Chapter 101
NADIA.
We had just arrived home, and my body was tired from the whole day of talking and laughing with the females in Clair’s territory.
I’ve never had so much fun with so many females before.
I have my own set of friends. It was usually just me, Katarina, and Trish, but it was never this big.
I was also glad to spend time with Laura and my dad.
They told Riley and me before we left that they would be visiting our territory in two weeks. And I couldn’t be more excited! I wanted Arrow to meet Dad and his wolf, and maybe we could run together on a full moon.
Riley opened our room door and turned on the dim lights. I slipped inside without saying anything. I was so tired and just wanted to soak in a warm tub.
Riley seemed to have read my mind as he helped me unzip the back of my dress and let the dress slide off my body, pooling at the end of my feet. He then leaned against my neck, his warm mouth brushing against my skin. I moaned softly, with my eyes closed, reveling in the warmth of his presence.
“Do you want me to prepare a bath for you?”
I flipped my eyes open, tilting my head to look at him before I nodded. “Please... Thank you.”
He just smiled at me before he pecked my lips and made his way toward the bathroom, while I walked around just in my underwear, drawing the curtains open and letting the moonlight shine inside our room.
It didn’t take long before Riley came back, and he was already naked. My eyes raked his body up and down before my gaze focused on my favorite part as I licked my lips. Arrow and I were gawking over his nude form, something I knew we would never get tired of.
“Goddess, Nadia… I can smell your arousal.” His voice was raspy as he walked toward me.
His eyes were dilating, and his cock was already hard, pointing proudly at me.
His hand went around my body, and I felt him snap my bra open from the back before he tugged my panties down, letting them fall on my feet.
I was naked like him and knew I would soon be screaming and moaning his name again.
He took my hand and tugged on it, guiding me toward the bathroom, and my eyes widened at the new tub that replaced the old one that we had.
“Wow! Did you do this while we were away?” I couldn’t help the wide grin curling on my lips as I let my eyes sink into the view in front of me. The new one was a freestanding round tub that had a higher wall that would give Riley sturdy back support.
Oh, Goddess! Why was I thinking about sex already?
“I thought it was nice to have this because it saves space, making our bathroom bigger.”
“Is that really the reason you got this?” I asked him, my brow hiking up as his arm snaked around my waist, pulling me closer to him.
“No. Because soon you’ll have a big bump and you’ll require more space.” His nose nuzzled my neck before his lips found their way to my ear, nibbling and biting it. “Can I fuck you, baby?”
“I thought you’d never ask,” I replied, wrapping my arms around his neck as he scooped me off the floor and placed me gently in the bathtub. The warm water was soothing, just what I needed after a long day.
My mate slid inside the bathtub and sat behind me.
His arms coiled around my body as he pressed my back closer to his torso, and his fingers trailed down my stomach.
This was too calming, almost tempting me to sleep, if not for the throbbing in my core, reminding me that the night was just starting.
RILEY.
“Yes, I’m giving the phone to him now. I love you.” I heard Nadia tell my mother on the other line as she approached me at my desk, handing me the wireless phone as she teased me. “Mom decided you might want a word with her, too.”
I chuckled as I took the phone from her hand. They had been talking for almost an hour, and I was surprised her ears were not burning yet.
Nadia bent down and kissed my lips before making her way back to the chair in front of my desk, where her laptop was, and started scrolling there as I placed the phone to my ear.
“Mom…” I said it grudgingly, not knowing what to say first.
“How are you?”
“Great. Busy…”
“I hope I’m not disturbing you at work.”
“No, not as much as my mate disturbs me, without her even knowing it.” Nadia rolled her eyes at me, a wide smile on her lips, before returning her attention to her laptop.
“Well, I’m glad she does. It would be a shame if your mate couldn’t distract you or take your attention away from work. You should let her distract you, you’ve been working too much, she said.”
“I have a pack to run. I’ve been slacking off for months, and with dangers everywhere, I can’t just relax all day.”
“I understand, but make sure to make time for Nadia.”
“I do,” I answered, leaning my back against my chair. Mom and I seldom talked on the phone, unlike her and Nadia, but after a few awkward attempts, conversing with her started to feel comfortable.
