Chapter 23

A Fuck and a Fight

After the big fight, Axel and Scarlett rode off in his truck before the cops got there. One spectator said you could cut the sexual tension with a knife. Angry sex is the best sex, am I right?

PS. Jenson, you and your boys can't fight for shit. The Fearless Men kicked your ass. Maybe they'd give you a course on how to fight?

Axel

Parking near the back in my designated spot, pride washes over me.

This place has been like a second home. It's been weeks since I've been to Sully's Bar.

Hell, it's been weeks since my fury has reached this amount of crazy.

On my drive to the Baseball House, my thoughts were bathed in a thousand different terrifying scenarios.

In every single one, my girl got hurt. The very idea of what they could do to Scarlett before I arrived was enough to make me almost pull over on the side of the road and lose my lunch.

If something were to happen to her...my gut twists in knots with those same disturbing thoughts.

Scarlett is so used to doing life alone that she doesn't realize that a whole community is now behind her.

When we started dating, that meant she became family to the others.

They would do anything for her and the same way we came together for Dani last year, we will do the same for London now.

Not only because it's the right thing to do but also because it's what Scarlett needs help with.

Jake will make it his mission to help. There is no doubt in my mind that he's cornered Toby and knows every single detail about their investigation.

Toby can't hold water. He will tell him everything.

Scarlett may put up a fight, but she'll receive our help and learn to love it.

Just looking over at her makes my cock demand to be let out.

We're both too angry. Scarlett's eyes are squinted slits, and her pouty lips are turned down in a frown.

I have to bite the inside of my cheeks to keep from laughing.

She's noticed my stare and her nose has started flaring in response.

She's an angry, chaotic mess of beauty. So damn beautiful.

Scarlett turns to me, her attitude in full force. “We're in the middle of a silent fight, and you take us to a bar. Why?”

So cute. Yeah, I'm keeping my Wallflower, but maybe locking her in my basement will be best. Scarlett gets into too much trouble otherwise. “Because you make me turn into a fucking psycho. The only thing that will relieve this much tension is to fuck or fight.”

She raises her eyebrow in a challenge. “Well, fuck me then.”

I grip my steering wheel, my knuckles turning white with a warning. “Don't,” I growl. “Don't, Scarlett. I'll take you right now, in front of God and everybody on top of my hood.”

She laughs, but it doesn't come out with even one ounce of humor. “Axel, please, you would rather die than somebody else see me naked.”

True, but that can easily be avoided with her present choice of attire.

Skirts can be lifted. “Scarlett, all it would take is a simple rip of your panties, and nobody would see what's only mine as I plunge deep inside your tight little pussy.” She jumps out the door, but not before I see the beginnings of desire stirring in her eyes.

Run, run, little Red, because the big bad wolf loves a chase.

In two fluid moves, I have her pinned up against my truck.

Her answering moan echoes throughout the small parking lot.

Grinding my erection up against her clit has her bucking against me.

“Stop unless you want me to lose control, Scarlett.”

She whimpers. Fuck. “Do it!”

My brain is on the edge of no return. Ripping her panties off her body relieves some of the still simmering fury inside me.

Scarlett takes my hand and brings it to her clit, but I remove it.

“You don't get to decide anything here. How we fuck is up to me, is that understood?” When she doesn't answer, I wrap the hair in her ponytail around my hand and tug so that she’s looking up into my eyes. “Is. That. Understood?!”

Her raspy voice is laced with lust. At my beckoning, she wraps her legs around my waist. “Y–esss.”

“Good fuckin' girl.” Pulling her skirt up and abruptly inserting two fingers inside her wet cunt is all the foreplay I can muster tonight.

The need to claim her here at my bar is too strong.

Scarlett eagerly fucks my hand and moans my name for all to hear.

When I withdraw my fingers, she cries out in protest. “Such a greedy little pussy.”

“Ax...” She begs prettily.

My smirk comes out in full force against her lips. I unbuckle my jeans, shoving my jeans down just enough to get my cock out. Loving the feel of the night breeze against us, I take her mouth as my cock takes her captive with one forceful thrust. “Is this what you wanted?”

Scarlett rocks her hips in tune with mine.

“Yes. Please. More.” Her wet hot heat fits my cock like it was made for only me.

