. The boys seem to like him at least.
Lo kisses Kai, their arms wrapping around each other and I watch as Kai lays his head upon Lo’s shoulder.
They have been together for a long time and normally it doesn’t bother me at all, but right now, I’m feeling a tinge of jealousy.
I have no standing to be feeling this way, since I just asked them to accept me having another lover.
Kai and Lonan turn to me as one and walk over. Kai takes my wine glass from my hand and Lonan scoops me up, turning us and sitting with me across his lap. Kai sits next to us and holds out his arm to Finn, who scoots over with a look of awe on his face, and tucks his body against Kai’s.
Lonan kisses me tenderly. “We love you, Ollie. You’re a part of us.
If he is a part of you, we’ll find a way to accept it.
A lover you’ve had for years and left only because you wanted to seek well-deserved revenge and rid the world of an unjust king?
” He cocks an eyebrow, obviously approving of my bloodthirst, “We’ll work through it.
” He purses his lips a moment, “Just don’t go taking any new lovers, hmm, sweetheart? ”
My eyes fill with tears.
Kai rumbles, “I’ll do this thing for you, Oleander.”
A little gulp escapes me.
He continues, “But I’m probably gonna need to kick his ass a few times.”
I giggle, relief flooding my body.
Good. Good. Now to keep them from killing each other.
