Denying All Claims, Prince Nicholai Defends Girlfriend Willa Radford
In an unprecedented move, Prince Nicholai issued a statement directly to the press this morning.
In his statement, Prince Nicholai vehemently refuted allegations that emerged overnight, claiming that Ms. Radford is pregnant with the prince's child.
He went on to say that he understood “the innate curiosity and subsequent publicity” surrounding his new relationship, but that the media has “grievously overstepped” when his movie star girlfriend was attacked online over a "blatantly false" accusation.
"The tabloid story is simply that—a story. It is completely fabricated and unequivocally false. Willa has never been pregnant with my child. This story was planted as part of a smear campaign to tarnish her reputation and sully our relationship."
When questioned about who he believed was behind the smear campaign, the prince neglected to speculate.
While the couple has been photographed together several times over the past month, Prince Nicholai's statement was the first official confirmation that he is in a committed relationship with the 28-year-old Radford.