Giving her no mercy, I pound into her relentlessly.

Our tongues battle each other. It's almost suffocating because we can't come up for air.

The need and desire to melt into one another is our common goal.

Scarlett's close to coming. The telltale spasm is starting to contract around me.

I won't be far behind her. My name falls off her lips as she comes all over my dick.

My growl of approval comes with my release.

“Scarlett, my sweet, Scarlett.” That's the sweetest name I've ever said.

My forehead lays on her cheek as we come down off our joint euphoria.

I kiss her one more time before withdrawing from inside her.

She lets out a little hiss letting me know I’ve done my job.

Taking a towel out of my back seat, I clean us both off.

I help her get her clothes back on straight and rub her cheek.

“From the moment my eyes saw yours, I wanted you. I've waited forever and a day for you."

“When was the first time you knew you'd make me yours?” She asks innocently.

My jaw clenched, but I meant every word about never lying to her. It's time she knows a little bit of just how deep my obsession runs. “After the first time I snuck into your bedroom to watch you sleep.”

She knows I had a key to her apartment, but we've never really talked about it. Scarlett's gaze burns into mine. “You were that sure you would eventually win me over?”

Taking her hand, I walk her towards the front. “I never had a doubt. You don't want to know the lengths I took to ensure that.” She gulps loudly but doesn't say anything else.

Sully's Bar was founded in 1899 and is a hole-in-the-wall establishment that even bikers think twice about coming to. The bouncer, Tariq, smiles when he sees us walk up. “The ever-elusive Axel Creed.”

He pulls me in for a man hug. “What's up, Asshole?”

“Not much. A little of this, a little of that.” His eyes slide to my girl, and fire flows through my veins as he gives her an appreciative look.

Then, she laughs when I move to stand in front of her.

“Never thought I'd see the day you cared enough about a girl to bring her here.” I smirk back at him and glance at Scarlett.

Scarlett peers over my shoulder with a timid smile. “Since this big lug lacks manners, I'll introduce myself.”

Rolling my eyes, but making the introductions anyways, and just when I think I'm killing this stalker boyfriend shit. “Tariq, this is my girl, Scarlett. Scarlett, this is my favorite son of a bitch, Tariq.”

Scarlett elbows me in my side, and Tariq gives me a smirk. “Nice to meet you, beautiful.”

“Nice to meet you.” She giggles, and I want to throttle him.

“If this is a bar, why do I hear people cheering instead of music?” She whispers as we walk inside.

“Because it's not that kind of bar. It's a fight club. You can advertise bars. Fight Clubs, not so much.” I take her hand and lace our fingers together.

I actually own this place. It was my first purchase after selling a software program I'd worked on since my fourteenth birthday.

We haven't really talked about that kind of stuff yet.

She drives me so damn crazy. I need to know everything about her.

No detail is too small. My fascination with her is borderline creepy. Okay, it's obsessively fucked up.

I mean, she does have an implanted tracker absorbed into her skin, and then there's the whole bugging her phone thing.

Which she's bound to raise hell about later tonight.

However, with the purchase of the tracker, it came in a set of two, so she can do the same thing to me, and if she wants to bug my phone, hell, we can do that, too.

In some ways, my life didn't start until her. Scarlett makes me want to be a better man, makes me feel like my black heart isn't so unsalvageable anymore. She pinches my arm. “Ouch, what was that for?”

“I asked you where the bathroom was fifteen times.” My Red giggles.

Kissing her on the forehead, I paste on my best sheepish smile. “Sorry, beautiful, it's right through here.”

Before heading inside, she says, “Tell me where to go, and I'll meet you as soon as I'm done.”

No way am I leaving her to find her way by herself in a fight bar. “The hell you will...What part of even bikers are scared to come here, didn't you understand?”

She shrugs. “Maybe I've developed a taste for a rougher sort of guy.” She sighs as I pin her up against the door. “You're too easy, Axel Creed. What's your middle name?”

“I don't tell girls who threaten to leave with other boys what my middle name is.” Yup, I'm feeling kind of salty.

She gives me a sultry look. “But baby, I'm better than all the rest.”

No arguments there. “That may be, but if you don't hurry, we'll be late.” I slap her ass and bite my bottom lip as my eyes drink in the answering bounce.

