Chapter 5

CHAPTER FIVE

NATHAN

Aheavy weight settles at my temples as my eyes trace the words from the textbook in front of me. I can feel my own forehead wrinkles growing heavier as I cross-check the information on the homework assignment for the umpteenth time.

What is the outdoor portion of an air conditioner or heat pump that either releases or collects heat, depending on the time of the year?

Condenser Coil.

I nod my head when I see that the answer is correct.

What is the name of a chlorine-free refrigerant that meets the EPA’s newest, most stringent environmental guidelines?

R-454B Refrigerant…?

Fuck. Nope.

R410A Refrigerant.

“Goddamn it,” I grumble to myself as I scratch out my notes and switch my answer.

It’s no wonder that the gray growth in my hair has accelerated lately. I turn forty next week, and here I am, studying for yet another certificate.

This one is focused on HVAC.

The worst certification known to man.

The construction wiring certificate I studied for last year was easier than this, and that says something, considering I’m red-green color blind and a significant piece of wiring apparently comes down to fucking colors.

I still can’t wrap my head around that one.

Closing the book with a sigh, I scrub my palms over my face to try to wake myself up.

I have no idea how long I’ve been in the library at this point, but if the sunset outside the window is any indication, I’m quickly approaching curfew.

I already know Colson is probably in the gym working his stress out.

I fear he’s going to be my stress relief tonight.

Fuck lifting weights.

Leaning back, I stretch my arms over my head as a yawn tears out of me. Until it’s cut short by the shadow lurking in the corner by the doorway, angled toward me.

I frown, not in the mood for buddy-buddy chats tonight.

“Yes?” I call out dryly. I really want to say “please leave me the fuck alone,” but I’m not trying to piss off an inmate when we only have a few months left in our sentence.

The shadow jolts forward in shock at being called out. I watch as he hesitates, debating whether he wants to come out now that I’ve addressed him. Finally, after a moment, he steps into better lighting, and a smirk covers my face.

Officer Wright.

Officer Wright, who we caught lurking on our social media last night.

Who liked one of our photos, only to un-like it twenty seconds later.

Too bad he can’t erase the notification it sent to our iPad. We messaged him instantly and only laughed when the read notification appeared.

He’s a scared little thing.

Oh, this will be good.

A blush mars his face, making my smirk grow as he stumbles through his words. “I, uh. I saw the lights on. Curfew to cells is in thirty minutes.”

I raise my scarred eyebrow. “I know.”

His face flames even more. “You should get to your cell, Richardson.”

A snort flies out of my throat. “Last name basis now, eh? What happened there? You were calling me Nathan just last week.”

“That was inappropriate of me. Everyone here calls you Richardson.”

I shake my head humorously as I stand up and stack my things into a pile on the table. “You really think you’re fooling us, don’t you?”

His tone carries a false toughness. I swear he even tries to lower the bass in his voice as he speaks to me. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

“Really?” I draw out.

“Really.”

Fuck it.

Before he can blink, I’m stalking over to him.

My six-four frame towers over him, and it fills me with utter pleasure when he walks backward, trapping himself.

When his back hits the wall, a quiet oomph escapes him.

His green eyes swivel back and forth, trying to find an escape as I step even closer to him.

I raise an arm and lean my weight into the wall.

“What’s wrong, officer? Are you scared?”

“N-no.”

I take a final step forward, forcing our chests to touch as I crane my neck down to whisper in his ear. “Are you sure?”

His tone is harsh now. “Back up, inmate.”

My feet stay firmly planted in my position. “Or what?”

“There are cameras watching every move you make. Do you need me to actually send you to solitary confinement?”

The smile on my face turns outright shark-ish. “There are cameras here, huh?”

Wright pauses. “Yes.”

“Uh-huh,” I start. Shrugging, I decide I truly have nothing more to lose.

The worst that can happen is I get another month added onto my sentence for assault—but assault of the good nature, whatever the fuck that means—and the best case scenario, nothing happens at all.

With my free hand, I lower it and grip his cock. “Are you really sure about that?”

His mouth drops open on a gasp that turns to a moan. “Stop…”

My voice turns husky as I feel him grow hard beneath my touch. I press into him firmer, rubbing his length harder. “Why should I? Seems like you’re enjoying the attention, Kace.”

