Chapter Six — Alex
I look at some of the others, but Snow White stands out. I’ll ask her, I say. I walk up to her, suddenly feeling shy. “Excuse me,” I say.
She’s just stepped away from a table where she was doing a lap dance.
She startles for a second and then looks at me.
Her eyes dip down to my dress, probably noticing the clamps, and then looks up at my face.
“Wait, are you” She pauses, confused. “I’m a customer,” I say quickly, disabusing her of any possible confusion.
I assume she’s looking at my relatively normal dress and then the clamps.
Anyway, I say, I was wondering if my boyfriend, glancing at Callum, a bit of warmth spreads across me.
I’m surprised by how good that word feels rolling off my tongue.
I know it’s not quite true, but it would take too long to explain to this lady Callum and I’s relationship.I was wondering if my boyfriend and I could go to a room with you, I ask.
I pause, examining her face. She nods. “Of course, sweetheart. Follow me.”
She starts to turn, but I grab her arm at the last minute. “Wait,” I say. “There’s more. There might be.. well…”
“Go on,” she says.
“Okay, this is kind of weird, but we’re playing this game…” I say slowly. She nods.
“Just say it, sweetheart. Trust me. I’ve seen weirder things than you could ever imagine or think of.”
I feel slightly relieved. “Okay, well, we might wanna do some things in the room,” I say. “I just want to make sure that’s okay if there’s any nudity.”
I drop my voice to a whisper when I say the word “nudity.” What did you say, she asks. I lean forward. “Nudity,” I say.
She says loudly, “Nudity?”
I blush, embarrassed, and nod.
She laughs. “It’s cute how shy you are,” she says. “There’s nothing to be embarrassed about though. Like I said, I’ve seen it all.”
“Okay, thanks,” I say.
“So you guys are gonna fuck then?” she asks.
“That’s not really the plan,” I say slowly.
“Okay, well are you expecting me to do anything or just go in the room with you?” she asks.
“Just go in the room,” I say.
“All right,” she says. “Grab your boyfriend and follow me.”
She turns and I gesture to Callum.
He smiles and walks towards us.
