Chapter 8
Francesca
“Get off me!” I shouted. Or more like tried to shout. He was lying directly on top of me, squishing everything—including all the air out of my lungs. I tried my best to get out from under him, but it was a wasted effort.
“Yeah, keep movin' your ass like that,” he grunted, while rubbing his hardness against my behind.
Gross.
I attempted to scream. I really, really did. But I wasn't breathing. Not at all. I could barely take in any air.
Suddenly, he flipped me over onto my back.
He was still on top of me, but now his hands were holding my wrists above my head.
“Nothing I like better than a good fighter.” He chuckled, his rank, tobacco scented breath wafted over my face.
“You and I are going to have a little fun.” His disgusting mouth covered mine and he kissed me.
I quickly twisted my head and attempted to bring my legs up.
But he was too big, and I couldn't get any traction. “Let,” I sputtered while he continued trying to kiss me, “me go!” I screamed as loudly as I could. This freaking pervert was not going to have his way with me.
He laughed again, licking my neck. “You taste good. I can't wait to try out the rest of you.”
A wave of fear washed over me. He meant business. Even with my jeans on, I felt the outline of his hard cock against my belly.
“I gotta see your tits. They feel huge on my chest.” He let go of my hands and made quick work of ripping my T-shirt.
Oh, my gosh.
How did he do that so fast?
Immediately, I began clawing at his face and his arms. Anything I could damage, I did. Something warm covered my hands and I knew—I just knew it was blood.
His blood.
Something about that renewed my energy to keep fighting.
I got in a few more good swipes before he hollered, “Stop it, you little slut!” I couldn't see, but I definitely felt his hand land on the side of my face with a crushing blow.
I saw stars for a moment. And then he pulled my bra down.
His mouth sucked in one of my nipples, biting down on it.
“Ouch!” I tried to lift my hands up, but he'd pinned me down again.
I yelled and screamed. He kept at me, though, licking and sucking on one breast and then the other.
He was being so rough with me, I knew he'd be leaving plenty of bruises behind.
I didn't care about that right now. All I cared about was getting away from this sicko.
“I said shut the fuck up!” He struck me again. This time on the other side of my face. It stung like nothing I'd ever felt before. Then he hit me in my ribs.
Hard.
I'd lived a tough life. But nothing like this had ever happened to me before. I was stunned into silence. My head in such pain I could barely think.
“I'll teach you a goddamn lesson,” he muttered. Next, I felt his hands on the front of my jeans.
At the button.
He popped it open and forced the zipper down in one swift movement.
Before I could let out another scream, a bright light shone in my eyes. I turned my head to the side.
“Get the fuck off her,” a different man cut in. “Are you fucking stupid? The boss said she's to stay whole for the auction.”
The man on top of me stilled. “Give me a fuckin' minute. Can't you see I'm busy here? Jesus. You can have a turn after I'm done. The boss won't know.”
Sheer terror infused every cell of my body. I was having a hard enough time fighting off one of these bastards. There was no way I could fend off two.
The light in my eyes flashed away and the sound of something cracking fill the air. Then the large disgusting man on top of me was gone. I could breathe again and the cool night air floated over my bare chest.
“Fuck sakes!” the man who’d been on top of me choked and wheezed at my side. “Why the hell'd you do that?”
I sat up, ready to sprint away from this mess. My body hurt and I could feel my eyes already starting to swell. Quickly, I stood and took a step away.
“I don't think so,” the man with the flashlight said as he pointed the light—and a gun at me. I heard the gun click and I stopped.
The light moved from my face to my feet. And back again. He whistled. “Damn. No wonder the boss just put a call out to watch your ass. He's going to get a mint for you.”
I shivered, and it wasn't just from the cold. I crossed my arms in front of my chest. “I'm leaving,” I stated in as convincing a voice as I could muster. I mean, it was worth a shot, right? Even though I knew there was no way these idiots were going to let me just wander off.
The man with the gun laughed. “No, you're not.
You're going back into your house until my boss shows up tomorrow.
Then you'll do whatever the fuck he says you're gonna do.” He waved the gun at the guy on the ground.
“Get up and take her inside. Now. The boss isn't going to be happy you damaged his goods. I can tell you that much.”
On command, the man who'd assaulted me rose with a loud groan. I hoped he'd sustained at least a few broken ribs.
Then he grabbed my arm and pulled me toward the house.
“Fuckin' stupid bitch,” he spat and tugged harder on my arm.
“We aren't done here,” he whispered in an angry voice.
We arrived at the door, and he opened it.
“Not by a longshot. I'll finish what I started.” He pushed me with both hands.
“I guarantee it.” I fell violently to my knees.
A burst of stinging pain shooting through the rest of my body.
I looked up and saw his ugly face in the dim light of the kitchen.
He was even more disgusting than I'd imagined. And I knew I'd never forget him.
“Fuck you!” I yelled and jumped to my feet, trying to cover my chest.
A smile crossed his face. “You can count on that.” He grasped the doorknob and laughed as he slammed it.
I could still hear his terrifying laugh through the closed door. I ran up and locked it. Of course, they could break it down if they really wanted to. But at least it gave me some feeling of security. No matter how false.
I pulled my bra up and fixed myself the best I could. Which wasn't great at all. My shirt was unrepairable. Even so, I pulled what was left of it across my chest.
When I headed into the living room, my father was in the same spot I'd left him in.
His head lifted, and his eyes widened on his tear-streaked face.
“I told you!” he cried. “I fuckin' told you not to go out there.” His body shook as he sobbed.
But I had no time for him. I needed to clean myself up and figure out how I was going to escape this hellhole.
