Chapter 4

Chapter Four

NICO

The second I roll to a stop in Serenity’s driveway; she tries to bolt. I flex an arm around her neck. “Chill, Serenity.”

“I had dinner with you on this fake date. Now, I’m going in the house to relax.”

I lean in and press my lips to hers. Her brows lower.

“Do you want to fuck me now? Is that what this is about? My stupid virginity?”

My lips move to her neck, and I suck until she relaxes.

“Nico,” she moans as her hand presses against my chest. Her hand goes from pressing to fingers curling in my t-shirt.

“You’re my woman, Serenity. Which means everything you have is mine.”

“Fuck you,” she grits out in frustration.

Soon, baby. Soon.

Of course, I wouldn’t say that aloud.

“My father’s going to murder you,” she mutters.

“You smell so fucking good,” I groan against her neck.

“I don’t like what you’re doing to me.”

“You don’t like that your pussy’s dripping wet for me,” I chuckle.

“Shut up,” she bites out.

“My woman wants my tongue so badly. Don’t worry, I’ll give it to you soon.”

My lips move over hers again. I notice a body standing outside the passenger window. The windows are tinted, and they can’t see in.

I shove my tongue into her mouth and take control. Her tongue twirls around mine. And just like that, I’ve got her. She’s so hot and bothered. She wants everything at this moment. My tongue. My dick.

Pulling back, I smile. “Damn, I love that you’re mine.”

Her lips are swollen from our kiss and so fucking beautiful.

“Come over to my house anytime. You don’t have to say a word. I’ll know why you’re there and I’ll let you sit on my face.”

She pulls her lower lip into her mouth, contemplating on my words.

“I’ll text you later. If you want to come, wait for me. I’ll take care of you.”

“I-I,” she stutters.

“It’s okay. I know you want it. And you only see me pleasing you.”

She toys with a lock of her wavy hair.

I sit back and unlock the door. Her eyes fall on the outline of my hard cock in my jeans.

“Good night.” She places her hand on the lever.

“Good night, what?” I push.

Her brows lower again. “What?”

I sigh. “Serenity, I have a name. Address me,” I order.

She chuckles. “And opens the door.”

“Address me, and I promise to take care of your needs.”

Serenity stares out the windshield. “Good night, Nico.”

I smirk as her eyes land on her bodyguard and, oh, her dad.

The way his nostrils flare says he wants to tear me from limb to limb.

“Dad?” Serenity’s lips part.

“Go into the house, sweetheart,” he urges.

“Sweetheart,” I chuckle. “I think that will be my new pet name for Serenity.”

Her father steps closer, forgetting his daughter stands between us.

“Are you going to war with the five families?” I ask, smirking devilishly.

A light tap sounds on the roof of my car. I don’t flinch. I remain calm.

“It’s time to go, Nico,” my bodyguard, Miff says.

“You think I’m afraid of the five families,” Tizáno roars.

I step out of the car and round the hood because clearly, he thinks I can’t fight my own battle.

“Let’s forget about the five families. I’m not afraid of you, Mr. Cichello.”

He lunges at me.

“Dad no,” Serenity cries out.

“That’s enough,” the familiar voice yells in the distance.

Shit.

“Tizáno, you’ll fight a boy?”

I cringe at his words.

“He wants to act like a man, I’ll treat him like one,” Tizáno spits.

“You won’t fight my son,” Dad confirms.

“It’s clear he’s got a thing for your daughter.”

“Dad, she’s my girlfriend,” I add.

He places a hand on my shoulder, silently telling me to stop talking.

Dad steps in front of me, facing off with Tizáno. “They’re kids. If you try to keep them apart, you’ll only push them together.”

Tizáno is practically foaming at the mouth. “It’s my job to protect my daughter from the wolves. You remember what we were like at his age?”

Dad sighs. “I do. I also know my wife’s father tried to keep her from me. That didn’t work.”

My father stretches out his hand. “It’s good to see you, Tizáno. Let’s talk business at the country club, Wednesday at four in the afternoon.”

Tizáno stares at Dad’s hand before shaking it. “Yeah, yeah. I’ll see you.”

Serenity peeks at me, then darts into the house.

“Serenity,” I call out.

She never looks back.

My father curls an arm around my neck. “Ride with me, son.”
