I bit down on my bottom lip in an attempt to stifle my moans. Blessing tightened her grip on my neck as she slid up and down my dick. Her pussy was so wet, I knew there would be a big ass wet spot underneath us. I’ve had my fair share of pussy, and none of them ever had me moaning like a bitch.

“Fuck this pussy feels so good, Bless baby.” I groaned, digging my fingers into her waist. Her walls tightened around me, signaling her release.

She leaned down, shoving her tongue into my mouth as she came.

She felt so good wrapped around me. I was right behind her, filling her with my nut.

I was praying to God she left this trip with a stomach full of me.

I slapped her ass before lifting her off me. My dick almost hardened again at the sight of the mess she left on me. I was covered in her cream. “Look at this mess you made.” I teased, climbing out of the bed.

“That mess had you moaning louder than me.” She shot back, following me into the bathroom. We showered and handled the rest of our hygiene before getting dressed for the day.

As we were walking from our room, Dru and Chanel were walking towards us. Chanel had a twisted expression on her face.

“Girl, what’s wrong?” Bless asked.

“Look!” She said, shoving her phone towards us. The screen was on a post from GITC.

GossipInTheCove: #CoveAngels — Late last night, rapper Lil Ricky and two others were killed in a car accident.

Authorities are saying the car crashed due to intoxication.

The others were identified as Ty’Rell Jackson, the cousin of Lil Ricky, and Symone Wright, the sister of former football player Adonis Wright.

Condolences to the families of the deceased.

We will report back with any updates. Be safe out here, and don’t drink and drive.

My eyes went to Dru after reading the post. Symone wasn’t supposed to die. This was not part of the plan. He shot me a look and motioned for me to follow him. “Damn,” I mumbled.

“Wow..” Blessing scoffed and returned Chanel’s phone. “How the fuck did this happen! I’m about to call Messiah.” Before I could stop her, she walked away with Chanel following behind her.

“What the fuck, Dru?” I questioned.

He shrugged. “The world is better without her ass anyway. I don’t know how she ended up in the car with them, though.

She was supposed to just drop the lo and get the fuck away from them.

Them young niggas had no clue she was in the car too.

FUCK!” He shouted, clenching his fists. “Now we gotta worry about that nigga Adonis retaliating. Messiah said he was going to talk to him.”

“If it ain’t one thing, it’s another. The only way to assure he won’t retaliate is to handle him too.”

“After this shit is over, I’m walking away from that lifestyle. I can’t keep looking over my shoulder. This lifestyle either leads to hell or jail.”

“Do what you gotta do nigga. You know imma support you regardless.” I dapped him up and made my way downstairs.

“Good morning, Ma,” I said, kissing her forehead.

“Uh uh. Don’t put those nasty ass lips on me, boy!” She swatted me away.

I chuckled and walked around the island to pick Sage up from the highchair. She squealed when her eyes landed on me. “Hey, princess.” I cooed, pinching her chubby cheeks.

“No Moo. Put her down and let her eat. We have plans.” My mama scolded me. I did as told and put Sage back in the highchair so she could eat breakfast.

Everybody seemed to be enjoying breakfast except Blessing. I could tell the news about Symone’s death was bothering her. I didn’t want the bitch to die, but I couldn’t say her death bothered me. She played a stupid game and tried to get my life taken.

I grabbed Blessing’s hand and squeezed it, pulling her from her thoughts. “I’m sorry,” I whispered into her ear.

“It’s not your fault. I just.. I just wanted this to be over. I’ve gone through enough. Now we have to worry about Adonis. Siah said he’s got it handled. I really hope he does.” She sighed.

“Shit gone be straight, baby. Don’t let this shit ruin our vacation.” I pecked her lips. She gave me a small smile and finished eating her breakfast.

After breakfast, all the women left to do whatever excursions they had planned. I knew they planned on taking Sage to the aquarium. While they were gone, Dru, Rome, and I sat out back smoking a cigar while the meat I planned on throwing on the grill marinated.

“I recorded a mixtape.” Dru blurted out.

“Bout time nigga. You did all that ghost writing, I been told you to drop your own shit.” I said, taking a pull from my cigar.

“That’s what’s up. Proud of you. When you gone let us hear it?” Rome asked.

“I think Imma let y’all hear something tonight. I’ve been talking to Messiah about giving up my spot. He understands. I can’t do this street shit anymore. Chanel gave me the motivation to walk away. I want more out of life. I got the talent, and it’s time for me to follow my dreams.”

I nodded, “I feel it. You got the talent, and even if the rap shit doesn’t work out, you still got the apartment complexes and producing. You got a stage name?”

He shook his head and took a swig of his beer. “Imma just keep Dru. Real shit though, I’m ready to settle down and start a family with my bitch. Fucked around and told her I love her last night.”

“Bout time nigga. Y’all two have been up each other’s ass since the game night.”

“You and Bless ain’t no better.” Rome chuckled. “Every time I turn around, you right up her ass. I’m surprised you didn’t tag along with them.”

I waved him off. “I know yo’ ass ain’t talkin.”

“I’m married nigga. I’m supposed to be up Taryn’s ass.”

The women returned a few hours later. Blessing managed to convince me to wear a two-piece short set to match her tight ass sundress. I couldn’t lie, though, I did look good.

“Aight, Bless. No more pictures. I gotta put this shit on the grill.”

“Fine,” She rolled her eyes. “Oh, wait. Let me tell you something.” She whispered, like we weren’t the only two in the bedroom.

“Tell me.”

“So, you remember when I went to check on Jour last night?” I nodded, “Well, I walked in on her and Ren kissing. Like making out. They were so deep into the kiss they didn’t hear me come in.”

I chuckled and shook my head. “Nah, you lyin’, Bless.”

“I’m not! On my mama, they were in there tounging each other down! Now I don’t know what to do. Do we need to have a conversation with them? I thought they wanted to be sisters.”

“I’ll leave the conversation shit up to you. They were probably just experimenting with each other.” I shrugged. “Or we can just mind our business.” Ren is about to be eighteen soon, and I’m not her parent, so there isn’t much for me to say about what she has going on.

“Okay, I’ll just mind my business until one of them is comfortable enough to tell me. Okay, go cook. I’m about to get Sage dressed to play in the pool.” She gave me a quick kiss and left the room.

The girls played in the pool, my mom and the other women were relaxing on the beach chairs with peach margaritas, while the men handled the grill.

I looked around the backyard, admiring my family.

Everybody out here wasn’t my blood, but I loved them like they were.

These past few months have been a lot for everybody, but we were still here, alive and healthy, and that’s all a nigga could ask for. For once, my mind was at peace.

Once the food was finished, we plated everything and called everyone in the house to eat.

“Before we start eating, I just wanna say how grateful I am for every single one of y’all.

Y’all know I ain’t really have no family growing up, but being around y’all filled that missing piece for me.

I been working on this mixtape for a few months, and I wanna play a song for y’all,” Dru announced, connecting his phone to the speaker that had been playing music throughout the day.

A smooth beat started before Dru’s voice started rapping over it. I nodded my head to the beat, listening to him spit. His flow reminded me of a mix between Nipsey and J. Cole. When the song ended, the room erupted in applause.

“That shit was fire baby! Ahh I’m so proud of you!

” Chanel gushed, wrapping her arms around him.

He leaned down and kissed her repeatedly.

Dru ain’t never been the type of nigga to show PDA, but Chanel bought that out of him.

She was his peace, and I was happy for him.

She was exactly what a cold ass nigga like Dru needed.
