Chapter 46
Abhishek's tuition timing was over and he stepped down in the living room with the Shreya. A smirk came across his face as soon as his eyes landed on Sia, his eyes glinted with teasing.
"Uh-oh the nerdy is back." He commented loudly enough to reach his voice to her.
Sia who was busy gossiping with the others swiftly turned her face around to look at the source of the voice. Her face instantly covered with a wide grin after looking at Abhishek who was just standing a few steps ahead of the stairs.
She turned on his heels and ran to him taking him in a bone crushing hug. He playfully made a scowl on his face and pushed her away, "Stop being a clingy." He scoffed.
She swatted his arm making a growl escape off his lips in response. Her eyes landed on the Shreya who was just standing beside him looking at the exchange with curiosity.
"Hey, I'm Sia." Sia introduced herself, forwarding her hand.
Shreya joined her hand, "Hi, I am..." She was about to say when Sia cut her off.
"Shreya di, I know you. Tia di talks a lot about you." She informed her grinning. Shreya and Tia became best friends in the last few months and grew a strong bond with each other.
"Maine bhi tumhare baare me bohot suna hai." Shreya replied smiling.
"I hope accha hi suna ho." Sia replied with a sheepish smile.
"Ab wo to jaise kaam karegi waise hi charche honge." Abhishek teased.
"Shut up. Tujhse to acche hi kaam hai mere." She replied rolling her eyes.
"Jaa na." Abhishek lightly flicked her forehead.
But she dramatically clutched her forehead as if he had thrown a brick at her head. She groaned yelling, "Bhaiyaaa." Abhishek's eyes widened immediately.
Shreya laughed at their playful banter.
"Oye dekh ye cheating hai." He said pointing his finger.
In just a few seconds, Advait was at Sia's side, "What happened doll?" He asked looking at her with concern as she was covering her head with hand as if it was bleeding.
"He hit me, bhaiya." She mumbled rubbing her head.
Advait sharply looked at Abhishek, "Tameez nahi hai ladkiyon par haath uthana sikhaya hai maine?" He chided.
"Bhaiya maine to bas..." He was about to say when Sia cut him off.
"Jhooth mat bol, jhootha." She accused.
Shreya looked at Advait who was glaring at Abhishek, "Easy. They were just teasing each other. Nothing harmful." She relaxed him.
Advait looked at her and despite himself a small smile formed on his lips. Sia noticed it and dragged Abhishek from there with herself.
"Bohot busy rehne lagi hain aap aajkal." Advait commented but a hint of taunt in his tone didn't go unnoticed by Shreya.
"Look, who is saying." She retorted crossing her arms over her chest.
He rolled his eyes and said, "You didn't reply to my text." He complained.
She looked him into his eyes and replied after a moment of silence.
"Maybe I was thinking of replying to that after meeting you personally." She said in a murmuring voice.
Advait face turned into a smirk, "Hmm and then someone says 'you're a flirty'." He said teasingly rephrasing her comment.
She leaned forward looking straight in his eyes, "Sangat ka asar, Mr. Malhotra." She whispered making his smirk deepened.
They were standing so close to each other, they could feel each other's breathe. Advait took a one step forward and closed the distance between them.
"Accha laga jaankar ki humara rang aap par chadh raha hai." He replied, looking in her eyes with the deep affection.
Her breath caught in her throat due to the closeness. Her inner hormones were screaming at her to grab him by his collar and kiss the life out of him but before she could listen to her wild traits, a throat cleaning voice reached to her ears.
She looked beside her and there was standing Tia with her arms crossed over her chest. Shreya immediately took a step back and created the distance between her and Advait but Advait didn't move from his place instead he was throwing daggers at Tia for ruining their precious moment.
"Get a room. There are kids in the house also." Tia stated looking at both of them.
Shreya's face turned crimson red in embarrassment and she looked down averting her eyes from Tia.
"I would have killed you if you were not my friend." Advait whispered through gritted teeth.
Tia royally rolled her eyes ignoring his threat. She was used to be getting killed or murdered by him in his every threat.
"I should get going." Shreya said, fixing her composure.
"Where?" Tia asked in an obvious tone.
Shreya looked at her for a second before replying, "Home... obviously."