She pushes me. “Stop, we're in public.”

“First, we just fucked in public, and you were just as much mine there as you are in private.” I like how she tries to act shy.

She leans up to kiss me on the cheek, but I turn my head so that her lips graze mine instead.

Scarlett taps my nose with her index finger.

“I kind of like you, I guess.” Yeah, she does.

Kissing her thoroughly on those pouty lips before she heads inside because Fuck me.

I think she's trying to kill me—insatiable little wench.

***

Mind-blowing sex will render you incapacitated to the point where you let dominant, overbearing boyfriends come inside of you in public. Shit!

-Scarlett

Axel takes my hand as we walk into the dimly lit auditorium. The place is packed, but you couldn't tell that from the parking lot. “This place is invite-only, and there is a parking garage down the street. We keep the parking lot empty so as not to arouse suspicion.”

Makes sense. “I swear it's like you see inside my brain.”

His look turns serious. “I fucking wish Wallflower.”

I laugh because I know he isn't joking, but who else thinks like that?

“Who's fighting tonight?” Axel only answers with that signature smirk of his.

People tap him on the back and start cheering as we pass them and walk down to the front.

He finds me a chair right beside the ring.

It's nothing fancy, just a steel cage with a thick mat placed inside.

He leans down to give me a fire-inducing kiss, then takes his shirt off and hands it to me.

A big giant of a man with full-sleeve tattoos is in the ring, waiting for Axel to get in there.

I grab his hand and tug him back as he climbs in.

“No.” Is all that will come out of my mouth.

He grins. “It's okay, baby. The gang will be here at any moment.” He kisses my forehead and walks into the cage before I can protest again.

The announcer pops in, and everybody stands to their feet.

“To the left of me stands, 6 foot 7 inches, Dex Thatcher of Murders Inc.

and to the right is the owner of this impressive establishment, Axel “Rabies” Creed.

Boys, I want a good, clean fight, no kicking below the belt, but everything else goes. Three taps, you're out.”

Axel owns this place? My found family picks that time to arrive.

They hurry inside to sit with me. Everybody's here, including Jared.

Sasha and Jared sit on either side of me and Sasha puts her arm around my shoulders, gently squeezing me.

“Don't worry. Axel is an excellent fighter. The best, actually.”

I smile at her but don't say anything. It was sweet of her to reassure me, but my nerves have taken my body hostage.

Axel is laser-focused on his opponent. Is Murders Inc.

a motorcycle gang? Don't think like that, Scarlett.

He's not going to kill Axel. Dex Thatcher should be scared of him.

That's right. My man's a self-professed psycho.

I take in a deep, cleansing breath that makes me calmer.

Okay. He has a chance. And what's wrong with me that I'm okay that my boyfriend is a little cray?

The buzzer sounds, and the men come after each other with a vengeance.

I jump up with the crowd as they start going wild.

They are evenly matched. When one punches, the other counterattacks.

Neither was able to block the blow. In the next fifteen minutes, I scream, cry, cheer, pull my hair out, and damn near pass out.

Dex currently has Axel in the headlock. “Get up, Axel! Get up!” I continue screaming.

My friends beside me start chanting it with me, and the entire makeshift auditorium follows our lead.

Jaxon moves Jared out of the way and comes to stand beside me.

“For him to win this, Scarlett, we'll need to piss him off!” Confused, I nod my head.

Anything to get Axel the win. Jaxon puts his arm around me and nestles his nose in my hair.

Axel's eyes widen, and he begins to gain momentum.

He elbows Dex in the stomach three times before he lets him go.

Jaxon moves his arm away from me and holds his hands up in surrender because my crazy-ass boyfriend is heading toward the cage door—a murderous expression crossing his face.

Dex comes after Axel, swinging him around, but my big bad wolf is prepared.

He close-lines him and gets him in a chokehold.

I may or may not be turned on by that. It takes five minutes, but Axel gets the win!

Dex forfeited when he passed out from lack of oxygen, but he's very much alive and okay.

I asked the question a million times and was relieved when he finally started moving.

Axel attacked me with kisses as he leaped from the ring. He also threatened Jaxon, who ran from the building for his life, but not before shouting. “But did you lose, though?”
