Chapter One #3
The judge had agreed to the appeal, and there would be a new trial.
They had hoped the verdict would simply be overturned, but the appeals court judge didn’t seem willing to make that call and instead required a new trial.
They still had time before the court date, but Damian was worried.
Ryan had been confident about their success, though he had also cautioned that, in the end, the court could award a higher settlement to the plaintiff’s.
Damian wasn’t sure what he would do if that happened.
He was already working almost every night, prostituting himself to pay off the debt he owed.
He had been deemed at fault for his girlfriend’s death, and now he owed her parents millions of dollars because they won their litigation.
But Ryan had found evidence that proved Damian had done nothing wrong.
Although that gave Damian some closure, knowing there was nothing he could have done, he was still worried a judge wouldn’t see it that way.
A girl had died, and someone needed to be held responsible, even if it was a tragic accident.
Damian’s phone lit up with a new message.
When he looked, it was a request for an appointment that night.
He sighed in slight relief. It was a repeat customer, Susan, a woman in her forties.
She was one of the better ones. She wanted the whole boyfriend experience from him, but he worried she was getting too attached.
She had separated from her husband a year ago and didn’t want to go through the hassle of dating.
She was a judge and didn’t have the time or energy to date.
Damian felt sorry for her. He knew she was lonely, and he wished she would find someone who would appreciate her rather than keep spending money on someone who was almost half her age.
He reluctantly agreed to the appointment.
He would have preferred to meet with Ryan and Callie.
Callie had messaged to say Ryan seemed better that morning and that they were planning an evening together, but she hadn’t suggested another night for the three of them.
He wanted it. He wanted them both again.
He had been attracted to Callie for months and had fallen for her as their friends-with-benefits relationship evolved.
But when she started to get serious with Ryan, things changed.
She wanted to be devoted to Ryan, but they couldn’t resist each other.
Then Damian realized Ryan had suppressed feelings for him.
Damian had always been attracted to “the person”; gender didn’t matter, but he knew he had to be careful around men, especially if they weren’t open about their feelings.
So when the attraction to Ryan started, he tried to ignore it.
Ryan was ashamed of his feelings, and he and Callie were in a relationship.
Everything was clear until the other night.
Damian understood how Ryan could be conflicted.
Ryan likely never considered that a man could turn him on and probably thought it was wrong.
But people’s desires are rarely clearly defined.
Many people are drawn to things they would never admit to, which is a shame.
Damian believed that people should do what they desired.
As long as it involved consenting adults, it was no one else’s place to judge.
Damian wished Ryan would believe that. He was attracted to Ryan.
Ryan was a good-looking man, and Damian had seen how caring he could be when Callie was assaulted.
But mostly, Ryan’s curiosity intrigued Damian.
He thought Ryan was finally coming to terms with what he was feeling when Ryan encouraged Damian to pleasure Callie while Ryan watched.
Then, when Damian suggested that the three of them go to bed together, Ryan didn’t hesitate.
They had all been sober; they couldn’t use anything as an excuse other than that they were fulfilling their secret desires.
Unfortunately, Ryan now seemed to have regrets, and worse, he wouldn’t talk about it.
Damian’s appointment began at a high-end restaurant.
Although Susan barely ate, she always encouraged him to have a full meal.
He was grateful for that, as she often drained his energy.
She was also one of the few appointments where he didn’t need to take the pills.
She usually wanted kinky enough stuff that her ideas turned him on easily.
One time, she had a bag of toys waiting for them in the hotel room.
She wanted him to use them on her. Then there was the time he had her up against the hotel room window, knowing full well that their encounter could be seen by anyone in the building across the street.
After dinner, she led him to their usual hotel. There was no bag of toys this time. Instead, she handed him a bottle. He looked and saw it was lube. He waited to see what her intentions were.
“I want to try the other way,” Susan said shyly.
It took a moment for Damian to understand, but then he nodded. He was surprised by her request. He was well endowed, and that sometimes scared women for that.
“Are you sure?” he asked, and she nodded.
“I want to try,” she confirmed. “I’m not sure I’ll like it. But I want to try.”
“OK,” he smiled in encouragement. “If at any time you want me to stop, just say so.”
She nodded again, clearly shy about her request. Damian knew he needed to put her at ease, or it would never work.
He went to the minibar, poured her a strong drink, and handed it to her.
As she drank most of it, he approached her from behind, reached around her, and began to undress her.
She let him pull each piece of clothing off her and drop it on the floor.
When she was naked, he pulled off his shirt and led her to the bed.
She looked at him hungrily. He could see the alcohol was starting to affect her, but she still needed to relax.
He had her lie on the bed on her back, and he started to caress her breasts as he moved between her legs and started to pleasure her with his mouth.
He had the bottle of lube and poured some onto his hand and began massaging her with his lubricated fingers.
She groaned, and he could feel her losing herself in pleasure.
Careful not to let her climax, he gently continued to stimulate her, relaxing her enough that she would be ready to accept him.
He rolled her over, guiding her to position herself on her knees. He removed his pants, applied a generous amount of lube and rested himself just outside of her. Then he reached his hand around to pleasure her more.
“When you’re ready, push back onto me,” he instructed.
She moaned, and he felt her moving slowly backward.
He slipped in, only an inch, and she stopped, gasping.
He rubbed her more, and the stimulation was working as she pushed back on him again, this time with more force, and she cried out.
He was careful not to move until he felt her relax again.
Once he knew she was ready for more, he put his hands on her hips and pulled her back.
There was no resistance now, and she started to rock back and forth on him.
He continued to work her as her movements became more determined.
Suddenly, images of his night with Ryan and Callie flashed in his mind.
All he could think about was how it felt to be in Callie this way, with Ryan underneath her.
The memory almost made Damian come. He held back, knowing that he was there to pleasure his client, not himself.
But the images were too vivid and erotic.
Fortunately, his client was experiencing her own exhilaration and soon cried out, shaking before him.
He couldn’t help it, he thrusted forward, completing her ecstasy, and he came at the same time.
He didn’t mean to, but all he could think about was Callie and Ryan as he finished with her.
Fortunately, his client was satisfied and exhausted, and whispered a thank-you in his ear.
He knew he would be required to do more later, but for now he could rest as she curled up in his arms.
Callie was in awe of Ryan’s apartment. He had the penthouse on the top floor of a building in the heart of the city. The apartment was bigger than the home she grew up in. He watched her as she took in her surroundings, then walked over and pulled her close.
“I know it’s a bit much,” Ryan said, wrapping his arms around her.
“It’s beautiful,” Callie replied. “This view is amazing.”
There was a large balcony with enough room for a spacious outdoor living area. He had furnished it with several sofas and a propane fireplace. He took her hand and led her outside. He had her sit on the sofa, and he was quickly beside her, kissing her passionately.
“Ryan, I think we should talk about what happened the other night,” Callie began.
Ryan sat back slightly from her, looking confused.
“What’s there to talk about?” he replied, then kissed her again before she could answer.
“Are you sure you’re OK?” Callie said, pushing him away.
“Yes,” he said. He was grinning, but she still felt he wasn’t sincere. “And I’d be even more OK if you considered fulfilling one of my fantasies.”
“And what would that be?” Callie asked, though she suspected the answer. She looked around. Although they were on the top floor of their building, several others were still taller. She knew Ryan wanted to have sex on the balcony and didn’t care if anyone could see them.
I want to have you right here,” he said as he laid her down.
