Chapter 14
It was probably too much, picking the same bar. But Dominic couldn’t help himself.
He stood at attention at the end of the bar, waiting. They had to swing by his place to pick up a replacement outfit. Dominic couldn’t exactly show up on shift wearing Austin’s clothes, which were so tight they counted as genuinely indecent.
People aren’t meant to look at me, he told Austin as they drove to the bar. I’m meant to blend into the background. Can’t do that with my pecs about to burst out of my shirt.
I’d pay to see that, Austin had replied.
He was sitting in the middle of the bar, nursing a Jack Daniel’s and pretending to give a shit about what the guy next to him was saying.
He’d only had one drink, but he was laughing loud and sloppy, his hair messed up like he was nearing the end of the night.
His shirt was half-undone, showing his inked pecs just like when this happened for real.
He’d looked genuinely overjoyed when Dominic had suggested this, which Dominic really should have expected. They were finally fulfilling Austin’s seduction plan, just six months after Austin started it.
Dominic scanned the bar, mostly out of habit. He had to tear his eyes away from Austin sometime. This was technically a fantasy, but he was also on shift. Protecting Austin always came first, no matter what they were doing tonight.
A woman cleared her throat beside him. “Excuse me!”
Dominic looked over. She was in her early twenties, but she looked younger. Almost too young to be at a bar. Her earrings were cartoon animals Dominic didn’t recognize, and she was picking nervously at her long hair.
“Sorry,” the girl gushed. “I just wanted to ask… that’s Austin Wayne, right? He has to be, if he’s got security around.”
Dominic nodded curtly. “Yes, ma’am. That’s Austin Wayne. He’s looking for a quiet night out, if you don’t mind.”
“Oh.” The girl visibly deflated. “Alright. Um. Is it weird if I ask if he’s okay? I heard he fought off a woman with a knife! Should he be out and about if he’s, like, stabbed?”
“He didn’t get hurt,” Dominic said, his stitches twinging under his shirt. “That’s what my people are there for.”
“Right, totally.” The girl bit her lip. “Well, I’m glad he’s okay! My boyfriend loves his movies.”
Dominic ignored her. The man who was talking to Austin had a hand on his thigh. Austin leaned into the touch, his eyes half-lidded in a way that everyone else thought was dangerous. Then Austin’s gaze flickered up to meet Dominic’s, the only one who saw it for what it really was: an invitation.
“It must be so weird to be his bodyguard,” the girl in front of Dominic continued. “He’s just so macho, you know? So tough. No one tells him what to do. Like, I’m surprised he didn’t take down that stabby woman by himself—”
“Excuse me,” Dominic said distractedly. He stepped around her and headed for Austin, who quickly looked away. But not before Dominic saw the glee in his eyes. The fantasy was now reaching the point that both of them had wanted for so long.
Dominic stepped in between Austin and the man on the other stool. “Mr. Wayne. You have a call waiting.”
Austin grinned lazily up at him. “Aw, right now? I was talking to this delightful young man. What was your name again?”
“Jono,” said the man in an enthusiastic Australian accent. “I’m Jono.”
Austin snapped his fingers. “Right. Jono. Can’t it wait for Jono?”
“No, it can’t.” Dominic fitted a hand around Austin’s forearm. “This way, Mr. Wayne.”
“Ooh,” Austin said dryly. “Guess I better go.”
Dominic didn’t turn back to watch Austin shake Jono’s hand. He just dragged Austin away, pulling harder when Austin resisted. Austin always liked doing that—resisting just to feel Dominic pull at him. He’d noticed it after his first week on the job.
Dominic kept his hold of Austin the whole way down the grimy bar hall.
He didn’t acknowledge Brent, who was standing next to the disabled bathroom as he’d been instructed, and Brent didn’t acknowledge him.
Also as instructed. Since Dominic had a certain reputation with his coworkers, Brent probably wouldn’t even bring this up later.
Austin waited until the disabled bathroom door swung shut behind them, then laughed. “I have a call waiting? What are you, my assistant?”
“Shut up,” Dominic told him.
He backed Austin up against the sink. Austin’s breath whooshed out of him, his chest heaving against Dominic’s. His excitement was palpable, barely holding back a goofy smile as Dominic held him in place.
“Are you always this slutty?” Dominic asked. “Or just when you’re trying to get my attention?”
Austin squirmed against him. He was hard; Dominic could feel him against his thigh. His expression flickered, the excitement getting covered in fake coyness as he stared up at him.
“Who said I was trying to get your attention?” Austin asked.
It was pretty convincing. If Dominic couldn’t see right through him. And if they hadn’t already planned all this in the car.