“It includes pampering and giving in to her whims.”
“Why do I have a feeling she complained about me?” I chuckled, shaking my head as Nadia stifled her giggles.
“She didn’t complain. She just said you didn’t buy her the watermelon she wanted.”
“It’s not the season for watermelons! And we were at the Black Shadow Pack.
I had no fucking plan to leave her somewhere without me just to look for a watermelon.
I asked Sebastian and Jenny to look for one, and when she found out they were the ones searching, she said she didn’t want it anymore. Talk about a female’s mind!”
“Well, it’s the thought of you looking for it that excites her, not the watermelon. Trust me. It’s how pregnancy works for some. She’ll be giving birth soon, so be nice to her.”
“I am. And I’m not complaining. But why do I feel like you’re on her side? Did you forget I’m your son?”
She laughed heartily at the other end, and I couldn’t help smiling as well.
“That’s one thing I will never forget, Riley.
I just want to make sure you both understand how these pregnancy challenges work.
And just for your peace of mind, I have given Nadia her own list of ways to take care of you.
Just in case you were wondering if I was ever on your side,”
She got me there. And I didn’t know how to reply.
“Well, I think I should leave you to return to your mate and your work.”
“When are you coming here?” I asked instead.
“The girls have a couple more weeks, and then we will settle everything here so we can spend time there until Nadia gives birth.”
“Okay.”
“You’re okay with that, right? Nadia and I discussed the plan, and I assumed she told you…”
“She did. And yes, you can stay here as long as you want. Let me know ahead of time so I can have someone pick you up.”
“You don’t need to be bothered. We can just show up there one of these days. We’re used to traveling, so it’s nothing unusual.”
“I would prefer that I have my men take you in. There’s a looming danger around us. I’m not taking a risk.”
“Thank you, Riley.”
“Is that a yes?” She didn’t reply, so I asked again. “Mom, is that a yes?”
“Yes, yes. I will let you know. I love you. Don’t forget that.”
And I got speechless again. My words got caught in my throat.
“It’s okay, son. You don’t have to force those words. You’re already making Mom happy more than you can imagine.” She was talking to me as if I were a little boy. But I didn’t mind. I chuckled before telling her to be careful and to send my hugs to the twins.
After I hung up the phone, Nadia’s head tilted up from her laptop, her eyes locking with mine as she smiled widely at me. Her gaze was teasing mine. “Did she tell you how happy she was that she and Laura were officially co-mothers-in-law now?”
“No. She didn’t have time because she was so busy ringing my ears off about your watermelon.” I chuckled as I rested an elbow on my armchair, my hand flying to my chin as I rubbed my stubble, my eyes soaking in Nadia’s beautiful face.
She giggled beautifully before sticking out her tongue at me. “I still haven’t forgiven you yet.”
“Lies. Didn’t you just tell me last night, after seeing the new bathtub, that you would never ask for anything more? And the way you were screaming my name while I pounded on you there made me think you weren’t holding any grudges against me.”
She bit her lower lip as she narrowed her eyes at me. And from the way her body flinched in her seat, she must have crossed her legs together, but it was too late—her arousal was already swirling around me.
“I can smell you, baby.” I raised a brow as I teased her, but my own dick was twitching in my pants.
“Go back to work. Your nose is failing you.” She rolled her eyes at me before her attention went back to her laptop, but I could sense she was faking it.
I glanced at the wall clock before a smug smile tugged at my lips. I have a few minutes to spare before my next phone meeting.
I stood up from my chair and went around my desk, closing Nadia’s laptop as she gasped and looked at me.
Her bewildered eyes were seeking an answer, but before she could say anything, I scooped her up from her chair and laid her gently on my desk, parting her legs as I stood between her thighs, my hands running down her sides before I dipped my mouth and kissed her neck to her collarbone while my hand unzipped her dress from the back.
I let her straps fall off her shoulders, revealing her big, bouncy breasts.
I didn’t waste time and dug my head into her chest, letting my mouth capture one breast while my other hand kneaded the other.
