Chapter 14 #3

A weak orgasm fluttered through her, a moan rumbling in her throat, and a moment later he was pulling out and dropping her ass back to the bed, spraying her body with thick streams of seed.

The heat painting her stomach and chest was exquisite, though not what she wanted, a peculiar sense of loss enveloping her.

Tears trickled down her cheeks, Screl’s chest heaving as he sat back and stared at her with wide eyes. Always with that look of shock, like he was surprised by what he had done, though he was the one who had meticulously tied her up and tortured her.

Lena squirmed against the restraints, and he seemed to get the memo, crawling toward her and unlatching her one wrist at a time. Before she could rub the rawness from her flesh, he lifted her hand to his mouth, planting a tender kiss on her palm as her heart fluttered.

Screl massaged her arms with his tentacles, kneading the aching muscles as he raked a finger through the seed coating her chest. He pressed the finger to her lips, and she parted them immediately, taking in the sweet and salty caramel taste of his release.

Screl leaned forward, lapping up his cum just as he’d done with the Thren ale back at Ochin’s. A place she didn’t want to think about at the moment, not as she reveled in the blissful caresses of his wet tongues.

He brought his lips to hers, kissing her deeply and leaking seed into her mouth, letting it dribble down her chin and pool in the hollow of her neck. When her mouth was filled, he leaned down, licking across the flesh at her throat so as not to waste a drop.

Lena moaned, tears drying and body tempting to ignite again, though she was utterly spent.

Finally satisfied, Screl stood, scooping her into his arms and cradling her against his chest. She could fall asleep right then and there—a fanciful thought for someone who had struggled with insomnia her whole life—as he walked her to a blank wall, pressing a tentacle to the chrome and revealing another room.

It was an expansive bathroom, a glistening tub the focal point with a window showcasing a beautiful view of space.

“The toilet,” Screl said, a tentacle pressing a blank wall to open a door, another tentacle patting her ass and urging her forward.

Lena entered alone like a blissed-out automaton, doing her business and washing her hands before returning to the main space.

The tub was full, heated water sending swirls of steam into the air, Screl waiting awkwardly at its side.

“Get in,” he instructed, and she obeyed, too exhausted to do anything else.

The water was an immediate balm to her aching muscles, and she let out a low moan of satisfaction. Screl got in behind her, pulling her flush to his chest and splashing water from the tub.

It felt so good to be in his embrace, his arms circled around her middle and two of his tentacles dangling over her shoulders, lightly brushing her breasts. As she settled into the touch, the voice that had been pacified seemed to perk up once more, reminding her of her place.

You don’t belong here. He’s a prince and you’re a nobody. He doesn’t want you, is only toying with you. You need to go back to Henios before it’s too late.

“This isn’t right,” she whispered, pulling her knees up to her chest and trying not to tremble.

Screl brushed her hair over her shoulder, nuzzling her exposed neck.

“What are you talking about?”

“I need to go back.” Lena tilted her head, peering up at him. “To the station.”

“Do you? Why?”

He stroked a tentacle through her hair, caressing her in a way that made her shudder. She shook off the sensation, trying to focus on her thoughts, the small alarm going off in her head that was trying to warn her.

“I… don’t understand what’s happening.”

Screl planted another kiss on her neck, cooing in her ear as if he were trying to soothe her.

“What is there to understand? How do you feel?”

Lena inhaled sharply, her jaw clenched tight. She debated lying, but the truth trickled from her before she could stop it.

“I feel like I never want to leave your arms.”

“Then don’t.”

Her heart was racing, a deep thumping in her chest as sweat broke out on her brow. Lust? Fear? It was impossible to tell them apart, but when she tried to push out of his arms, Screl wouldn’t let her budge.

“Stop it! I don’t want your secretions or pheromones or whatever you’re injecting me with!”

Screl chuckled, his arms still circled firmly around her waist.

“Pheromones?”

She quickly gave up, understanding the futility of trying to fight off a Thren, the futility of the way her body craved his touch.

“Whatever is making me feel… completely foolish.”

“You think that is my doing?”

Now it was her turn to be taken aback.

“Of course, it’s you. It’s not me.”

Screl hummed softly.

“Maybe we are meant to be together.”

“What? Like soul mates?”

“Could be…”

Lena scoffed. This guy’s audacity truly knew no bounds.

“I don’t believe in that.”

“No? Why do humans have a phrase for it if they do not believe in it?”

“Some probably do. But clearly, it’s just the pheromones you’re giving me.”

Screl chuckled again, petting her so sweetly she felt the urge to purr like a cat.

“Ah. Your body craves a virile mate.”

With a roll of her eyes, she let out a huff of air, though it was growing increasingly difficult to stop the smile from pulling at her lips.

“Don’t say virile.”

Another deep laugh rumbled through the room, soothing her despite her best intentions.

“Embrace the relaxation, my pet. I have a surprise for you tomorrow.”

A sleepy smile finally broke out across her face, her eyelids heavy as she leaned back against him.

“Oh? What are you going to do to me this time?”

“Not all of my surprises entail fucking you, amoreth.”

That word again, the one he refused to explain.

As the minutes ticked by, Lena’s eyes fluttered shut, heavy with exhaustion, and though she told herself it would just be for a minute, the connection was too comfortable to break.
