Chapter 47
Aarohi's POV :
My heart broke seeing him kneeling in front of that man.
He is his enemy and he shouldn't bow before him and I know he wouldn't have if it was not for me.
He never bows let alone kneel in front of his enemies.
He would have fought but he fears that it would cost me my life.
I shook my head as I met his gaze while crying.
I couldn't feel the knife pointed at my throat as my focus remains on Vayansh.
I don't know what happened suddenly but Daksh jerked back loosening his grip on me so I took this opportunity and pulled away from him.
At the same moment Vayansh pounced on him hitting the knife away from his hold.
As I tried to see what happened, I looked back and saw Advik holding a gun.
He shot Daksh and the bullet hit directly in his thigh making him jerked back.
I heard Vayansh say "Advik, Take Aarohi out of here."
Just as I looked at Vayansh I saw Daksh punch him hard when he was distracted asking Advik to take me out.
Vayansh fell on the ground and I took a step towards him but a grip on my arms stopped me.
I looked back and saw Advik holding me back.
I looked ahead and saw Vayansh again on his feet punching the hell out of Daksh.
They both were on ground brutally fighting and punching here and there.
Vayansh again said "For God sake Advik! I asked you to take Aarohi out!"
Advik answered "Yes bhai."
I was about to refuse to go without Vayansh but before I could say anything a loud sound echoed in the whole area.
It was a gun shot.
My eyes widened as horror filled them as I heard a groan from Vayansh.
The bullet hit Vayansh on his leg.
Advik quickly shot the one who shot at Vayansh.
He was hiding behind a pillar and just came out when he found the right moment.
Advik shot him directly on his forehead. I saw blood oozed out of his head.
I felt like vomiting but my focus was not there. It was on Vayansh.
He is shot.
As he stumbled Daksh took that moment to withdraw another knife from nowhere and stabbed Vayansh in his stomach.
A sound echoed again but it was a scream this time as Daksh stabbed Vayansh and I realised that I was the one who screamed this time.
Vayansh groaned and grabbed Daksh's hand before he could stab him again.
Advik moved to save his brother but before that Vayansh twisted Daksh's hand back in an unhumanly manner and used his own hand to stab him multiple times.
I could see Daksh was weaker now after losing so much blood first from the gunshot by Advik now the stabs.
Daksh falls back already losing his consciousness and Vayansh too loses his balance as he falls on the ground.
Advik reached him before he could completely fall and help him sit while taking support from the wall.
I ran towards Vayansh and saw his injured body.
I immediately pressed my hands on his stomach to stop the bleeding but it was not working.
I was crying heavily by now while mumbling "You... a..are ok.. No..nothing will happen to... to you."
Vayansh groaned breathing heavily and said "I am.. ok, Love. Go out with Advik. I will follow shortly."
I shook my head and Vayansh looked at Advik and said "Advik, Take Aarohi out. We don't have much time left. Be quick."
Advik refused "Bhai, I won't leave you here. Let's go together."
I was confused not understanding what they were talking about.
We don't have much time left?? For What?
Vayansh didn't listen to Advik "I am coming behind you just take Aarohi out first. I need to make sure she is safe, Advik."
I interrupted their conversation "W..what are you talking about?"
Advik looked at Vayansh who shook his head then at me and answered "Bhai she needs to know. Aarohi we planted a bomb before we attack to wipe the evidence of the attack but it took more time than we thought and it could blast at any minute."
My world tilted because I felt the ground slip from my feet.
I swear I would have fallen if I were standing right now.
My voice wobbles as I face Vayansh feeling angry for even asking to leave him here "You want to die here? Fine. Then let's die together. I won't move from here until you come with us."
He sighed as if he knew I would say this. He knew I would do just that if he didn't come with us.
His face was already covered with sweat because of the injury.
"Advik help me to take him out."
Advik nodded and grabbed on to Vayansh's shoulder and I took his other arm as we pulled him up.
We balanced him and headed towards the exit as quickly as we could.
Vayansh tried his best to keep his balance but I could tell it was becoming difficult with every step we took.
"Advik Do you have any idea how much time could be left for us?"
"Hardly 8-10 minutes."
I could sense the worry in his voice.
This mansion is huge and we are not near the exit I could guess. We need to hurry if we want to exit before the blast but with Vayansh who is struggling to even walk with us supporting him it feels difficult.
