The Unforgetting Game

The Unforgetting Game

By Maudie Christin

Preface

I never really intended to publish this book. I wrote it during my winter break of my junior year of college because I was bored and miserable at my parents’ house in Jacksonville.

I love reading even more. I think being a reader is probably one of the best things you can do for your mind. Reading fuels the brain, and you can find a book about just about anything.

After a trip to D.C., I decided to start getting into ice hockey.

I come from a huge football family (both American and regular), so I honestly knew nothing about ice hockey apart from the two seasons my younger brothers played when we were little.

I thought it would be kind of funny to have an NHL team based in Jacksonville, so I kind of just ran with it.

I hope you can enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed writing it. It was truly an amazing experience teaching myself the whole entire process, and I can’t believe that I was able to do it all on my own.
