Chapter 6
Chapter six
Quentin
Isat on the patio of the beach house at the adult only resort, taking in the smell of the saltwater from nearby.
The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and everywhere I turned, there were people walking through the sand with those tall cups of daiquiris from the tiki hut that sat at the entrance of the beach.
I went to my phone, opened the ridesharing app, and checked the truck's location I had sent for Breeze.
It was getting closer to us, and just as I did that, she sent me a message saying she would be here in five minutes.
I just responded, “Okay.” And put the phone back on the basket-woven table that was sitting outside.
It had been two weeks since she had signed the documents, and the only times we communicated since were when we exchanged our test results and passwords, and again when we solidified a date.
This was just an arrangement, a one-night stand. Keeping communication at a minimum was the best way to make sure that it didn’t turn into anything it wasn’t supposed to be. I didn’t want to fuck around and be involved with a married woman.
Two short knocks came on the door, and I got up from my position and walked through the living room area to the front. I turned the knob, pulled it open, and saw Breeze standing there.
She was dressed in a green dress that clung to her body, some sandals, and her natural hair pulled back into a ponytail.
She had a duffle bag that she was holding, and as soon as I opened the door, I could smell her.
But it wasn’t perfume; she was fresh out of the shower.
She smelled like soap and shampoo. I stepped aside and let her in.
I could tell she was nervous as she looked around, but didn’t walk deeper into the house.
“Come on,” I grabbed her bag and took it into the bedroom and set it on the bed. She came in behind me and took a seat in the corner of the room.
“You look so different out of your professional clothes,” She said lowly as she made eye contact with me for a brief second and then looked away once I returned it.
“What does that mean?” I looked down at the black T-shirt and joggers I was wearing, then back up at her.
“When you came into the office, I didn’t think that you were a doctor. But then, when you talked to your sister, you were very soft-spoken and nonchalant. So, I guess it makes sense.”
I chuckled because the last thing that I am is soft spoken, but she’d find that out later.
“You want dinner, or something to drink?” It was only five, but I still had to ask.
“I’m not really hungry. What do you have to drink?”
“Check the fridge. I don’t know what you like, so I got a little of everything.”
“Fridge? I meant drinks, drinks,” She giggled.
Her response made me chuckle. “Nah, Breeze. We doing sober experiences only. Anything that happens this next twenty-four hours is because you want it to.”
Her laughter was cut short.
“I respect that.” She said that as she just gazed at me.
“Come here,” I said. I waited for her to get off the couch and close some of the space between us.
She came over to me and stood in front of me.
I slid back on the bed and sat her in the space between my legs.
I could feel her tension. No matter how many times I told myself that intimacy was a no-go tonight, the only way that this was going to work was for us to be comfortable.
She started breathing faster when my hand dropped to her waist.
“You that nervous?”
“Absolutely.” She said before we both fell into laughter.
“Man, look, the ball is always in your court. You want to go chill on the beach tonight and get a free vacation? That’s cool too, it’s no pressure.” I offered honestly.
She turned to me and just looked at me for a second, searching my eyes to see if what I said was sincere.
I held her stare, and then she leaned forward and kissed me.
She ran her nails through my beard as we kissed for a second.
She was a good kisser, and her lips were soft as hell.
She let out a low moan that made my dick brick up as our tongues slid in and out of each other’s mouths.
My hands didn’t leave her waist; I didn’t let them roam her body. I wanted her to control how fast or slow the moment went. Then she broke the kiss and bit her lip. A smirk slowly spread on her face.
“One shot would not hurt,” She groaned as she stood and paced the floor before walking toward the patio that I had been on. I heard the door open as I went into the fridge and grabbed a bottle of water.
I knew she was nervous, and when she said that she had only been with her husband, it made sense for her to be.
In a way, my nerves were getting the best of me, too.
It wasn’t about the sex; it was about the entire situation.
I had second-guessed myself plenty of times about going through with it.
I had never slept with any of my patients; I was always careful so shit like that didn’t blow up in my face.
But it was something about Breeze that had me drawn to her.
Like, no matter what, my better judgment was, I just couldn’t say no to it.
My phone rang, so I walked over to the counter to see who was calling. It was Tre, and no matter where I was and what I was in the middle of, I would always pick up for him. But especially since he’s away at a football camp.