He gripped Austin through his jeans, watching Austin’s mouth fall open. “Don’t lie to me. You’ve been drooling over me all night. Every time that boy touched you, you looked over to check if I was watching.”
“Maybe I was just checking you were doing your job,” Austin said breathily.
Dominic squeezed him harder, feeling Austin’s cock twitch through the layer of denim. Austin’s head fell back, then quickly snapped back up as he kept up the defiant act.
“You weren’t checking up on me,” Dominic said. “You were teasing me. Admit it.”
“I don’t—” Austin bit his lip, muffling a moan as Dominic pressed him harder against the sink. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
“I think you do.” Dominic leaned in, brushing his lips against Austin’s ear. “I think you wanted me to pull you away from his reverent shit. All those big eyes, begging for you to take control of them. You wanted me to drag you in here and show you who’s really in control.”
Austin gasped, the noise incredibly loud in the otherwise silent bathroom. Bar music thumped through the walls, but it was so distant with Austin against him.
“I’m…” Austin swallowed. “I’m in control.”
“No, you’re not.” Dominic leaned back, wrapping a hand around his throat and feeling it bob. “You never wanted to be in control. The moment you saw me, you wanted to get on your knees and do whatever I said.”
Austin’s mouth fell open. His pupils were huge, reflecting the dim bathroom light. His lips were so pink. Dominic wondered how much his throat still ached from this morning, even after the tea Domnic made him drink while they were watching movies.
Dominic’s hand tightened around his throat. “Admit it.”
“I wanted that,” Austin said in a rush. “I want it. Fuck, Dominic, I want it so bad.”
“Yeah? You get hot for all your bodyguards, or just me?”
“Just you,” Austin said. “Only you, you’re so—”
He cut off with a whine as Dominic tightened his grip even more. Not too hard, nothing to actually damage him. Most of the pressure was going on the sides, not on the windpipe. But it didn’t matter. Austin panted, his face going red as if Dominic was actually cutting off his air.
“I’m so what?” Dominic prompted. “I must be pretty special if I made you parade all over the bar with half your tits out. Or do you do that for everyone you want to dominate you?”
“Just you,” Austin repeated. He keened, straining against Dominic’s hold. “Shit, Dominic. I’ll do whatever you want.”
A thousand ideas ran through Dominic’s head. He would never run out of things he wanted to do to Austin. But tonight he wanted to keep it simple.
“Turn around,” Dominic said. “Bend over. Hands on the sink.”
He stepped back. Austin stumbled around, bracing his hands on the sink.
“Good,” Dominic said. He stepped back, rubbing his clothed cock on Austin’s ass. “So obedient. It must be exhausting putting on that badass act when all you really want is for someone to tell you to bend over.”
Austin moaned. His arms shook, and Dominic wondered whether it was from his workout this morning or from being so overwhelmed.
Dominic kissed his neck. “I’m going to fuck you now. Do you have lube?”
“Back pocket,” Austin croaked.
Dominic fished a tube of travel-sized lube out of his pocket and held it up admiringly. “Huh. Prepared little slut.”
“What can I say? I was a boy scout.” Austin’s cocky grin dropped into another gasp as Dominic yanked his jeans down under his ass and slapped his left cheek.
It quivered under the impact, and Dominic sent out a thank-you to whatever shitty trainer told him to do all those squats when they forgot to teach him about form.
“Gonna have to be quiet,” Dominic told him as he lubed his fingers up. “Can you do that, or do I have to cover your mouth?”
“Second one,” Austin said.
“Eager,” Dominic muttered. He slipped two fingers inside Austin’s hole, holding him still when he jerked against him. “Stay still, puppy. I’ll give you what you need.”
Austin groaned. He was so loud that Dominic considered shutting him up earlier than he anticipated. But then Austin bit his lip, muffling his noises even as Dominic curled his fingers against his sweet spot.
“Already loose,” Dominic said, shoving a third finger in. “Have you been playing with yourself?”
Austin nodded, his eyes squeezed shut as Dominic finger-fucked him. He looked debauched: shirt half-open, his hair a mess, sweat beading on his neck as Dominic sank his glistening fingers in and out of his hole.
Dominic wanted to kiss him so badly it hurt. But they weren’t at that point in the fantasy yet, so he held back.
“Have you been thinking about me?” Dominic asked. “Thinking about this?”
He hooked his fingers hard into Austin’s prostate. Austin yelled, and the only reason Dominic didn’t slap a hand over his mouth was that Austin beat him to it.
Dominic thought about berating him for taking his hands off the sink but then decided against it.
“Good boy, keeping yourself quiet,” Dominic told him. “You’ll do whatever I say, hmm? Like a good dog.”
“Yeah,” Austin groaned, dropping his hand. “‘M good. Your good dog.”
