What I didn’t expect? I didn’t expect Orion to pull out of me completely.

To fucking manhandle me, flipping me around so I was on my hands and knees, so that he could shove back into me again.

I normally hated this position. It took so much away.

Nothing was personal in this position because I couldn’t see the eyes of the men that were fucking me.

It was ideal for a client, but a man like Orion.

Fuck. I wanted to see him. Wanted to drown in the depths of every last emotion he was feeling.

Though it didn’t feel that way, not this time, not with him. I felt every last strand of our connection, even without the eye contact.

Maybe it was in the way he kissed my shoulders as he pumped into my body, whispering the filthiest of words in my ear…

“Fuck. You’re so goddamn tight. Feel so fucking perfect. Like you were made to take my cock. You’re like the perfect little cock sleeve. Is that what you are? My perfect little cock sleeve?”

My body was an inferno.

As much as I’d had men talk to me during the act before, this was on a different level. The timber of Orion’s voice had lava boiling through my veins. I’d never been this turned on in my life. I needed to come—I needed it to happen as soon as possible.

“Let me come.”

Fuck. Was I begging? That wasn’t me at all. I took what I wanted with no regrets. There was something about all of this. I wanted to make it good for Orion if this truly was his first time with another man. Maybe I’d ask him about that later.

It wasn’t really important.

Our bodies slammed together at a faster pace. I wanted to fall over the edge so damn badly. I could feel it. My whole body tingled with the need for release, but I just couldn’t do it. Couldn’t do it unless he told me I could.

Droplets of sweat hit my back as they flew off Orion’s body. Normally I hated it when men sweated all over me, but I wanted to be coated in this man’s sweat. Orion was so different. I needed to be bathed in his essence.

“Fuck, Sable. Come. Need to feel you squeeze me. Do it. Fucking do it.”

I cried out, voice cracking with the raw passion that coursed through me, but God.

It all felt too damn good. All I could do was pump my cock at a feverish pace, losing all sense of the world around me as I focused in on the sensations racing through my body.

It all coalesced into one perfect moment when I fell over the edge, coating my fist and the pillows below me with an ungodly amount of cum.

Orion’s name fell from my lips like a prayer as I rode out the waves of euphoria.

Orion’s head landed on my back as his cock pulsed inside me. His breaths were hard as his arms circled my chest, like he were holding on for dear life. If he let go, I’d float away. He may never be able to get me back.

But that was the cruel joke, wasn’t it?

Now that this happened? I couldn’t let it happen again. This was never intended to be more than a client interaction, so I needed to find a way to save face. I was already bending too many rules. Orion was breaking every single one of them.

We lay there for what felt like a lifetime. If I refused to acknowledge that time was passing, maybe it didn’t. I didn’t have to give up the little sliver of happiness I’d found and stupidly tossed away because I wanted to fuck this gorgeous man.

But I was only prolonging the inevitable.

Knives stabbed into my chest as I pushed my way out from under Orion, who only stared at me like I’d lost my damn mind. Maybe I had. I wanted him to keep his arms around me. To forget this stupid job and what I had to endure day in and day out. Why the fuck couldn’t I be normal?

“Three hundred.” The amount hung heavy in the air. It wasn’t what I normally charged for what had just happened. From the look on Orion’s face, I was worth more than that. Yeah, he knew I was lowballing him, but I shouldn’t have been charging him at all. He meant more than that.

How the hell had that happened?

We stared at each other for another few long moments before Orion finally sat up. The room suddenly felt icy. I’d destroyed whatever warmth had been there. I needed to be okay with that. It was for my benefit. I couldn’t get attached to people like Orion. I’d only bring them down in the end.

Watching Orion grab his clothes, slowly pulling them back on, was the most painful thing I’d ever experienced.

It didn’t seem to faze me when I dated guys and they said hateful things to me.

This was a different type of pain. I was putting myself through it when I didn’t need to.

He’d taken the time to get to know me. Not to rush into anything.

There I was, making a mockery of the evening by asking him to pay me.

Orion stood once all of his clothes were back on. His dark eyes were closed off—I couldn’t read what was going on behind them. He’d been so open with me up until that point. I just made him feel like he didn’t mean anything. He couldn’t mean anything. My heart wouldn’t survive it.

He pulled his wallet out of his back pocket, grabbed a wad of bills, tossing them on the ground before walking out of the room.

I’d never wanted to feel less like a whore in my life.