"You are not going anywhere. You're joining us for the dinner." Tia said, she didn't requested she ordered.
Shreya looked between Advait and Tia and replied, "You guys have fun. I need to go home. Maybe next time." She tried to excuse herself as she didn't want to intrude in their family time.
Tia glared at Advait placing her hand on her waist, "Chup kyun khada hai tu bol na teri baat maanegi wo."
Advait looked at Shreya confidently, "She isn't going anywhere." He declared.
Shreya tried to argue but he didn't give her a chance to deny and reluctantly she agreed.
Reyansh came out of the kitchen looking for everyone, his furrowed face turned into a mock anger, "Mujhe wahan kitchen me chef bana kar yahan sab masti kar rahe hain." He said to no one particularly.
"Cry baby." Tia mumbled but he heard it clearly.
"Advait..." Reyansh groaned in a complaining tone.
"Stop teasing him, Tia." Advait said giving her a side eye.
Suddenly a faint voice of someone arguing reached to their ears and their heads snapped to the side.
Advait quickly followed the sound and there they were.
.. Aditya and Vanya arguing with each other standing in the hallway that reached to the store room.
Vanya was angrily glaring at Aditya, puffing her cheeks while Aditya was looking calm but arguing back.
"No, Adi. It's wrong." Her tone was firm.
"What are you guys arguing over?" Advait asked gently making a distance between them.
Reyansh followed behind with the others. They all were looking at both of them with curiosity.
Aditya looked at Vanya and gestured to her to keep her mouth shut with his eyes but Vanya was too dumb to understand.
"Bhaiya, he was planning to lock Arush in the store room." She spilled the beans instantly making Arush hide himself behind Tia like a scared kitten.
Advait gave a murderous glare to Aditya making him shrink at his place.
"Is that true, Adi?" Advait sternly asked.
Vanya huffed her cheeks, "Don't you believe me, bhaiya?" She asked offended.
Advait looked at her sighing heavily to calm his anger making everyone chuckled at his reaction as it never will be the case that he could scold his princess.
"I do believe you, princess." He said softly.
"I'll talk to you after dinner." He threw a last sharp look at him before walking away.
"Best of luck." Reyansh teased him but Shreya crouched down and took him in a warm hug as he was looking really sad but in reality he was disheartened by Vanya's little betrayal.
Tia picked up Arush in her arms softly pecking her cheeks and Reyansh made a disgusting face at the scene.
"Are you jealous of a kid, bhai?" Abhishek whispered from behind him earning himself a warning look.
"Oops sowryy." He sang surrendering his hands in the air.
He quickly went to Tia's side and leaned on her shoulder, Tia amusingly smiled receiving the sudden love. But Abhishek was in a teasing mood, he pecked her cheek looking straight in Reyansh's eyes.
"I love you, Tia." He playfully said to tease Reyansh.
Reyansh gritted his teeth glaring at him sharply. If looks could kill then the boy would be down in ashes by now. But it was not that bad until he heard her words.
"Love you too, Abhi." Tia replied ruffling his hair. Reyansh's eyes blazed with annoyance and he stomped away from there making both of them laugh loudly.

Everyone settled on the dining table, Advait was sitting on the middle chair facing Reyansh who was settled on the opposite end of the table.
Abhishek was sitting on the right side of Reyansh while Tia was on his left side.
Sia quickly booked her seat beside Abhishek making him groan at her clingy behavior.
Arush settled on the right side of his bhaiya with Aditya and Vanya following the line and Shreya seated herself on the left side of the Advait.
Kaka showed up to serve them but they poliety send him back saying they'll manage.
Everyone prepared their plates and started digging in their favorite food.
"Uhumm it is heaven." Sia hummed delightfully savoring the delicious taste in her mouth after having a morsel of the pav bhaji.
Shreya also tasted it and impressed by his cooking, "It's really delicious." She praised making Advait smiled a little.
Advait looked around him and a surge of warmth spread inside his chest after witnessing the joyful faces of his loved ones but then his eyes landed on Aditya who was eating quietly more like pecking on the food.
"Eat properly, Adi." He said making him look up. Aditya nodded.
