Chapter 17 Someone Else Should Die

Feng Si rubbed my chin lightly and talked on, not waiting for me.

So he had already noticed I was off.
He had the nanny swap that laced milk, then watched my clumsy performance with cold eyes.
Seeing no hope of escape, I stopped pretending.
"Then just kill me. Being with you, I'd rather smash my head and die."

His words were so sinister they made me shudder.
