Naina makes a crying face earning playful glare from Damini. While Ranveer and Mahendra enjoy their little moment.
Naina pouts at her and takes the glass from her. She gulps down the juice slowly and looks at Damini with her puppy but Damini royally ignores her.
Ranveer sat beside and took a cup of tea from the tray placed on the table.
"Ahh!!" suddenly Naina cries in pain and places her palm on her baby bump. Everyone looked at her in panic.
"Naina, What-"
"Ouch!!" she screamed, biting her lower lips.
"Ma…baby," she said with a painful face.
Ranveer looked so scared and about to be taken to hospital when he saw a teary smile on Naina's face.
She looked at him and took his hand to her baby bump as she placed his big palm on the side of the baby bump. He felt a movement under his palm and looked at Naina with wide eyes and open mouth. Damini and Mahendra look at them with frowns seeing their shocked faces.
"Is the baby kicking?" Ranveer asked as his voice turned heavy with emotion. And tears appeared in happiness when she nodded her head sniffing lightly.
"Mera Baccha, it's your Daddy," he softly said gently and lovingly caressed the baby bump.
Naina cries silently at the unconditional love he has for their baby.
They chuckle with tears when they again feel a kick. Damini's eyes tear up in happiness. She silently prays for her children's happiness.
Naina look at her and said,
"Ma, look baby is kicking," she told her excitedly, making Damini kiss her forehead lovingly.
Naina placed her hand where they felt the baby's tiny feet. Damini gasps and chuckles, feeling the magical movement.
"My grandbaby kicks quite hard," Damini said to which Naina smiled.
"Dad, you also come. Let me introduce baby to his handsome grandpa,"
"Hey baby, your Dadu is waiting for you," He said and laughed, feeling his little kicks under palm.
"We love you baby," Everyone said together, making Naina giggle.
The whole Rajvansh Villa seems to be lit up with her sunshine smile and her melodious giggles.
"Ranveer, …it's paining too much," Naina said with gritting teeth as felt pain in her lower tummy.
"Just two minutes, Naina. Let me take your hospital bag," he said as he was running around the room to collect the things they needed in the hospital.
"AGHHhh!!!!" she groans in pain and tightly closes her eyes.
"Rajveer took this bag and kept it in my car, okay," He told his brother who was standing near the door scared. He nodded and ran down with her bag.
"Did you call, Ma?" she asked between her contractions.
"Yeah, ..they will meet us in the hospital. We should leave now,"
He helped her to his car. After buckling the seat belt around her, he took the driver seat and sped off outside the Villa.
The whole way she was crying and groaning in pain, making him scared. He keeps glancing at her to make sure she is okay. And also reminded her to take deep breaths in between.
After reaching the hospital, her cry turned into screams. Her whole body turned sweaty and face became deep red as she was crying and shouting her lungs out. Seeing her in so much pain, he felt terrified and helpless. All he could do is hold her hand to assure her he is with her.
"Naina meri bacchi, don't worry you will be fine. Just stay strong, Meri Jaan," Damini comforts her as they meet her in front of the delivery room. Naina cries and tightly holds her hand with her other hand.
"It's so painful, Ma. I will die with this pain," she cried loudly, making everyone's heart clench in fear.
"Stop up, Naina. You and baby will be fine,"
The nurses took her inside the room where everything was already prepared for her delivery. Ranveer was with her inside the room.
Soon the doctor came inside and nodded at everyone. Ranveer stood up to go outside but she gripped his hand more tightly and shook her head telling him not to go.
Ranveer looks at her while himself silently crying seeing her in pain.
"You can stay, Mr. Rajvansh," the doctor told him.
He sat beside her bed. She let out a heartbreaking cry and clenched her jaw tightly.
"Naina…" he whispered, not knowing what he should do to lessen her suffering.
She looks at him with a tired smile while patting for air.
"I love you, Ranveer,," she whispered in her weak voice. He became stiff and looked at her in shock.
"I love yAAHHH!!" She screams, clenching the bed sheet tightly.
He snapped from his shock and softly stroke her hair to calm her down.
"Are you ready to push, Naina?" the doctor said, making her close her eyes for a second before she gave her a nod tiredly while Ranveer gulped in nervousness.
"Congratulations, It's a boy," the doctor announced, smiling behind her mask.
"NAINAA!!" At the same time Ranveer screams in panic seeing Naina lifeless body.
