Chapter Forty-Four #2

Gavin nods yes, pulling the box out of his front pocket. Taking my hand, he places the ring on my finger. We both turn to the officiant and nod our heads.

“By the authority vested in me by the State of Oklahoma, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Gavin, you may kiss your bride.”

Gavin cups both sides of my face, pulling me into him. Our lips meet. Tears start running down my face.

“You may be dismissed.”

Peyton hugs me, and Brenden slams his hands down on Gavin’s shoulders and shakes him. “You finally fucking did it, Twinkles!”

We don’t say much as we leave the courthouse. Everyone comes to a stop in front of all the vehicles.

Brenden loses his normally sarcastic tone. “In all seriousness, we will get this figured out, Gavin. Sweet Cheeks, and I have already started looking into what we can do.”

“I’m proud of you, babes.” Peyton smiles at me with tears in her eyes.

“We will see you guys soon, okay? Try not to kill each other in the process… yeah?” Gavin glares at Brenden and Peyton.

“No promises,” Peyton grumbles.

We both send them a glare as we make our way to the bike. Gavin gets on first. Once he’s ready for me, I throw my leg over the seat and settle. We take off like a shot out of the parking lot, heading in the direction of home.

Pulling into the garage. The tension feels so thick and heavy.

We don’t know how long we have. Time is not on our side.

But we have each other. Opening the garage door into the house, I can feel Gavin’s body heat behind me.

“Любовь…” he whispers in my ear. The heat of his breath tickles my ear.

“You have been driving me fucking crazy since you put this on.” His fingertips start playing with the hem of the dress.

“But now that we are home, this needs to come off.”

He slowly drags the material over my head. The dress lands somewhere on the floor in a heap. “Fuckkkk,” he says, and starts touching me anywhere he can. Pulling himself away, he takes my hand and leads us upstairs. We both start running up the stairs.

Walking into the bedroom, I push him toward the bed. Stopping to unbutton his dress shirt slowly, one by one. His tattooed chest stands out against the black material. His breath shifts as I reach for the button of his dress slacks. “Любовь, you don’t have t-”

“I didn’t ask.”

I unbutton the slacks and drag his zipper down slowly.

I take him in. He’s no longer the eighteen-year-old boy I fell in love with.

He’s a man now. Hard but soft in all the right places.

His eyes heat. Liquid pools of chocolate blazing back at me.

Slowly, I drag the slacks and his boxers until they fall to his feet.

He springs free, slapping against his stomach.

Pushing him into the bed, he laughs. Leaning back on his hands. “Eye contact, Grav.”

Our eyes lock on each other, and I take him into my mouth.

My tongue tracing the first barbell makes him shiver.

Moving to his underside, I count the piercings as I lick them.

Hollowing my cheeks, I start bobbing my head.

Each barbell brushes against my tongue. The first one touches my uvula.

Sensing he’s close, I let him go with a pop.

His fiery eyes look at me with questions.

I sit back on my heels and bend down to kiss the Juniper branch tattooed there.

Sitting up straight, I take him in my mouth again.

His eyes leave mine. Grabbing the side of my head, he starts to move.

The slow place turns frantic. I try to open my throat as much as I can to accommodate his size.

“Любовь-” He tries to pull me off him. But I grab hold of his hands.

Shaking my head. His body starts to shake, and I prepare myself.

Hot liquid ropes paint the back of my throat.

I take everything he gives me. Letting go with a pop, I crawl onto his lap and smash my mouth to his.

Wrapping his arms tightly around me, he flips us.

Lying on my back, our eyes meet. “I have missed you so much, Любовь,” his eyes still blazing with heat.

Wrapping my leg around his hip, he nudges my entrance.

Eyes locked on mine, and he enters. My eyes roll at the feeling of the piercing.

Once he’s fully seated, he looks at me again.

“I love you so much, Juni. We are going to get through this. I just need to do this, okay?”

“Whatever you need to, Gavin,” I grab him by his hair, and I pull him down to me. Our mouths clash, and he starts to move. This isn’t gentle, it’s animalistic. The headboard cracks against the wall so many times, I’m surprised there isn’t a hole.

The heat builds, and I hold on tight. Pressure is building at the base of my spine. This is so different from earlier. Instead of celebrating our marriage, this feels like a goodbye. And we don’t know for how long.

He starts picking up the pace, and I match him thrust for thrust for trust. Hot and sweaty bodies slamming into each other. Until there’s nothing left to do, we both jump off the edge and see nothing but stars.

“I’m sorry about that, Любовь. Are you okay? Did I hurt you?”

“Do I look like you hurt me? I loved every second of it.”
