ANDIE

SIX YEARS LATER

My toes curl into the warm sand, the hot sun kissing my skin as it beats down from the midday sky. The aquamarine waters of the Caribbean Sea gracefully roll onto shore; small, frothy bubbles of sea foam pop as the gentle breakers wash over my feet.

Five years ago, Keane and I bought this tiny, private island paradise, and every June and July, we spend two months doing nothing but enjoying the long, lazy days of summer.

“Mama! Watch me!” Callum shouts to get my attention.

A very sexy, shirtless Jax tosses our four-year-old son into the air. It took all of one second after giving birth to Callum to know he was all Jaxson West. Callum is a miniature version of his father. Dark blond hair, moss-green eyes, and a fuck-you attitude only a boy his age could have. God help us when he hits his teenage years.

Callum squeals with joy as he flies in an arc and splashes down into the water where Liam is standing, Sarah sitting on his shoulders. Sarah throws back her head and laughs when Liam gets drenched by the splash. She’s grown up so much and is blossoming into a beautiful pre-teen. Hopefully without all the teenage angst that hormones bring.

Callum pops out of the water and swims back over to Jax. “Mama, did you see?”

“That was brilliant, baby!”

Rafe wraps his arm around me, and I lean into his side, looking into the sea-blue eyes of the first man who stole my heart so long ago.

“He’s growing up so fast.”

He kisses the tip of my nose. “Feeling a little mushy today, rosa ?”

“It’s these damn hormones,” I grumble, covering my swollen belly.

I can’t wait to see who this little one looks like. Three more months to go before we greet our little girl.

Thick-fingered, masculine hands glide over mine, and lips press a kiss to my cheek.

Keane bends to my ear. “I like your baby hormones. They make you super horny.”

I roll my eyes, but he’s absolutely right.

The baby kicks, and I grab Rafe’s hand to join ours, so he can feel it.

“That’s our baby girl. Strong and fierce like her mama,” Rafe says when she kicks again.

“I still think it looks like one of those creatures trying to burst out of my stomach like in the movie Alien , whenever she does that.” It freaked me the fuck out when Callum did it the first time.

Keane laughs into my shoulder as he and Rafe rub my belly, their hands following our girl’s movement. He does that a lot now. Laugh. All my guys do. Shielding my eyes, I look out into the water and watch Liam as he holds Sarah’s hand and helps her jump the small breakers. He and Keane finally buried whatever discontent they had with one another and are actually friends now, if you can believe it.

I reach behind me and pull Keane’s lips to mine, kissing him deeply. Then I grab Rafe and kiss him just as passionately. That’s something that never lacks between us and only gets better with time. Passion. I’m so fucking in love with my four men, it’s ridiculous. And they show me every damn day how much they love me, too.

Over the last six years, we’ve created a good life together, and we work hard at maintaining a balance. Family first. Always. Everything else comes second. Declan taught me that.

Joining the houses together wasn’t easy, but Keane and I make a great team. The Levine-Agosti family now controls most of the Central and East Coast territories. We have a good support network—Declan, Pearson, and the McCarthys—who can step in for us when we need downtime, like during the two months we spend here every summer.

Speaking of Dad?—

“Dad called this morning. He, Pearson, and Cillian will be flying in later this afternoon.”

“Good. They can babysit. We’re taking our wife out. I’ll let Lochlan know to get the boat ready.”

He means luxury yacht, but whatever.

I lean into Rafe. “Bring your guitar, so you can serenade me under the stars.”

“Already thought of that, rosa .”

Each man takes a hand, and we begin slowly strolling back along the beach to where our cabana is set up on the sand.

“We head out on Monday, right?”

“Tuesday,” I reply.

Tessa will be receiving her Master’s degree in Computational Science and Engineering, and there is no way I’m missing it. The kids will stay here with their granddad since we’ll only be gone for a couple of days.

A tiny blond blur comes flying out of the water, kicking sand up as he runs straight at my legs, wrapping around them like a koala.

Callum’s cute face tips up at me. “Mama, I’m hungry.”

Keane gives me a quick kiss on the lips. “Going to grab something from the cabana. Be right back.”

Rafe plucks Callum up and tosses him high in the air, and Callum screams out a belly laugh. “You’re always hungry, Principito .” Little prince.

“I’m not little.” Callum sticks his bottom lip out in the cutest pout. “And I’m a king, un rey , just like my daddies.”

I take him in my arms, kissing his face all over until he’s giggling for me to stop. “Yes, you are. A Savage King.”

Callum smacks a wet kiss to my cheek. “And you’re our Savage Queen.”

Sarah skips over, Liam following closely behind, scrubbing his hair dry with a towel.

“Mom, I’m hungry.”

“Me, too!” Callum wiggles in my arms to be let down and immediately hops on Sarah’s back.

Sarah started calling me Mom five and a half years ago. I cried my fucking eyes out when she first said it.

“We’re heading in right now. Maria should already have lunch waiting for us,” I tell them.

“Alright, family, gather in,” Keane says, setting his tripod in the sand so his camera is facing out at the cerulean waters.

We all smoosh together for a family photo, one of many that Keane has taken over the years. Each one special. Our walls back home are covered in framed photographs.

Keane sets the timer, waits a beat, then rushes over to join our huddle.

“Okay, on the count of three. One. Two…”

Keane, Jax, Rafe, and Liam lean in at the same time and kiss me.
