16. Emma
Chapter sixteen
Emma
AWeek Later…
“That’s it, pet, take my fucking cock.” Trey growls as he plows into me from behind. My hands are gripping the washing machine in front of me. I was folding laundry in the laundry room when he slipped in here after setting Fijor down with his peanut butter crackers and cartoons.
“Oh fuck, Trey. I need more.” I moan out before reaching one hand down to rub tight circles on my clit.
“Yeah, Pet, rub your pussy for me.” I feel him hook his thumb in my ass, and I’m gone for.
My orgasm is hitting me like a freight train, and I squirt down both of us onto the rug underneath our feet.
I hear Trey growl out a low curse. He stills inside me, coating me with his warm cum.
Just as we both catch our orgasm, we hear the front door open and shut.
“OH, brOTHER BEAR!” Harley shouts before we hear her acknowledge Fijor.
“Is there a neon ‘Open 24/7’ sign I missed, or do we just have a revolving door now?” Trey growls.
He pulls out of me. “At this rate, I’m going to have to put a prospect on guard at the front door just so I can have a quickie with my woman in my own fucking house.
” I turn around, pull up my pants, and throw the rug into the dirty clothes hamper while Trey tucks himself back into his jeans.
He kisses my forehead. “Go clean up. I’ll distract the hoard. ”
I laugh and swat his chest. “Play nice with your sister.”
He grips my wrists, pulling my body to him before slamming his mouth down on mine. “No promises, Pet.” He backs me up to the washer, picks me up, and sets me on top of it, deepening the kiss.
He slides his tongue into my mouth as he wraps his ringed hand around my neck, then slides it along the chain that lies draped between my breasts and pulls my hands to grip his shoulders, wrapping my mouth around his.
I let out a deep moan as my pussy starts to squeeze in anticipation, as if the hungry hoe didn’t just get a womb full of cum not thirty seconds ago.
“Technically, Harley’s back from seeing Dad and Nix, so now she can keep an eye on Fijor and Cole at the same time.
” He raises my shirt, exposing my breasts, and groans.
“I still need to pierce these babies.” He drops his head down, sucking my nipple into his mouth before biting down tightly on the tip, then giving it a violent tug.
My pussy drips both of our combined fluids as I become turned on all over again. The front door opens and closes again. Trey moves his head to the other nipple. I moan from the sharp contact being repeated.
“Papa!” Fijor squeals with delight.
“Fuck,” Trey groans. He drops his head onto my shoulder, then turns and kisses my jaw. Banging on the door interrupts us.
“Momma!” Fijor calls.
“Quickie is officially over. No way I can fuck you with your dad in my house. My siblings and son are one thing, but your dad is another. He’ll just know I’m in here defiling his daughter and come cock-block me.
One for the road.” He mutters before biting my nipple through my shirt.
I squeal and slap him away, laughing at his antics.
“Go clean up. I’ll throw the steaks on the grill for lunch.” He kisses my lips one more time before adjusting himself to make sure my father doesn’t know what we were doing back here.
He takes off out the laundry room door. I hear Fijor squeal in delight as Trey chases him down the hall, giving me the distraction I need to slip into our bedroom for a quick shower. Everything has been going so well; it’s almost like a dream.
I’ve noticed the brothers have stepped up security and have all been on edge.
Stud has been in a coma for two weeks, and the longer he’s out, the more worried we all get.
I’ve met both Allie and Cole, and I completely see why Stud picked her.
Aside from going to the hospital to see Trey’s new sister and to visit Stud, our days have been pretty normal.
***
We’re all gathered around the kitchen table for lunch, me, Harley, Trey, my dad, Cole, and Fijor, with plates piled high and conversation buzzing.
Harley sits next to me, flicking her nails and rolling her eyes as my dad cracks another dumb joke, sending Cole into a fit of giggles.
Fijor smears steak sauce across his face as he bites into his food, laughing along with them.
Trey catches my eye across the table and grins, wiggling his eyebrows at me, signaling he’ll no doubt try to get me alone on the nearest surface as soon as possible.
He reaches over to ruffle Fijor’s hair before stealing a bite of bacon ranch pasta salad from my plate.
It’s loud and messy, but the laughter feels infectious and real, filling the room with a sense of belonging that makes my heart ache in the best way.
It’s absolutely everything I ever dreamed of. I’m not a burden. I’m wanted.
I could kick myself for not coming home sooner.
I missed out on support during those lonely days.
Seeing everyone together now, I feel guilty that Fijor experienced so many milestones without the whole family present.
Although I tried to make those moments special, I can't help but feel sad about what we all missed while Trey was in prison. I also can’t help but feel ashamed of myself for allowing choices shaped by past trauma and hurt to lead me to distance myself from others who truly love me.
Maybe that’s why Snake targeted me. I was easier to reach because I had alienated myself from my family.
