Chapter 72 Eliza
Eliza
“Girlfriend?!” She strokes her hand down my cheek.
And immediately, she answers my question, which was meant just for me.
“That’s right, my pretty Little Bird, you’re mine to keep.
I won’t cage you like he did.” I know I didn’t say that out loud…
But this woman is in my head, living in my thoughts, and sadly, I kind of like her in there.
If I’m lucky enough, I’ll be able to shed the weight that’s been tied to my ankle for far too long.
“Where did you come from?!” He sounds so panicked, writhing in attempt to untangle himself from the bedsheets, and it’s music to my ears.
I feel him finally jump from the bed, and as I turn to see the scared look on his face, I’m met with something even better.
He stumbles back further and further from the bed, reaching out for anything to grasp onto.
The same way he’s been trying to grasp onto an already decaying marriage.
And in the perfect slow-motion montage, he trips on the curtain spread out on the floor, spins around, and dives headfirst out the window. I’m not sure if that was some kind of beautiful karma or if he is just that clumsy, but there’s no way he survived that fall headfirst from my third-story room.
Her first thought after watching her husband fall to his death is nothing short of what I expected. “That was so anticlimactic, but he’s gotta be dead right?”
“Right,” I respond to my beautiful bird without her having to speak a word and roll her to her back to press my front to hers.
I brace myself on my forearms, hovering my face just above hers, and to my surprise, she makes the first move.
“I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long.
Just to meet you, but now…” She wraps her hands around the back of my skull, pulling me to her lips to devour my mouth.
“Since seeing you and this house, I’ve wanted to be here with you.
” Knowing I would hear her thought, she avoided saying it aloud, as if to afraid to vocalize out loud.
It’s dream worthy to kiss someone who is truly seeing you and hearing their words at the same time.
Our tongues dance a slow rhythm, speeding up steadily in a fight for dominance, but she eventually relaxes, letting me have all the power I crave, and that she has craved to give to the right person.
My hands roam up her body while her lower half grinds against my thigh.
“You’re soaking my dress, Little Bird.” I let her see my wicked smile before sitting up to straddle her waist, pulling my dress up around my hips to free my legs.
She follows my cues, lifting her upper half to let me pull her long-sleeve shirt from her body. The groan that vibrates from deep in my chest has her eyes widening, causing her to cover her lower half in shyness.
“Now, Little Bird, there’s no need to hide from me,” I reassure her as I slide my lips, kissing and biting down her body.
Nipping the side of her breast, I move her hands to the side to give me better access to her plush lower stomach, peppering more kisses there to convey my appreciation for her body.
“He would always make me feel bad about my stomach,” she whispers, and I see red. That rotten piece of shit better be glad he’s already dead, or I would’ve happily killed him with my bare hands for making this beautiful woman think she’s anything but just that.
In between kisses to her lower belly, and moving my way down to the patch of hair on her mound, I give her the praise she truly deserves.
“Relax, Little Bird, you’re free of him now.” If he didn’t die on impact, he’s at least freezing to death out there with a broken neck, and I’m surely not going to help him when this goddess is below me.
“Is she going to keep me now?”
“You’re mine to keep and hold—all of you. But you’re free at the same time. You’re not going to be forced to do anything you don’t want to do.” The smile I’m met with would light up the night sky when I respond to her inner thoughts.
I can’t stop my eyes from drinking up her glorious body. My hands are rubbing and kneading her stomach all the way to her lush hips as I watch her relax into me at my comforting words.
I slide the rest of the way down her body, pulling her legs up and to the side of me.
The T-shirt was the only thing she had covering her body.
“This greedy pussy is already glistening for me.” I slide my finger through her slit and suck it between my lips, groaning at her taste.
“You’re soaked from your dead husband falling from that window, aren’t you? ”
She gives me the shiest nod. “That makes me a bad person…”
“Not in my eyes,” I reassure her, just as before I devour my next meal.
