Chapter 15 Venomous Illusions
In the dungeon I saw Zhou Zilang and Fu Yanan.
The restraints on them were heavier and more numerous than they had been in Extreme North Prison.
The Queen demanded to know who I had sent the evidence to.
I laughed coldly. "Beat me to death and I still won't tell you."
She gave a sinister smile. "I have thousands of ways to make you wish you were dead."
She clapped her hands.
Two tall, handsome Insectoid soldiers entered.
I still did not understand what was about to happen.
Fu Yanan roared, "Come at us if you want to kill or torture! Let her go!"
The Queen laughed. "How rare to see someone you actually care about. Now I must try it."
Those two Insectoid soldiers were venomous scorpions.
They extended long stingers and stabbed me.
The scene before me twisted and blurred.
My heartbeat suddenly raced.
I leaned against the wall. Two figures closed in from front and back.
When I looked up it was Zhou Zilang and Fu Yanan.
They had returned to the way they looked in Extreme North Prison.
Zhou Zilang pinned my hands behind me. His burning body pressed close. "Correction Officer Ji, you are so cute. I like you so much."
His breath brushed my ear. I could not hold back a muffled groan.
Fu Yanan pressed in from the front.
He was the famous God of War. His eyes were sharp as daggers, scraping over my body and igniting burning pain.
I looked down.
He had sliced my clothes open with a dagger.
Bloodstains marked my skin.
Yet it did not hurt. It felt good instead.
I felt strange.
"Correction Officer Ji, did you send the evidence to the right person?" Fu Yanan's lips moved along my neck.
My hands had been freed at some point and now gripped his shoulders tightly.
"I did..."
"Who did you send it to?"
A frantic voice suddenly called my name.
I forced my eyes open.
There were two Fu Yanans.
I was too hot, too uncomfortable to care.
"I sent it to..."
A scream rang out. The Fu Yanan above me collapsed, his face changing into a stranger.
The real Fu Yanan stood with blood-red eyes. He snapped the reinforced bars with his bare hands and drove them into the Insectoid soldier.
"Don't touch her!"
Only then did I wake up completely.
The Queen panicked. Just as she moved to subdue Fu Yanan, someone rushed in and whispered in her ear.
Her face turned deathly white. "Watch them. I'll deal with you when I return!"