“I’m not.”

“Bullshit,” I growl out as I tighten my grip on his hard cock through his cargo pants. “I have tattoos older than you, little boy. Stop trying to act like you’re the boss.”

“I-I-oh my god,” Kace moans. “You need to stop, Nathan. You’re going to get in trouble.”

I move my hand up and down his length faster. “Oh? Are we back to Nathan now?”

Kace’s face turns bright red as one of his hands comes up to rest against my hip. He sags into the wall, surrendering to my touch. “Aren’t you cheating on Colson by doing this?”

I pause for the briefest of moments, contemplating, before continuing.

“This probably would be cheating to a lot of people. But we’ve both moaned out your name in the last month.

When I’ve been bottomed out inside of him, or when I’m swallowing his cock.

So, I highly doubt he’ll mind. He’ll probably just pout that he wasn’t invited this time. ”

“T-this t-t-time?”

Our eyes clash as I grip him just a little bit harder. “This time.”

Kace squeezes my hip again. “Nathan, seriously. Stop. I won’t tell anyone. I’ll erase the camera footage. Just let me go, okay? This isn’t right. I’ll get in trouble, and you’ll get more time. Stop.”

A dark laugh comes out of me. “Hey, Officer Wright?”

“Yeah?” he all but moans out as I keep moving my hand.

“I’ve fucked Colson in this exact spot. Balls deep, hand jerking his cock. Tongue down his throat so he wouldn’t moan too loud. And guess what happened?”

“What?” Kace pants.

“Absolutely fucking nothing. There are no cameras in this corner, brat.”

His face goes cherry red then, and he finally surrenders to my touch completely. He drags me closer to him, and I know for a fact that if he were a few inches taller, he’d be grinding his hard cock into mine. “Fuck. It’s so good. Why is it so good?”

I move my hand that’s been braced on the wall to the nape of his neck and grip it firmly. His mouth opens as pleasure ricochets through him, and I smile wolfishly as his eyes go hazy. “Are you going to come in your pants, Officer Wright?”

“I… I don’t… I don’t want to…”

I hum. “Too fucking bad, Princess.”

He groans loudly. “Oh my god. Not you too.”

I shrug. “Not normally my thing. But it’s Colson’s thing, and that man is mine. So if he wants you to be his little pocket pussy princess, then that means you’ll be my pocket pussy princess, too.”

“Fuuuuck,” Kace whimpers.

“Say my name,” I grunt roughly. “Say my name, and then call me Daddy like a good little boy. Or should I say a good little girl, since we’ll be sinking into your ass and treating it like a tight little cunt, eh?”

“Nathan!” Kace pants out. “Nathan, oh my god. What the fuck?”

“Good girl. Now, say the other one.”

Kace shakes his head in denial.

I raise an eyebrow. “I wasn’t asking. You’ll call me Daddy if you want to come, or you won’t come at all.”

His voice comes out broken. “I don’t want to.”

Well, I’m not repeating myself again.

Swallowing my frustration, I immediately move away from him. Turning back toward the desk, I grab my textbook and homework sheets before walking past him to the exit of the library.

Officer Wright’s voice is incredulous. “What the fuck?”

I ignore him.

He shouts out in anger now. “Nathan! What the fuck?!”

Huffing, I turn back to him, not bothering to hide the annoyance on my face. “When you jerk off to our Picsta again tonight, like I’m sure you were doing last night when you liked our picture and blew all over your stomach, you’ll call me Daddy. Do you understand me, brat?”

His face pales. “How… how did you know that?”

I laugh as I continue out of the library.

“Told you, brat. Daddy has more experience than you know.” I pause, turning to him.

“Oh, and we should really talk about a marketing strategy with your feed. All of those men in pretty pink thongs on your activity board? I know you want to be just like them. If you wanted to play dress-up, you only had to ask.”

And as I pass the gym where Colson is indeed lifting far too many plates, a slight feeling of guilt gnaws at me.

Not for touching Kace.

Not for calling him out.

Not even for Colson, having yet to learn about that endeavor.

No.

Guilt gnaws at me for edging him. For manipulating him and his body.

But ultimately, the princess needs to learn his lesson.

He may not know it yet, but he belongs to us now.

And if I have to edge him to break him, then so be it.