Who am I kidding? He wouldn’t have had a snowball’s chance in hell of getting to me willingly.
My heart has always been with Trey and the club.
This is where we both belong. As Trey once said, “no other life would have suited me.” I love the life I live.
We’re finishing lunch when I hear the front door slam open and shut. The guys immediately stand, prepared to defend themselves. I see my father and Trey reach behind their backs for their holstered pistols. When they recognize who’s there, they sit back down, relaxing their grip on their guns.
Scarlett walks in, waving a set of fake nails still in their packaging, shouting, “I need you to squirt for me!” She hollers as she walks into where we are sitting, eating lunch.
Water spews from my mouth as I take a sip from my glass.
I choke on the water, thinking about Trey cornering me in the laundry room and wondering whether anyone knows.
“I’m sorry, what?” Trey asks, his face a mask of bewilderment.
“Alright, but don’t ever say I didn’t do anything nice for you,” my dad jokes as he stands. Both men speak at the same time as Harley cackles, clearly in sync with Scarlett.
“Oh, gross, Dad. What?” I choke out. Fijor squeals in delight, clapping and laughing along with Harley, eager to be part of the action.
“I feel like this is a gross comment I don’t quite understand,” Cole mutters, eyeing all of us suspiciously as our words overlap.
Scarlett narrows her eyes at my dad for fixating on that tidbit.
“No, you, old perve! I’ve seen you in action.
I need Harley to help me do my nails,” she says through gritted teeth, as if we’re the crazy ones.
“I have a shift tonight, and I broke a nail while doing my flower beds this morning. I never mastered squirting the glue on myself,” she adds, looking dejectedly at her bare fingers.
Maybe the tribe is too close and too open.
I shrug; it looks like I’m stuck with the next leader of this circus.
Outlaw president, ringmaster, same thing, really.
I stand at the kitchen sink, washing the plates from lunch.
Scarlett left for a shift at the bar, and my dad rode out behind her about 15 minutes ago.
My dad and Trey act as if nothing has changed in their day-to-day routine or their relationship.
They act as if this afternoon is the way it always has been.
To be honest, it’s more than I could have ever hoped for.
It’s what I needed from two of the most important men in my life.
I knew my dad hit Gator in church for sneaking around with me.
Apparently, after Gator paid the club five hundred dollars in restitution, all was wiped clean between the club and the brotherhood.
It’s archaic and almost makes me feel like he should have also offered my father his pick of his prized hogs, only in their case it would end up being a motorcycle.
I’m pleased with how smoothly it went. It made it easier on Fijor and me, for sure.
Fijor acts as if this is where he has always been.
It’s as if his daddy has been part of his life since the day he was born.
When Trey walks through the front door, Fijor runs toward him, screaming “daddy.” He has been completely unfazed by this new transition, and it almost seems like all my late-night worry sessions were for nothing.
Trey is that dad I always knew he would be.
Watching him be that man made me fall even madder in love with him, something I never thought possible.
The sound of laughter drifts in from the living room, drawing a soft smile to my lips.
I glance up to see Trey sprawled on the floor, his hair a mess as he wrestles with Fijor and Cole, both boys shrieking with delight as they tumble over him.
Trey lifts Fijor high in the air, roaring like a monster, while Cole tries to “rescue” his giggling nephew.
I guess family tree day at school will be interesting, given how close they are in age.
At the edge of the chaos, Harley sits curled on the couch, legs tucked beneath her, nose buried in a battered paperback.
She’s oblivious to the noise, lost in her newest love story, a faint smile flickering on her lips.
Then, as if caught in the act of reacting to a story unfolding in her head, she glances up to make sure the boys aren’t about to break an arm or a lamp.
The sight of my family, Trey’s deep laugh, Fijor’s little hands reaching for his father, and Cole’s wise cracks fill the house with warmth, a peaceful joy I am so grateful for.
Today, in this mundane routine, something deep inside me was confirmed, and I know this life is the one that should always have been.
Just as I finish drying the last plate, my phone buzzes on the counter.
I glance down and see Allie’s name flashing, her message appearing: “Stud’s awake!
” My breath catches, and everything seems to pause.
For a moment, I’m frozen, the plate still in my hand.
Trey looks up from his play-wrestling, his expression shifting from carefree to alert, MC member in the blink of an eye.
My heart races with relief and excitement.
I rush to the living room, nearly tripping over Cole as I shout, “He’s awake! Stud’s awake!”
For a split second, everything is silent.
Then laughter and shouts erupt, echoing through the house.
Trey pulls Harley into a fierce hug, his eyes shining, and even Cole starts bouncing.
The tension that has weighed on all of us for weeks lifts instantly, replaced by pure joy and the promise that things might finally be turning around.
I can barely keep the tears from spilling over as everyone starts talking at once, making plans to head to the hospital.