Advait made a plate for Arush and started feeding him with his own hands. Arush searched the table for his favorite sandwiches but pouted when he didn't find them. He looked up at Advait with a sulking face.
"Aapne mere liye sandwiches nahi banaye." He said with a pout.
"Roj roj sandwiches nahi khate baccha sab kuch khana chahiye na." Advait said while forwarding the fork in front of his mouth.
"Mujhe nahi khana ye mujhe sandwich khana hai." He whined.
"Aru." Advait said firmly with a stern gaze and it was enough for him to open his mouth and took the bite.
He chewed on the food unwillingly making a huffed face. Advait continued feeding him bite after bite.
"Sabka favorite banaya mere liye kuch nahi banaya." Arush mumbled so that Advait could listen to his complain.
Advait ignored it and continued feeding him making him sulked more.
Abhishek turned his eyes beside him and looked at Sia who was practically digging in her food focusing solely on her plate. He disapprovingly shook his head at her behavior, "Aaram se kha koi tujhse cheen nahi raha tera khana." He whispered near her ear.
She stuffed her mouth with a spoonful of pasta and said, "It's so tasty." Her voice muffled.
He threw a disgusting look to her, "Don't talk while eating." He said.
"Mai to shaanti se kha hi rahi thi tune hi baat ki." She replied.
"Let her eat, buddy." Reyansh chided gently.
Tia's ear perked up as soon as she heard his voice, "Sahi to bol raha hai wo kaise janwaro ki tarah kha rahi hai ye." She said making Sia pout.
"Bhaiya ye log pareshan kar rahe hain." Sia complained pointing at Abhishek and her sister.
"Stop teasing her." Advait said looking at both of them.
"Maine to kuch bola hi nahi." Abhishek muttered.
Reyansh took it as a chance to get his revenge from Abhishek and spoke up, "Abhi to tune bola ki wo janwaro ki tarah kha rahi hai."
Abhishek gasped offended, "Haww bhai wo maine nahi bola, Tia ne bola tha." He said putting the blame on her.
"How many times do I have to tell you to not to take her name, Abhishek?" Advait said, this time in a really angry tone.
Abhishek immediately looked down mumbling a quick apology.
"Don't scold him. He is my buddy." Tia said defensively.
Reyansh raised his brow at the familiar name, "For your kind information, I call him buddy." He protested.
"So, have you booked this name?" She retorted.
Shreya glanced at Advait with an absurd look and he exhaled slowly, "Sorry, you have to endure this."
Reyansh glared, "No, but he is my buddy and you can't call him that." He said seriously as if he wasn't arguing over something so stupid.
Everyone was looking at both of them with a tiring look as they were behaving like kids more than the kids themselves.
"I will call him only that because I'm his favorite." Tia said deliberately to poke him.
"Itni galatfehmi hona acchi baat nahi hai, Miss kapoor." He tilted her head smirking knowingly as he was confident that he was Abhi's favorite.
"To mat paliye na, Mr. Khurana." She answered in the same tone.
He exhaled sharply through his nostrils and snapped his head towards Abhishek who was already looking at both of them with a duh face.
"Tell her buddy that I'm your favorite." He ordered confidently.
"Yes Abhi tell him the truth and drag him out of his delulu." Tia replied crossing her arms over her chest.
Abhishek looked between both of them with a stressed face and felt like pulling his hair in frustration.
"What is delulu?" Shreya frowned.
"Delulu is solulu." Vanya chirped.
Everyone snapped their heads in her direction and she smiled widely thinking she impressed everyone with her answer.
"Seems like I have to stop giving you my phone." Reyansh declared with narrowing eyes.
Aditya who was quietly eating his food made a face after wiping off the last trace of butter paneer masala from his plate, "Namak kam hai." He commented.
"Badi jaldi yaad aa gaya." Sia said sarcastically.
"Thank you!" He said nonchalantly.
"Finish your food quietly, Everyone." Advait said rubbing his temple fed up by all arguing.
Everyone resumed eating but Shreya spoke up, "But I want to know...what is delulu?" She pouted.
"I'll tell you later, Eat now." Advait whispered nodding at her plate.
She made a pout but nodded and finally everyone completed the dinner after all the arguing and fussing.