“You okay?” I questioned him as soon as I answered the phone.
“Yeah, they have some cleats here I want to buy, but I don’t want to spend all my money on them. Can you get them for me?” He asked, and my panic disappeared almost immediately.
“Yeah, how much are they?”
“240”, he said, like he was asking for a sandwich. But I didn’t even bother to question him about it.
“I’ll send it now.”
“Thanks.”
“Alright, call me if you need me. Love you.”
“Love you too,” he said and hung up. When I turned the corner, Breeze stood in the middle of the doorway, frozen like she had seen a ghost.
“What’s wrong with you?” I questioned her.
“I know that this is supposed to be transactional, and it’s a don’t ask, don’t tell situation. But you know all my business. Was that your wife?” she asked, eyes wide at the realization she never thought to ask me if I was in a relationship or not.
I chuckled at her, “Nah, I’m not married, Breeze. That was my son.”
“Oh.” I could see her shoulders fall and relax. “The kid that I saw you with at the steakhouse? You look just alike. Are you in any kind of a relationship?” She asked as she flopped on the bed. This time, I took the place on the couch where she was sitting earlier.
I didn’t mind her asking questions, “No, I’m not in a relationship. I’ve been single for about four years.”
She gave me a skeptical look and then nodded.
“Can I tell you something, doc?”
“Hell nah, don’t call me that. Call me Q,” I corrected her. I told her once she signed that NDA, the space between us would be different.
“Well, Q, I underestimated how awkward this would be.” She laughed as she fell back onto the bed, then sighed.
“Look, Breeze. I told you that today is whatever you want it to be. It’s no pressure.” I told her for the second time.
She sat back up, and her fingers twisted the end of her dress. Silence filled the room as she was there, lost in her thoughts.
“You ever have a moment where you can feel the air change?”
I was confused by her question, “What do you mean?” I asked as she got up and slowly walked over to the couch I was sitting on, then threw her legs on either side of me.
One after the other. She cupped the back of my neck.
Instinctively, my hands went to her ass.
I palmed it as she stared at me with those doe-shaped eyes.
She didn’t answer; instead, her lips found mine again. This time, I deepened the kiss, taking one hand off her ass and bringing it to the back of her neck and holding her there. She moaned into my mouth and slowly started grinding in my lap.
Breaking the kiss, I pulled the strap of her dress and let it fall off her shoulder, and the prettiest breast came into view. Leaning forward, I sucked and bit one of her nipples, as she moaned and palmed the back of my head.
Sliding to the edge of the chair, I stood, and she wrapped her legs around me in an effort to hold on. I walked her over to the edge of the bed and stood her there. Once her feet were on the ground, she looked up at me with her bottom lip sucked into her mouth.
“Take that off,” I said as I waited for her to shimmy out of the dress that she was wearing.
Without words, she did as she was told. I took a step back as my eyes raked her body.
She was fine as fuck both in and out of clothes.
My dick reacted at the sight of her immediately.
Her arms hugged her waist under my stare, so I had to check with her once again before I took it any further.
I backed her backwards toward the bed, “Breeze, you good?” I checked. She smiled through low, hazy eyes and nodded.
“Use your mouth,” I said, tapping her chin, and she stood up a bit straighter, her brows furrowed with surprise. I could tell that she was flustered by the gesture.
“Yes, Q. I’m fine.” She said, sighing as she got into the bed and slid upwards toward the pillows.
If we were going to be in this room, she was going to have to cut the good girl act. Or maybe she wasn’t acting, and I just had to turn her up.
I got in behind her, and she parted her legs to let me between them. We kissed again, and even if I didn’t want to be intimate during this interaction, I couldn’t deny the fact that whatever sexual attraction between us was way too strong not to be.
I trailed my kisses from her mouth to her neck, then her shoulder as I made my way down between her legs.
Underneath me, she squirmed as she palmed the back of my head and moaned.
Parting her legs, I came to face the prettiest pussy that I had ever seen.
She was freshly waxed, and her pussy was wet for me.
“Q…” She gasped as I bit the inside of her thigh. Before I dove face-first into her pussy.
The only thought in was head was that she didn’t know what she had just started.
