“PIVOT!” Charly thinks she’s funny as she quotes the classic FRIENDS scene next to me, but really she is just driving the men insane as they carry a dresser out of my two bedroom apartment and into the Baker’s apartment next door.

Classes pick up next week, and we are moving my stuff into the master bedroom of what used to be the three bedroom apartment and the twins stuff into my old apartment.

Momma, Pop and Charly drove up to help us move everything—well Momma and Pop are helping move stuff, Charly is just causing trouble.

“Charlotte, you are not helping.” Maddox says, but I watch his lip twitch as he tries to hold back a smile at his baby sister.

“I’m hilarious and you know it.” Charly sticks her tongue out at her brother. “You think I’m funny, right Bee?”

I chuckle and shake my head at her, “Of course, Charly.”

Someone claps their hands outside of the hallway and Charly and I both turn at the sound. I hear Charly take a sharp inhale, “Who the fuck is that?”

“Sebastian?” I say with a raised eyebrow, “That’s your brother’s best guy friend. How have you never met him before?”

“I don’t know.” There are hearts coming out of the seventeen year old girl’s eyes. She hops out of her seat, “I’m going to introduce myself."

I grab her hand and pull her to sit back down, “Charlotte Grace, that man is five years older than you.”

“I’m just going to flirt,” she says defensively.

“Please do not cause trouble.” I give her a pointed look.

“But trouble is my middle name.” She groans, “Do you want to sleep with him or something? I mean, I can’t blame you. That man is so fine.”

“No, I do not want to sleep with him.” I mean, I can see where she is coming from.

Sebastian is a very tall drink of water, deep brown skin, beautiful black curly hair, the perfect amount of scruff on his face, and glasses that would make any girl weak in the knees, but he’s just not the man I want to sleep with.

“Why the fuck not?” Charlotte looks absolutely shocked by this revelation.

I just shrug my shoulders and work very hard not to seek out the man I do want to sleep with.

Charly's eyes narrow before she looks at her brother who just walked into the apartment and back at me.

I give her a glare. Charly spends too much time with her nose in a romance novel, so she is always looking for love.

I do not need her catching on to my feelings for Aiden right now.

I may feel like shit all the time, with the amount of nausea I have been experiencing, and the lack of foods that stay down, but those mommy blogs weren’t joking when they talked about your libido being higher when you’re pregnant.

I have had to finger myself in the shower every night before I sleep in the same room with Aiden.

Luckily we still have the two twin beds, so we aren’t sleeping in the same bed, but between his pine and citrus scent everywhere, and the fact that he sleep shirtless, I’m horny as fuck.

“I need some water,” I say. I go to stand up, but am hit with a wave of nausea and sprint to the bathroom, narrowly dodging Maddox who just came out before I lose the contents of my stomach into the toilet.

Someone gathers my hair into their hand to protect it from falling into the bowl, “You okay, Blue?” Aiden voice is soft and soothing as he rubs his free hand down my back.

“Your new best friend hates me,” I say when I think I’m done before sitting back and leaning against the tub next to the toilet.

“Little Bear doesn’t hate you, Blue. They’re just telling you that they’re in there and they’re healthy,” he chuckles. “You know that kid is going to love you more than any other human on this planet.”

“Fuck I hope so,” I take the hand that Aiden offers and stand up. I turn on the water to brush my teeth for what feels like the tenth time today.

“You alright, Bee?” Sebastian says, popping his head into the bathroom.

“I’m good. This little one is just not happy with anything I eat these days,” I say, rubbing a hand over the bump that looks more like I had too much Mexican food than a sign that I’m having a baby.

“Aiden, your little sister is—” He looks like he’s trying to come up with a diplomatic way to say that Charly is psycho.

“Trouble?” I say at the same time Aiden says, “Insane?”

“Yes to both of those,” He says with a rare smile.

“She has a crush, she’ll get over it,” I chuckle.

“What’s next, Aiden?” Sebastian says. I guess it’s time to get back to work.

“I think we need to move the mattresses, then we will be done with big stuff. We just need to make the beds and put the clothes in the closets.” Aiden has been amazing today, directing everyone what goes where.

“Can I help?” I say and am met with two sets of raised eyebrows.

“Yes, you can help by sitting your cute ass on the couch and relaxing,” Sebastian says.

Aiden smacks Sebastian in the chest and basically growls, “Don’t talk about her ass.” The glare he shoots at his friend is fierce enough to kill him.

“Touchy,” Sebastian draws out the word, then turns and strolls down the hall.

“Why are we friends with that guy?” Aiden asks me.

“He’s got a cool kid.” I shrug, “Speaking of, where is Luca? I didn’t see him when Sebastian showed up.”

“He’s with Luis. Sebastian figured Luca would get in the way.” Aiden says as we exit the bathroom.

“He’s probably right, but the little man could have kept me company,” I pout and head back to the couch.

Aiden goes into the kitchen and I watch as he grabs a blue popsicle from the freezer before he walks into the living room and hands it to me.

I didn't even know we had any left. I swear I ate the last one after I threw up in the middle of the night. He plants a kiss on the top of my head before getting back to work. I sit and chat with Charly as I eat my popsicle and watch everyone else work around me. I can’t help but think about how grateful I am to be a part of this chosen family.