But somehow I know we are going to make it.
As we walked to the living area we could finally see the main door and fasten our steps.
I looked at Vayansh when he said "I am so sorry, sweatheart. I dragged you into this mess."
"Ansh.. Don't speak right now. We need your energy for you to walk and you don't have to be sorry for anything."
My grip tightened on his arm wrapped around my shoulder as my other hand grabbed onto his waist for the support.
We were walking towards the exit when 2 men came and one of them said to Advik "Sir, We were looking for you and the boss everywhere. I informed others that we found you."
I realised they were Vayansh's men.
Advik ordered them "Ready a car outside we need to get him to the hospital as soon as possible. Also, inform the hospital about the situation so they could be prepared in advance."
They nodded and went to do as ordered by Advik.
Finally after struggling to walk for a while we made it out of the main door.
Thank God the bomb didn't blast till now.
We still need to get as far away from this place as possible so we still continue to walk.
I could tell just by looking at Vayansh that it was getting harder for him to stay conscious.
As we were walking away from the mansion a loud sound echoed with the explosion so Powerful that one minute we were walking and the other minute I found myself on the ground.
I taste dirt on my tongue as my face hits the ground. My whole body was shocked but I still tried to stand up again.
I groaned in pain and fell back when I lifted my hand to stand up.
My hands were injured and my knees scraped on the ground as I fell.
It was hurting like hell.
I looked back where there used to be a huge mansion. Now there was nothing but dirt and a structure showing that there was a mansion before.
My head started to spin as I search for Vayansh and Advik but didn't see them.
I need to stand up.
I need to find Vayansh.
Gathering all of my courage I stood up while groaning in pain and walked a few steps to search for them.
This place looks so scary right now with an exploded mansion, dead bodies and broken things here and there.
I looked ahead and sighed in relief when I saw Advik who was also trying to stand up.
He stood up and asked me "Are you ok Aarohi?"
When I nodded he started to look around finding Vayansh I guess.
I also need to find him.
We both started to look around and started to remove the objects from the way.
Suddenly I saw a hand peaking through several objects so I called Advik to help me remove them.
Ansh..
He was unconscious.
I tap his cheek trying to wake him up.
"Ansh." I called for him.
I heard Advik's worried voice "We need to take him to the hospital."
I wiped my tears and helped Advik to take Vayansh to the car.
We both were also injured so it was harder now.
As we saw a car at a little distance few men came to help us as soon as they saw us.
I sighed in relief and sat in the car with Ansh while Advik came in another car.

My eyes fluttered open and I tried to adjust to the light.
Where am I?
I looked around at my surroundings and realisation drowned on me.
Kidnapping..
Daksh..
Vayansh..
Oh God! He was injured..
I am in a hospital room.
I threw the sheets away and groaned in pain as soon as I stood up.
I looked at myself and saw my arms and legs wrapped in bandages.
I ran my palm to my face then tried to walk with support.
I need to see my Ansh.
As I stepped out I bumped into a hard wall.
Oh.. It was Arnit.
Arnit?
Arnit said "What are you doing Aaru? Go and rest on the bed. You are injured."
I shook my head and asked "Where is Ansh? Is he Ok? I want to see him."
My heart dropped as I saw sadness flash on his face.
"Ar..Arnit? Say something. Speak! Damn it!" I shouted.
I couldn't think straight. I just need to see my Ansh. I need to know that my husband is alright.
When he didn't answer I walked past him.
If he won't tell me then I will find out myself.
Arnit followed me "Aarohi. Listen to me. You can't go anywhere. You need to rest."
I ignored him as I walked ahead looking around for any familiar face.
"Fine. I will take you to Bhai."
I followed Arnit to what seems like an Operation Theatre.
Advik was also standing outside. Now his wounds were also wrapped in bandages.
As he looked at us he asked Arnit "Why did you bring her here? I told you to make sure she rests properly."
Before Arnit could say anything I replied "Arnit didn't do anything, I wanted to see Ansh. How is he? Is he inside?"
Advik nodded "He is... not doing well. It's been 8 hours since he is in OT."
8 Hours?
"How long was I out?"
"Almost 9 hours. You were exhausted Aarohi. You still need rest."
Oh God!
"Ansh... will be OK, right?"
I was scared as hell right now.
Advik looked at the OT door and mumbled "He has to be."
Right.
He has to be Alright.
