VEGARRO “VEGA” MORETTI
The next day, I woke up to soft grunts coming from the next room.
I could hear the chain connected to Sonnet repeatedly rattling.
That piqued my interest. I got my phone from the nightstand and logged into the app feeding me the live camera from Sonnet's room.
She was flowing through yoga poses. She kept talking to herself in that nerdy way, saying, "I need to exercise so that I don't lose mobility and prevent any joint stiffness from prolonged inactivity.
" It made me smirk as I leaned back and kept watching.
Ever since I forced her to eat and promised to bring her some real entertainment, she had started eating regularly and reading more.
She wore pajama pants and a matching top that clung to her big breasts, wide hips, and small waist, turning the outfit into something that screamed sexy without trying.
Her curvaceous body stretched and bent with natural grace, and she looked pretty as hell.
Her body was so inviting, even in simple clothes.
When she dropped into a deep forward bend, ass high and back arched, I started rubbing my dick through my pants. It twitched hard under my touch.
I stroked it slowly at first while staring at the screen. My hand slid up and down the shaft, thumb brushing the head as pre-cum started to bead. I pictured her climbing on top of me, those wide hips sinking down as she took every inch of my dick into her pussy, riding it deep and steady.
I pumped faster, eyes glued to her body twisting through each pose, her breasts shifting under the top and that small waist flexing. Damn, she was built perfectly, with curves in all the right places.
I jerked harder, fist tight around my big dick, imagining her grinding on me until she moaned, her pussy clenching while I filled her up.
The pressure built quick in my balls. I stroked faster, breathing rough, until the rush hit and I came hard, cum spilling over my hand as I watched her hold the pose on screen.
A few hours later, I carried the laptop beneath one arm and balanced six puzzle boxes with her dinner on top against my chest with the other.
Sonnet sat on the bed reading when I entered.
I was happy to see that she was finally doing more than just lying around, crying or trying to escape.
But the book lowered the second she noticed what I had brought.
Her eyes moved from the laptop to the stack in my hands.
“You actually got them?” Happiness brightened her eyes, and I liked knowing I had put it there.
“I said I would.”
She sat the book aside and crossed the room quickly, causing the chain to jingle so loudly that I almost laughed. Before I reached the desk, she took the puzzle boxes from me and began reading each one.
I had chosen the hardest puzzles I could find. Two had a thousand pieces, three had fifteen hundred, and the last had two thousand pieces with an image made entirely of different shades of blue.
She paused at that one, saying, “This is cruel,” while staring at it.
“You asked for difficult.”
“This is psychological warfare.” But a smile slowly spread across her face as she stared at it.
“But the smile on your face says you like it.”
Her eyes darted away from mine, and she sucked those pretty, kissable lips in to hide and stop her smile.
Then she carried the blue puzzle to the desk and opened the box.
Instead of dumping the pieces onto the surface, she removed them carefully by the handful.
She turned every piece faceup, separated the edges, and began grouping the remaining ones according to color.
I placed her dinner on the end table and laptop beside her.
“It doesn’t connect to the internet,” I explained. “I removed the camera and disabled anything that could transmit your location.”
She glanced at me. “I expected nothing less.” Then she sighed irritability. “What’s on it?”
“Strategy games, brain teasers, chess, number puzzles, and whatever else looked complicated enough to keep you quiet.”
Her mouth curved slightly. “Are you trying to domesticate your hostage?”
“You become more irritating when you’re bored.”
“Oh, good, my irritation bothers you,” she beamed.
“Nothing about you bothers me.”
The amusement left her face for half a second.
I should’ve stepped away from the desk. Instead, I remained beside her, closer than the conversation required.
Our verbal sparring had become the most interesting part of my day.
I would handle business, answer calls, and sit through conversations while wondering what complaint Sonnet would have waiting for me when I returned.
Her mouth never disappointed me. Neither did the defiance in her eyes.
She looked back at the puzzle, but I noticed the way her attention kept shifting toward me. She was becoming more aware that I enjoyed arguing with her.
“Do you have a wife?” she asked.
“No.”
“A girlfriend?”
“No.”
Something like relief had appeared in her expression when I said I didn’t have a woman. It disappeared quickly, replaced by irritation that seemed aimed more at herself than me.
I filed that reaction away.
“Children?”
“No.”
She fitted two edge pieces together. “Anybody who knows you kidnap women as a hobby?”
“I don’t have hobbies.”
“I would consider home invasion and abduction fairly time-consuming interests.”
I leaned one hand against the desk, and Sonnet looked up at me through her glasses.
That view of her eyes framed by the lenses stiffened my dick rock hard in seconds as filthy thoughts flooded in.
I craved yanking her up by the hair to manhandle every inch of her.
I imagined my fingers clamped tight around her neck to choke the air from her while I rammed my dick balls-deep into her pussy with brutal slams, owning her completely.
“So, no woman?” she asked again.
“No woman.”
Her fingers stopped over the puzzle pieces. “Why?”
“I don’t need one.”
“That sounds emotionally unhealthy.”
“You’re analyzing me now?”
“I have limited entertainment options.”
“I just brought you six puzzles and a laptop.”
“And yet you remain the biggest problem to solve in the room.”
I moved closer, and her lips parted slightly, though her chin lifted as if she refused to retreat.
I wanted that mouth. Every smart comment made me imagine better ways to make it move. Every time she challenged me, my body responded like her disrespect had been created specifically to test my control.
But I wasn’t touching her while she remained locked in my house.
Even if she initiated it, I would never know whether she wanted me or believed affection might earn her freedom.
Fear could make people offer things they didn’t truly want to give.
I refused to become the type of man who accepted consent from a woman without any power to safely say no.
When I touched Sonnet, it would be because she could leave and chose to come closer.
Until then, I’d hold back for both our sakes.
She studied the mask, asking, “Are you ugly or something?”
I chuckled. “Huh?”
“Do you keep that mask on because you’re hiding the fact that you’re ugly?”
I almost laughed. “The fuck?”
“It would explain the secrecy and why you don’t have a woman.”
I stepped into the space between her knees and the desk. Sonnet’s back straightened. I leaned close enough that my chest nearly touched hers. Her breathing changed, though she tried to disguise it by pressing her lips together.
I lowered my voice. “Ugly isn’t a problem I’ve ever had.” Her eyes held mine as I told her, “So, you’re wondering what I look like beneath this mask.”
“No.”
“You are.”
She rolled her eyes, but I saw the hint of a smile in them. “Your confidence is excessive.”
“Your curiosity is obvious.”
Her gaze dropped to the lower half of my mask for one second before returning to my eyes. A pulse moved quickly in her throat, and the scent of her skin reached me when she inhaled. Her body had reacted to the warning even while her mind searched for another argument.
I could’ve closed the remaining distance. I could’ve put my hand around her throat without applying pressure, lowered my face to hers, and watched how far that attraction went.
Instead, I stepped away.
Sonnet began to blink rapidly. Confusion flowed through her expression, followed by something that looked close to disappointment.
My restraint unsettled her. Aggression would’ve confirmed what she believed about me. Walking away forced her to question whether I intended to use the control I held over her.
I picked up one of the puzzle pieces and placed it beside the section she had started. “That one goes there.”
I walked away, feeling as if I was leaving my heart on the table for her to put together, along with those puzzle pieces. I forced myself to open the door, because I wanted nothing more than to be locked in that room with her. But I opened it and walked out.
“Enjoy your puzzles, nerd.”
Her smile returned despite her effort to suppress it. “Enjoy your day, kidnapper.”
I locked the door behind me with my dick hard and a grin I had no business wearing.
